The Programme Manager role

Due to the continued expansion and sustainability of our programmes, we are seeking a new team member to support our next period of growth into the 2025-2026 academic year.

You will be a consumate account manager to support our skills and employability programmes designed in partnership with industry. You will work collaboratively with our corporate and industry partners to support teachers and students in schools and further education institutions access a range of TTF educational programmes.

• Contribute to new initiatives with British Gas and grant giving programmes.

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our Communications and Sales Team.

The Marketing Manager will plan, manage and deliver the Lyric’s marketing and audience development campaigns to achieve financial targets and maximise attendance across all activity, with a focus on Theatre productions. The Marketing Manager will support the wider Communications and Sales team to ensure activity reaches the broadest possible audience, highlighting our impact and positively developing our reach and reputation.

What you'll do:

Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager

Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions

Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available

Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation

Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community

Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to

Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards

This is a key role at NFF designing, delivering and reviewing our Training Programs and ensuring continuous improvement for our staff. This role will also develop an external training program for delivery to our partners and clients

Responsibilities

· Design & Implement Staff Training Programs: Develop training modules for staff in areas such as health and safety, safety protocols, customer service, and leadership development.

· Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging, effective, and interactive training sessions for various teams, using a mix of in-person and digital delivery methods.

· Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Leadership Teams to identify specific training needs, evaluate employee skill gaps, and create tailored training solutions to address them.

· Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs, reporting findings to management and adjusting programs as needed.

Bipolar UK is the only national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar, including carers and families. We're launching an exciting new lottery-funded project in Northern Ireland to expand our peer support network.

As Senior Volunteer Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing and supporting our network of local support groups. You’ll recruit, onboard and induct volunteer co-facilitators, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience. You’ll supervise and support volunteers, helping them develop skills and confidence to deliver safe, effective peer support—whether online or in-person.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the set-up and running of new support groups across Northern Ireland.
• Providing ongoing training and practical assistance to volunteers.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Coordinator to support our care teams in delivering a high-quality family support service in the region, working with families and professionals to ensure the families we support have access to the services they need.
