About the Role 

As an IDVA at Respond, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed advocacy to survivors of domestic abuse, ensuring their safety and empowering them to rebuild their lives. You will conduct risk assessments (DASH), develop safety plans, and work closely with agencies such as social services, police, and housing. You will also play a key role in raising awareness and improving support for neurodivergent survivors. 

What You’ll Do 

Provide specialist, person-centred advocacy for survivors with learning disabilities and autism. 

 Undertake risk assessments and safety planning to enhance survivor well-being. 
Represent survivors at MARAC and multi-agency meetings, advocating for their needs. 
Work closely with social services, health professionals, and the criminal justice system. 
Deliver training and consultation to professionals on supporting neurodivergent survivors. 
Ensure accurate case management and uphold safeguarding responsibilities. 

What We’re Looking For 

IDVA qualification OR significant domestic abuse advocacy experience. 
Understanding of domestic abuse, coercive control, and trauma-informed practice. 
Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse, particularly those with learning disabilities and autism. 
Strong advocacy, case management, and multi-agency working skills. 
Ability to adapt communication styles to support neurodivergent clients. 
Knowledge of MARAC, safeguarding, and legal frameworks for domestic abuse cases.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
 
The Events Community Fundraiser will lead the development and delivery of RABI’s community events programme, working closely with volunteers, regional supporters, and local stakeholders. This pivotal role focuses on organising and supporting fundraising events that unite our community while driving vital income generation. The Events Community Fundraiser will not manage every community fundraising event directly, but will provide the necessary support, training and guidance to ensure volunteers and local teams are equipped to execute fundraising activities successfully.
 
As a key player in our community-focused fundraising efforts, the Events Community Fundraiser will be at the forefront of fostering regional engagement and support for our committees and community groups, ensuring the continued success and growth of RABI’s fundraising events portfolio. This role will also be responsible for identifying and scaling key events that have the potential to be rolled out nationally, expanding RABI’s reach and impact across a broader geographic area.
 
With a strong emphasis on relationship management and supporter stewardship, the Events Community Fundraiser will spearhead the growth of community-led fundraising initiatives, ensuring that both supporters and volunteers (committee and non-committee) feel valued and empowered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Organise and manage a wide range of community fundraising events (e.g. agriculture shows, supporter-led, community and corporate) from concept to execution, ensuring every event is well-planned and runs smoothly.
• Community Engagement: Develop relationships with local community groups, businesses and individuals to foster collaboration and secure event participation. Act as the main point of contact for community stakeholders and partners.
• Promotion and Marketing: Work with the Marketing and Communications team to help create event marketing materials to promote events and drive participation.

We’re the pharmacy profession’s independent charity, providing vital support to pharmacists, former pharmacists and pharmacy students. Over the last five years, we’ve undergone transformational change and are now gearing up to deliver our next five-year strategy, driven by our wellbeing-focused vision and mission.

What’s the role?

The Senior Marketing & Communications Officer will play a key role in delivering our marketing, communications and fundraising strategy. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Senior Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans to promote our wellbeing focused services and grow awareness of our work.
• Lead the creation of compelling digital and print content, including video production and editing.
• Manage our social media channels, delivering engaging and impactful campaigns.
• Enhance our website’s content and functionality, using analytics to measure and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify our mission, strengthen relationships with supporters and foster new partnerships.
• Support press and media interactions, developing stories to highlight our impact.
• Contribute to wellbeing and fundraising campaigns to drive engagement and income.
• Support coordination and attendance at pharmacy events across the country.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a creative and driven individual with:

• At least three years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the charity sector.
• Proven expertise in content creation, social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and design platforms like Canva and InDesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in website management (e.g., WordPress) and data analysis to drive performance improvements.
• A passion for storytelling and generating media coverage to highlight impactful work.

Fuel Bank – Triage Support Advisor

Location – Remote based role with occasional travel to the Midlands for team meetings & training.

Fuel Bank Foundation is the only UK charity to focus on the challenges of people living in fuel crisis. We provide emergency financial support through our network of partners who identify people who cannot afford to pre-pay for their energy.

As Triage Support Adviser at Fuel Bank Foundation, you will be the first point of contact for beneficiaries, partners, or referral agencies seeking assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to assess needs, gather essential information, and direct each query to the appropriate team or resource. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that those in need receive timely and accurate support, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the Foundation’s support services.

