About the role
As a Senior CRM and Data Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting staff across NCVO in making the most of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Acting as the go-to expert, you’ll provide guidance, training, and technical support to ensure the CRM is used confidently and effectively across the organisation. CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. The Role
Following an exciting period of growth, CoppaFeel! is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our expanding team. You’ll be working closely with our Director of Finance and Senior Finance Manager to help manage CoppaFeel!’s day-to-day finances and contribute to a range of essential finance functions. We’re looking for someone with experience working in a finance role, ideally within a small team or charity environment. You’ll need to be confident using accounting software (we use Xero), have strong Excel skills, and be comfortable working independently. This role can be full time of part time with a minimum of 26.25 hours per week.
This role sits within the Finance team and reports to the Senior Finance Manager. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Month end tasks
- Reconcile all bank accounts, fixed asset register, depreciation, payables and receivables

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with Resurgo’s major donors, asking for financial support at the right time.
- Create individual engagement and stewardship plans for existing major donors and new prospects, including in-person meetings, written updates and reports.
- Help to develop the mid-level giving programme by creating a stewardship plan and tailored written communication.
Prospects
- Develop and implement the prospecting strategy, attending networking
events, asking for introductions and being confident using LinkedIn to
look for new opportunities, identifying, researching and contacting
potential supporters. - Work with the corporate teams to cross-sell opportunities; identify and
further engage high level individuals within businesses and vice versa.
Events
- Assist with the planning and delivery of a variety of fundraising events,
working closely with the impact, communications and finance teams to
generate strong results. - Help to develop and deliver new strategic events to further engage
major and mid-level donors with Resurgo’s work.
Financial Management
- Help to monitor the major donor pipeline, regularly reporting on income and progress against targets and help with financial management using a CRM (Salesforce).

About the role
You will be responsible for the organisation's digital infrastructure, data strategy and accuracy, and user experience. This role ensures the organisation has the right tools and capabilities to operate efficiently and effectively, and leads on data governance and utilisation to drive strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure alignment between digital strategy and brand messaging, and with all colleagues to empower them to utilise digital and data effectively in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital and Data Empowerment:
· Lead the development and implementation of strategies, training, and resources to enable colleagues across all departments to effectively utilise digital tools and data insights in their work.
· Foster a data-driven culture and supporting the organisation through a period of change.
· Develop and deliver practical training sessions and resources on digital platforms and data analysis.
· Provide leadership and guidance to teams on how to integrate digital and data into workflows.

- Digital Infrastructure & Tech Stack:
- Oversee the effective product management and use of tools and platforms of all digital communications channels, including CRM, website, email marketing, and social media.
- Own and manage the organisation's tech stack, ensuring it supports current and future needs.
- Lead on the development and maintenance of CRM, website functionality, email marketing systems and social media platform integration.
- Oversee the improvement of user journeys across all communications channels ,taking a user-led approach.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and research in digital communications, technology and ways of working; making evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Data Strategy & Governance:
- Maximize the use of data across platforms to provide user insight and learning that measures impact and supports strategic decision-making.
- Lead the team to provide data and insights in a timely manner.
- Ensure data is used effectively for audience segmentation and targeting.
- Lead on data governance, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- User Experience (UX) & Design:
- Lead on user experience and design, ensuring digital platforms are user-friendly and accessible.
- Oversee continuous improvements in search engine optimisation and accessibility.
Digital Development:
· Manage digital development projects, including website updates and new platform implementations.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who can step confidently into the role and deliver at pace. You will have:
· Significant experience in developing and implementing digital strategies across multiple channels (website, email, social media).
· Significant experience in leading and managing digital platforms, including website CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies, including data governance, analysis, and reporting.
· Demonstrable experience in improving user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on digital platforms
· Experience of managing digital development projects and working with technical suppliers.
· Thorough knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
· Knowledge of website development processes and technologies
· Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PECR).

Main duties and responsibilities
Communications (30% of work)
- Write and publish short regular newsletters for GRP’s stakeholders, including portfolio donors, wealth adviser partners and donors to operating costs.
- Manage and publish weekly content for GRP’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Manage and curate content for GRP website, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date and maximising opportunities to attract new donors and supporters.
- Coordinate with GRP’s third-party web developer on website maintenance and regularly re-evaluate site structure/functions to maximise its efficacy and usability.
Event planning (30% of work)
- Lead coordinator for in-person and virtual events, in line with events strategy devised by Strategic Relationships Manager.
- Lead event promotion and liaise with venues, speakers, catering, attendees, videographer, graphic designer, etc to ensure events are well-attended and well-run.
Research (20% of work)
- Drive ad-hoc research projects to support GRP’s partnership-building, core fundraising and portfolio selection/assessment efforts.
- Analyse potential sectors and charities for inclusion in GRP’s charity portfolio.
- Identify and research high-quality trust and foundation leads in line with core fundraising strategy.
- Identify and research high-quality leads for wealth adviser or other corporate partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (20% of work)
- Manage GRP’s new CRM system (Beacon) on behalf of team, ensuring the team uses the CRM system consistently, accurately, and effectively. No prior experience with CRMs required – training will be provided.
