About the role:
We are seeking a talented and meticulous Accountant to join our growing Finance team, playing a vital role in supporting Single Homeless Project's (SHP’s) mission to transform the lives of people experiencing homelessness in London. As the organisation continues to expand and diversify, this is an exciting opportunity to ensure our financial systems remain robust, efficient and capable of supporting the vital services we deliver.
In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining accurate accounting records and shaping processes that improve the way we work. You will lead on setting service charges across our schemes, manage and update financial data within the rents system, and oversee complex reconciliations across balance sheet control accounts and bank statements. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will bring clarity and insight to financial information, helping teams to make better decisions that directly impact the lives of our clients.

About you:
- Part-qualified (CCAB) accountant, working towards full qualification, with demonstrable experience across all core accounting functions.
- Strong background in preparing statutory accounts, meeting year-end timetables, and applying FRS 102 (with knowledge of Charity SORP 2015 desirable).
- Experienced in rent accounting systems within a social housing setting.
- Proven ability to manage staff, lead teams, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in producing clear, accurate reports with both statistical and financial insights.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to collaborate effectively across disciplines and meet tight deadlines.

The role of Fundraising Assistant for the Children’s Air Ambulance will be working closely with our Community Fundraisers providing tactical support to deliver the short and mid-term operations for the function. Work pattern: £12.75 per hour, minimum of 12 hrs a week. The 12 hours per week are to include the following hours onsite at Share Bristol on the UWE Frenchay campus.
Core hours will be:
– Tuesdays 4:45-7:15pm
– Wednesdays 11:45-2:15pm
– Fridays 9:45-12:15pm
Other hours can be worked flexibly either on or off-site.
Oversee the Share Bristol Frenchay Library of Things, ensuring it meets the needs of the local community, and work in partnership with the rest of the Share Bristol team to ensure the success of our charity and our Library of Things service.
This role is responsible for the day to day running of the Frenchay Library of Things, recruiting and supporting our volunteers, helping us engage with partner organisations, including UWE, managing our Thing donations and inventory, and assisting our current and potential members.
We’re looking for someone to start as soon as practical, and work around 12 hours a week. The working hours will be mainly around when we are open for lending sessions. About the role:
This role will work across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, but will be based in our Stafford office. Hybrid working is considered following our mandatory six month probationary period. Travel across the whole of Staffordshire will be required.
As an IDVA you will be asked to:
- Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
- Promoting the service and raising awareness of issues arising, minimising barriers and improving access to support

Hope House - Support hours 24 hours 7 days per week based on a shift rota pattern - (sleep-ins staff are paid additional to salary advertised).
Doddsfield Rd - Floating support (during working hours)
Team - 1X Contract Manager, 1X Team Leader, 4 Support Workers.
Staff work closely with Slough Community Mental Health Team (SCMHT) we also have a designated Occupational Therapist working along side supporting staff. Customers also attend Hope College which is facilitated via Slough Mental Health Team as part of their recovery process needed in preparation into independent living.
This is a great opportunity for any support worker to gain exceptional experience within the mental health field, based on the solid working relationship with (SCMHT) We have since implemented training directly from SCMHT to support staff with understanding Mental Health diagnosis and Managing Crisis with our customers in-house.

Reporting into the Head of Major Gifts, you will be responsible for leading on grant applications from trusts and other grant giving organisations. The grants will often be in the five to six figure range, and will be for a wide variety of activities, including bursaries, the Fonteyn International Ballet Competition, local and national learning and participation projects, and more. You will also be building on existing relationships with grant-giving organisations and help plan fundraising with the Head of Major Gifts and the Director of Fundraising and Development.
As a Trusts and Grants Manager you will:

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with limited hybrid working, you must be prepared to support perpetrators of domestic abuse holistically to address their support needs in order for them to be ready to engage in a behaviour change programme.
As a Perpetrator Caseworker you will:
- Work with male perpetrators to access services, i.e housing, mental health support and drug and alcohol services.
- Encourage positive options for behaviour change throughout the service user's time in the service. Using a combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of skills to encourage service users to address their abusive behaviour.
You will need:
- Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and stalking, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available.
- Belief in perpetrator behaviour change.
- Empathy and the ability to support and guide your service users, demonstrating excellent advisory, negotiation & persuasive skills.
- Experience of working directly with perpetrators of domestic abuse in a statutory, voluntary, social or community work setting.
- A good knowledge of effective ways of working/engaging with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including networking skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with other agencies.
- Ideally a background in Domestic Abuse Services, Probation, Homelessness or the Police would be advantageous.

About the role:
We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA). This is a full time role on fixed term contract. Hybrid working would be available for this role. The aim of this role is to support victims of domestic abuse who live in Central Bedfordshire. This role will be part of our other wider specialist services covering Bedfordshire.
As an IDVA you will be:
- Providing a high quality support and advocacy service to victims of domestic abuse.
- Managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service trough individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe.
- Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
- Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.
- To ideally hold a SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with domestic abuse victim's/service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting.
