The successful candidate will be the go-to person for corporate partnerships in the North & East region and will be responsible for the delivery of fundraising activity which will achieve agreed targets. Working with the Regional Engagement Lead, the post holder will support strategic planning, and identify and lead development opportunities to grow partnership income. Working as one crew, this person will share their skills and knowledge with staff and volunteers on the ground.

Your role

As a Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will:

• Manage and grow the regions partnership pipelines, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
• Provide excellent stewardship to our regional corporate partners
• Monitor and manage corporate partnership and fundraising budgets
• Troubleshoot and mitigate risks and issues in order to ensure the delivery of results
• Monitor and manage operational risk, including compliance with internal and external standards, policies and procedures for corporate partnership and fundraising activity
• Support the delivery of income targets and diversification of income streams, with a focus on delivering on your monthly partnership objectives
• Manage delivery of all partnership goals and KPIs with the support of the Community Managers and volunteers

To be considered as the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will need:

• Significant experience of engaging businesses, supporters, volunteers and the public in order to generate funds
• A proven track record of results delivery in the areas of fundraising and corporate partnerships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and engagement skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• People leadership experience, ideally in leading field-based teams in a collaborative environment
• Experience of leading and embedding change and improvements
• This role, whilst 37 hours per week, will require flexible working across all 7 days of the week
• Whilst core days will be defined, it is expected that there will be a degree of weekend and evening working required. Extensive travel will be required. This role will be based at an RNLI site wherever possible

This role will be responsible for an effective and compliant operations function (finance, HR, programmes/projects, governance). You will help the charity to scale its operations sustainably and ensure the charity complies with its legal and governance responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance and HR

• Liaise with outsourced bookkeepers (also payroll providers) to ensure timely/accurate information flow.
• Oversee income and expenditure budgets and performance, processing of donations and scheduled payments, and ensuring accurate and consistent coding.
• Work with accountants to support year-end accounts and coordinate annual report production.
• Produce and circulate monthly management accounts and other reports for the Board.
• Support Trustees with designated responsibilities e.g. finance, risk, governance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and HR record-keeping (including freelancers).
• Maintain accurate, compliant data in our CRM (Donorfy), including prompt input of donations.

Charitable projects

• Support the planning and coordination of secured charitable projects, liaising with project partners, monitoring delivery milestones, payment schedule and working with the wider team to maximise success.
• Compiling project monitoring/evaluation data from project partners to support excellent impact reporting.

Governance and operations

Together with the volunteer Charity Secretary:

• Coordination of Board meetings and AGMs, agendas, papers and minutes.
• Maintain central registers (trustee attendance/terms, governance documents, policies, risk, safeguarding training etc).
• Fulfil statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including filing of annual accounts.
• Advise trustees on governance best practice, in line with Charity Commission guidance.
• Management of policies, procedures and operational systems (including the CRM) that strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare Quarterly reports for the Board, and upon request.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the Fundraising Code of Practice, including delivering the responsibility of data protection lead.
• Maintain relationships with volunteer Independent Advisors and commissioned service providers e.g. finance, HR and legal to ensure compliance/best practice.

About the Role

This new role will provide vital administrative support across fundraising, programme delivery, and operations. • Support basic finance admin (e.g. tracking invoices, reconciling expenses, liaising with bookkeeper).

• Maintain internal folders and files using best practices in cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive).

The Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, financial, and scheduling support across RAP’s international operations. This position is responsible for maintaining contract and vendor documentation, supporting finance and accounting workflows, processing data and invoices, coordinating executive calendars, and assisting with general systems administration, including IT-related tasks. Reporting to the Director, Operations, the coordinator will work closely with the Finance, Development, People, and Executive teams to ensure internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Contracts & Administrative Coordination

• Maintain and improve global contract databases for vendors, consultants, and partner organizations, ensuring templates, amendments, and signature processes are consistent and well-documented.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and grants & contract renewal dates; flag follow-ups and support internal reviews.
• Assist with compliance documentation and liaise with legal or People Operations for contract-related questions.

Finance & Data Support

General Operations & IT Liaison

• Assist with account creation, access issues, and user setup across platforms
• Partner with RAP’s IT vendor to triage tech issues, coordinate hardware/software purchases, and keep inventories updated. Support onboarding logistics, including device prep, new account setup, and tools orientation for new hires.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, finance, operations, or executive support role.
• Profiles with backgrounds in nonprofit operations, executive assistance, virtual assistance, or operations analysis are a strong fit.
• Fluent in English; fluency or professional working proficiency in other global languages, particularly in French, highly valued.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and systems such as Microsoft Office, SAGE Intacct, SharePoint, Monday, or similar. Experience managing scheduling or contracts workflows, especially across international time zones. Some exposure to finance or accounting processes (e.g., invoice processing, expense tracking, document management).

Job Purpose

The Partnership Coordinator role is varied, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills. Permanent, full time (35 hours a week)

Location: This role requires attendance in Scopes Leeds office ( LS10 1JF) with the remaining days worked remotely.

The hours for this role will be varied over shift patterns between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturdays.

The role

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to prioritise their own workload whilst advising Scope’s helpline customers. To provide support to helpline customers, supporters and donors and Scope enquiry customers.

In this role, you will:

· Provide consistent high-quality responses to enquiries received at Scope’s Helpline via telephone, email, live chat, our online community, and social networking channels, within set turnaround times.

· Ensure that customers feel valued and are provided with information that is tailored to meet individual need, is accurate, up to date and accessible to them.

· Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and empathetic manner.

· Continually update your knowledge around disability issues and to share learning across the team, to offer an expert service to Scope’s customers.

