We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to grow and develop new long-term partnerships with employers across the UK, focusing on Apprentices, Graduates, and Future Leaders. Occasional evening, weekend, and overnight work will be required as part of the role, including attending client visits, taster sessions, and visits to our Outward Bound Centres.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external professionals. A strong understanding of the apprenticeship and graduate development programmes, and talent pipelines.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Confident in presenting to clients, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (HR, L&D, operational teams, senior leadership).
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experienced in LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and building connections within early careers networks.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of or interest in experiential learning, leadership development, and outdoor education is an advantage.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Secure mainly new and some key repeat business to meet personal, and team, quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead on developing new partnerships within key industry sectors for Apprentice, Graduate, and Emerging Leader programmes.
- Undertake client learning needs analysis to understand early career development goals and challenges.
- Produce compelling proposals that align Outward Bound programmes with organisational objectives.
- Represent Outward Bound at early careers events, conferences, and employer network sessions.
- Maintain accurate client records via our CRM system and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
- Liaise with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and opportunities are maximised.
- Drive new business through research, networking, referrals, and sector insights.
- Contribute ideas to help shape Outward Bound’s early careers strategy and offer to stay relevant in a fast-changing employment landscape.
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000, salary depending on experience

We deliver targeted programmes in areas of socio-economic deprivation and inequality across the country. We have five hubs, in Hastings and Bexhill, Swindon, Tyneside, Norwich and Cambridgeshire, and reach over 2,500 young people every year.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager is a newly created role in our Fundraising team. They will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and working with colleagues across the team, and wider organisation, to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.
The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager will provide data and donor insights to help identify trends and opportunities that contribute to shaping fundraising campaigns and enhance our stewardship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for the overall management of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. This includes processing donations, pipeline updates and managing data imports, exports and migrations to support fundraising activities.
- Create reports and dashboards to enable accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth operation and optimal use of the CRM.

- Act as the point person for all prospect research activities, liaising with third party providers and ensuring adherence to data protection requirements and best practice at all times.
- Oversee the recognition framework and stewardship of current supporters, managing a sustainable and creative stewardship programme that engages supporters with our work.
- Create templates and systems that enhance cultivation and stewardship.
- Generate mailing lists for fundraising and communications, which respond to a range of motivations to give and engagement with the charity.

About Unfold
Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.
For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. We’ve also developed specialised programmes for refugees, children excluded from school, those with care experience, and families facing homelessness.
About the Role
The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.
The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.
The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.
Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.
As part of the Senior Management Team, the Programme Manager will contribute to wider organisational planning and development. The role may include occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

The Sales and Insights Manager leads on the management and development of the CRM database and ticketing system (Tessitura). They are responsible for reporting and in-depth analysis of sales and data with the aim of better understanding our audience and delivering creative, data led, and results driven marketing campaigns.

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.
- Take a strategic and data first approach to marketing and promoting the Almeida and its work in order to deliver income targets in excess of £3 million in ticket sales each year.
- Build and diversify the audience who experience our artistic programme and increase engagement levels among those currently least engaged in arts and culture.
- Engage with a significantly bigger audience than current ticket purchasers, curating a cultural conversation predominantly through the creation and distribution of digital content.
- Develop a segmentation strategy for audiences based on insights from our CRM system (Tessitura).
- Generate additional income from growth of the Almeida Membership and the promotion of auxiliary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
- Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
- Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.
- Help troubleshoot queries or issues, related to Tessitura filtering those that cannot be resolved internally through to the Tessitura support.
- Provide support to all of the key departments within the Almeida which generate and use data, including set up of users, and provide training as required.
- Be a key part of the Almeida’s GDPR team ensuring all our data collection and processing complies with all current and future data protection legislation.
Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
- Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
- Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
- Support other departments with data collection and analysis.
Other duties:
- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.
- Support the Marketing Manager with digital advertising.
- Help to develop and deliver marketing strategies to increase income from auxiliary sales such as merchandise and Almeida Café & Bar.
Person Specification

Brief role description
The Employment Advisor - Families will provide holistic employment and training advice and guidance to a diverse caseload of military partners/spouses (both serving and veteran), supporting their personal development and enhancing employability skills until they achieve their desired outcomes. The role is Home-based with community outreach and travel through Glasgow covering Scotland area.
The role part of Families programme, where the programme offers 1:1 virtual and face-to-face sessions, in-person group workshops, access to employer events, apprenticeships, digital upskilling, and corporate mentoring.
As part of effective case management, they will: assess individual needs, identify any challenges and barriers and create effective action plans, following the FEC policies, procedures, and Work Instructions.

