Anonymous Recruitment
Job description

This organisation supports anonymous recruitment. That means hiding your personal identifying information, removing bias from the hiring process.

Do you enjoy the challenge of collaborating across multiple workstreams whilst independently managing your own smaller projects? Are you comfortable working with data, monitoring and project documentation processes? Do you want to make a lasting difference for the environment, health and wellbeing and local communities - yes? Then this could be the job for you. Fields in Trust are looking for an experienced individual who has worked as a project assistant, team support officer or in a PMSO setting to be part of the Projects and Stewardship team.

The Projects and Stewardship team are responsible for driving forward the organisation's core work to legally protect local parks and green spaces. The team manage a range of evidence-based and reactive portfolios aimed at protecting more parks and green spaces. Making sure we exercise good project and programme management practices is key to ensuring our legal protection work is efficient and our stewardship obligations are achieved to the highest standard.

The Project Assistant is a key role providing project support and coordination across our protection portfolios, as well as a ‘front of house’ function for enquiries and stewardship communications. We need someone who is a proactive and quick learner, great at organising themselves and others, and is happy working with data and doing research and analysis. The Project and Stewardship team covers a broad remit, and we are looking for someone who is excited by working in a multi-faceted team.

Fields in Trust welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability (mental, physical or sensory), gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief, sex and sexual orientation.

This role will be based from our London office but will be a mix of home and office-based working.