· Identify the correct person/department and efficiently transfer calls internally when customers ring with general enquiries.

About the role

Fundraising plays an important role in the sustainability of The Brilliant Club, and this is only set to grow in our next strategy. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for building relationships and creating excellent experiences for a portfolio of supporters and prospective supporters, to help us over raise over £1.4 million each year.

Supporters will be mainly Trusts & Foundations, but also some corporates and individuals. The role will include writing applications for funding, renewing existing partnerships and writing compelling funding reports. The Fundraising Officer will also be responsible for tracking the charity’s fundraising using our databases and CRM system, and for our ambassador programme.

The successful candidate will have experience working as part of a fundraising team, or have transferable skills from a similar external-facing role. They will have a proven ability to confidently build relationships with external stakeholders and have excellent written communication skills. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and experience using a CRM system are also key qualities for this role.

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for an Operations & Finance Officer to join our busy, friendly team in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have an essential and diverse role supporting the operations and administration of a ~£1.8m charity, which has ambitions to grow. You will support the Finance Director through payment processing, CRM management, IT management and HR support/ ensuring team well-being. Role Purpose Statement

The Senior Officer, Active Fellows plays a key role in delivering high-quality support to Cara Fellows. This includes leading casework, coordinating Cara’s mentoring scheme to support Fellows’ placements, and contributing to strategic improvements across the Fellowship Programme. The role combines direct support to Fellows, operational oversight and delivery of casework, and collaborative leadership to support Cara to uphold its mission.

Organisational Background

The Council for At-Risk Academics is a UK-registered charity founded in 1933 under the leadership of William Beveridge, to rescue academics suffering persecution under the rise of Nazism and facilitate their continued work in safety. Sixteen Cara Fellows from the 1930s and 1940s became Nobel Laureates, and many more innovators in their fields, including, Nikolaus Pevsner, Lise Meitner and Karl Popper. A number of Cara’s founders and Council members also personally provided places and/or funds to help individual academics; and Cara, known in the 1930s as the AAC, later the SPSL, was closely involved in the successful effort in 1933 to bring to London the Warburg Institute art library, which had been prohibited by the Nazis, and six of its staff. The Fellowship Programme is the continuation of the rescue mission operation started in 1933.

Cara has been a lifeline to academics at risk for over 90 years, as and when world events have placed them in the line of fire: Hungarian Uprising, Cold War, Apartheid South Africa, Iran, Latin American Juntas, Vietnam, Kosovo, DRC, Rwanda, Sudan, Zimbabwe etc. and, more recently Iraq, Turkey, Yemen, Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine. Cara support is typically framed as temporary sanctuary offered at times of heightened risk.

Cara Objectives ‘To assist academics who have been, or are, or are at risk of being, subject to discrimination, persecution, suffering or violence on account of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, to relieve needs among them and their dependants and ensure that their specialist knowledge and abilities can continue to be used for the benefit of the public.’

‘To advance education by supporting academics and their educational institutions in countries where their continuing work is at risk or compromised, to ensure that such academics and institutions can continue to fulfil their critical role as educators for the public benefit.’

This is a critical time to join our dedicated and friendly Fellowship Programme team as we expand our capacity to support at-risk academics from the Middle East, Sudan, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Russia and many other countries.

Key Responsibilities

Fellowships

Casework

· Manage a caseload of up to 50 Cara Fellows, providing tailored support.

· Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant records of casework activity.

· Liaise with Fellows to coordinate support and escalate complex cases to the Team Leader as required.

· Monitor, research and update visa guidance to reflect changes in complex immigration regulation.

· Keep up to date with relevant information regarding immigration laws, e.g. visas, legal procedures, etc.

· Liaise with independent legal advisors where necessary.

Finance

· Work with colleagues in finance to ensure accurate and timely payments to Cara Fellows and non-Fellowship related payments.

· Promptly issue relevant invoices.

· Understand financial processes – on Salesforce and Pleo – and update systems appropriately.

· Contribute to robust financial processes.

Support Mechanisms

Mentoring Scheme

· Project Lead for the Cara Mentoring Scheme.

· Coordinate rounds, delegate tasks to the team as required, and oversee delivery.

· Recruit mentors and mentees, and decide on a cap on number of participants if required.

· Lead on partnerships with organisations working in the mentoring world.

· Monitor the relevant budget and flag issues to the Team Leader.

· Lead on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for the Scheme, suggesting improvements to this, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

Webinars and Workshops

· Lead on developing ideas for webinar topics relevant to the needs of Cara Fellows.

Strategic Development

Alumni Engagement and Impact Reporting

· Play a key supporting role to the Team Leader in improving Cara’s alumni engagement.

· Contribute to developing Cara’s alumni network, with involvement in strategic discussions on interacting with alumni.

· Keep track of Cara Fellows’ media preferences and support the Team Leader in inviting relevant Fellows to participate in public events and media engagements.

Monitoring and Evaluation

· Support M&E activities across the Fellowship Programme, suggesting improvements to data quality and reporting.

· Ensure accurate data entry on Salesforce and flag inconsistencies to relevant team members.

· Assist with compilation of required information, statistics and reporting to Cara’s Council & F&GPC meetings.

Management Responsibilities

Deputise for Team Leader

· Cover for the Team Leader when required – lead team meetings, make decisions on cases for the team, provide general guidance and leadership.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive and Finance Officer to play a vital role in the operations of Centre for Mental Health.

This varied and interesting role supports our CEO and Board, managing day-to-day operations and taking on key finance and HR responsibilities. This will include financial support: reconciling accounts, processing invoices, supporting our Board by organising meetings and helping with many aspects of recruitment, onboarding and assisting our staff team.