Key Responsibilities

Initial Contact & Needs Assessment

• Inbound Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, or online requests, providing a welcoming and empathetic first point of contact.
• Information Gathering: Ask relevant questions to understand the nature of each enquiry—whether a client needs immediate fuel assistance, advice, or referral to another service.
• Basic Eligibility Checks: Perform preliminary assessments to confirm a caller’s eligibility or direct them to the right partner agencies.

Triage & Referral

• Case Prioritisation: Quickly identify urgent cases (e.g., no heating supply, extreme vulnerability) and escalate them as needed to senior colleagues or specialized services.
• Routing Calls/Emails: Forward complex queries or those requiring in-depth guidance to the appropriate department (e.g., Customer Support, Policy & Impact, Finance for voucher-related questions).
• Follow-Up Coordination: Log essential details for each interaction, ensuring smooth handovers and timely follow-up by the relevant team member.

Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Database Management: Accurately input beneficiary information into the Foundation’s CRM or case-management system, maintaining up-to-date records in line with data protection policies.
• Documentation: Keep clear notes on calls, emails, and web form submissions, tagging them with relevant categories (e.g., urgent, general enquiry, advice request).
• Reporting: Support team leads by generating basic reports or summaries on enquiry volumes, types of requests, or common issues.

Communication & Collaboration

• Liaise with Colleagues: Update other teams or managers about trends in call types or emerging issues that might require policy changes or additional resources.
• Team Support: Assist in scheduling, task delegation, or administrative tasks when needed, contributing to a well-coordinated triage function.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Occasionally interact with partner organisations, local agencies, or other charities to exchange referral information or confirm assistance protocols.

Quality & Compliance

• Adherence to Policies: Follow all internal guidelines, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection (GDPR).
• Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring enquiry patterns or potential service gaps, suggesting improvements to triage processes.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about any updates in the charity’s programs, fuel poverty regulations, or relevant partner services.

We are recruiting a Governance Co-ordinator to join our Governance Team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. This is a key role providing essential company secretariat support to the Board of Trustees, Committees, the CEO Office and the Head of Governance & Compliance. As Governance Co-ordinator, you will help to ensure the Association maintains the highest standards of governance through efficient administration, effective meeting support and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Governance & Compliance to provide efficient and effective administration for Board and Committee meetings, including maintaining the meeting calendar and timetables.
• Organise logistics for meetings, including dates, venues, travel and accommodation.
• Provide full secretariat support to the Board and Committees, including preparing Chair briefings, attending meetings, drafting minutes and actions.
• Collate and distribute papers and presentations in line with agreed timescales, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Liaising with senior leadership, Trustees and others at senior levels on all aspects of Board and Committee meetings.
• Prepare, proofread, collate and distribute Board and Committee papers and presentations on time.
• Provide administrative and planning support for the Annual General Meeting and Trustee elections.
• Assist the Head of Governance and Compliance with implementing recommendations from governance reviews, including updating templates, policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate statutory records with Companies House and the Charity Commission.
• Manage the Board of Trustees SharePoint page.

About You:

• Experience of Board or Committee administration, including minute taking and organisation of Board/Committee meetings.
• Experience of working with meticulous attention to detail accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Experience managing confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with experience of building effective relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and MS Teams, including experience of supporting hybrid meetings.
• Awareness of the principles of good governance.

Content Development & Design 

• Create high-quality digital and media learning materials, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules and video resources tailored for creative professionals
• Translate complex topics into accessible, innovative and impactful learning content that supports a variety of professional development pathways and diverse audiences

Fowler’s Syndrome UK (FSUK) is the only charity in the world dedicated to women (and afab) with Fowler’s Syndrome or Chronic Idiopathic Urinary Retention; a life-changing and poorly understood bladder condition that causes full or partial urinary retention.

The CEO is looking to appoint a highly organised, pragmatic, and detail-focused professional to deliver executive, project and governance support on an initial fixed-term contract of 1 year.

In this vital role, you will harness your initiative as you provide proactive PA support to the CEO and Chairs of the medical and trustee boards, while delivering project and event coordination across FSUK’s core programmes.

Excitingly, alongside executive and governance administration and support and ensuring that the charity maintains the highest standards of compliance and record-keeping, you will also be responsible for project management of two major initiatives such as FSUK’s flagship CURATE consensus project, alongside their annual two-day conference. From coordinating clinicians and steering groups, to managing logistics, guest travel, supplier liaison, and on-the-day delivery, you’ll ensure these complex projects run efficiently. You will also assist with grant applications, research activity, and the production of project trackers and reports.