The Role:

Overall purpose
As the Finance Officer, you will be required to ensure that our income and expenditure records are accurate, complete, free from error and comply with both the relevant accounting standards as well as donor restrictions. This role will play a key part in ensuring that the recording of financial information is compliant and auditable, in both the finance system and CRM.
You will also work alongside the Head of Finance to support the wider organisation in its financial understanding and management. This support will focus on both the fundraising team to empower them to raise as many funds as possible, especially unrestricted funds, and the services team to ensure their financial processes are robust and efficient. You will also be expected to contribute to and uphold our outstanding culture by living and demonstrating our values of being mission-led, welcoming, entrepreneurial and collaborative.
Key responsibilities
Finance responsibilities
- Record all income and expenditure general ledger transactions in the finance system, ensuring correct coding and full supporting documentation is stored in either the finance system or in the CRM.
- Have ownership of both the sales ledger and purchase ledger, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately with the correct VAT treatment while adhering to the relevant controls.
- Ensure all staff and client expenses are captured and recorded accurately, adhere to the relevant expense policy and are paid in a timely manner.
- Prepare and post payment runs alongside the Head of Finance
- Support the Financial Accountant in the monthly bank reconciliation
- Participate in month end processes to ensure the I&E figure is accurate within the pre-determined deadline, including posting prepayments, deferrals and accruals where relevant and other accounting adjustments as needed such as grossing up of platform fees.
- Ensure all finance documentation is complete and auditable including restricted fund evidence, and ensure the relevant GAUs are tracked on salesforce.
- Capture all restricted fund income and expenditure is the finance system on a monthly basis (staff and non-staff) alongside the Financial Accountant and Head of Finance
- Understand clawback risk on grants
- Ensure Breaking Barriers is claiming gift aid where applicable and optimising opportunities to reclaim input VAT in our business/non-business VAT return
- Reconciling to third party platforms on a monthly basis including fundraising platforms and Equals
- Work with the Head of Finance to upskill the fundraising and service teams to ensure they understand necessary financial processes
- Undertake income and expenditure control activities e.g. checking for grant rejection letters and verifying changes to supplier details.
- Be the finance team’s superuser for the CRM
- Support in year-end audit and the creation of relevant notes
- Support with ad hoc projects such as the implementation of a new finance system and policy and procedure updates
Technology
- Support the Financial Accountant, Finance Director and outsourced technology provider as needed for ongoing technology support and occasional projects.
Office and facilities management
- Support the financial team and any applicable offices as needed for ongoing office and facility management
Cross-cutting
- Ensure staff are effectively onboarded and our knowledge management processes ensure that required information on the finance and ops processes is accessible and understood

About the role
We are seeking a Grants Systems and Business Analyst to join our Foundation, providing subject-area expertise to our grantmaking and wider teams. This exciting role leads on our grants system and processes and ensures we are working in the best way to support our grant-making (approx. £35m of grant spend per year).
You will lead on maintaining, designing and developing grant making systems and processes and their relationship to other parts of the organisation. You will work with colleagues to identify where we could improve our use of existing digital systems or introduce new systems and oversee the introduction of new systems as agreed including the development of a new grant management system. A key element of this role is to help others work in the most efficient and effective way.
In addition, the role leads on introducing, developing and overseeing the operation of digital systems to support the operation of PHF’s wider business. The post holder will bring a mix of technical and people skills to lead on continuous improvement, ensuring our systems and workflows fit the needs of the organisation and those we work with, and colleagues are skilled-up to work effectively. This may involve working on the introduction of new software as required and will include working with our IT support company, software suppliers and colleagues who have specific oversight of some systems.
