Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.
· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.
· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.
Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management
- Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
- Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
- Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
Digital & Email Communications
- Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.
Donor Stewardship
- Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
- Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Key duties:

You’ll also work closely with our partner organisations, developing joint marketing plans that effectively promote exclusive and discounted benefits for BVA members.
You'll be bringing a strategic mindset as well as strong practical skills - from writing engaging content, overseeing multimedia production, and optimising email campaigns, to interpreting data in GA4 to improve performance. You should be confident working across various CMS platforms and multiple channels, with an eye for accessible, user-focused design and messaging.

Communications and Campaigns Officer
We’re looking for an experienced Communications and Campaigns Officer to join a busy multidisciplinary communications team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and actioning our approach to communications and campaigns both internally and externally.

Conciliation Resources is an independent international organisation working with people in conflict to prevent violence, resolve conflicts and promote peaceful societies. Research, Advisory and Policy Department
The Research, Advisory and Policy (RAP) Department facilitates learning and provides guidance to improve peace policy and practice inside and outside Conciliation Resources. The team:
- Translate experiences of peace practice into innovative learning and thought leadership
- Evaluate impact of peace practice and build evidence of what’s working and what’s not
- Advance knowledge and methods for gender inclusive peace practice
- Mobilise policy change to facilitate and coordinate transformative peace practice
RAP is responsible for the Accord publication series and cross-organisational research programmes, thematic policy advocacy, and the organisational approach and technical support to Programme Departments on gender and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). The RAP Department includes the CR EU team based in Brussels.

Conciliation Resources’ approach to project design and MEL is rooted in a culture of evaluative thinking and knowledge-building. We use evidence and systematic reflective spaces to improve the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of our work. We apply a gender perspective in our conflict analysis and evaluation methods. Our plans for MEL are contained within our Operational Plan under Goal 5: to develop evidence, learning and creativity, which is part of our Strategic Plan 2020-2025.
Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and creative Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor to fill a vacancy emerging in our global MEL team. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as the successful candidate will play an important role in developing and rolling out a new MEL Strategy to align with Conciliation Resources’ forthcoming Strategic Plan 2026-2030.
The MEL Advisor will be responsible for providing technical advice in applying gender-sensitive and complexity-aware MEL approaches to develop CR’s peace practice, and in supporting organisation-wide Outcome Harvesting. The role would be well-suited to a versatile and creative thinker with a curiosity to adapt standard MEL approaches for the challenges associated with peacebuilding and mediation.
We want MEL to be useful for staff and partners. The MEL Adviser will draw lessons from evidence of achievements and challenges in our work to inform programme adaptation and support organisational strategy. Occasionally they may represent our experience and approach to external audiences.
As the post is a global role, the post-holder will be expected to provide remote and face-to-face technical support to Programme teams, MEL Focal Points and partners in different geographies, and to the RAP team in the development and implementation of their MEL plans.
The MEL Adviser supports the Head of MEL in the delivery of Operational Goal 5 in Conciliation Resources’ Strategic Plan 2020-2025 and will continue to do so under the forthcoming Strategic Plan 2026-2030 and MEL strategy. The MEL Adviser will help to develop and maintain the systems, skills and approach required to deliver on this, and to embed these in organisational practice.
Scope and Accountability
The MEL Adviser is directly accountable to, and line-managed by, the Head of MEL and is a member of the RAP Department.
They are accountable for maintaining systems to record and analyse data and for organising processes to capture and analyse change.
They ensure the smooth running of organisation-wide evaluation processes, including CR’s Outcome Harvesting process, and evidence informed strategic donor reporting.
They are responsible for providing specialist, technical advice and support to teams and partners on the design, development and implementation of their project MEL plans.
They have a comprehensive understanding of our Strategic Plan, organisational results framework and Theory of Change, and of the nature of peacebuilding work and change.
Person specification
Essential knowledge, skills and experience
- Knowledge and considerable experience applying a range of complexity-aware design, monitoring, evaluation and learning concepts, tools, and approaches.
- Understanding of and experience in supporting adaptive programming, including approaches for how to monitor and evaluate adaptations. Experience of Outcome Harvesting or other participatory monitoring approaches an advantage.
- Experience designing Theories of Change for complexity-aware programmes, including monitoring frameworks and the critical analysis of data to inform adaptations. Experience of designing Theories of Change for social cohesion, mediation and/or peacebuilding programmes is an advantage.
- Ability to collect, manage and analyse quantitative and qualitative data in a manner that is sensitive to conflict-affected contexts.
- Knowledge of organisational practices such as partnership working, value for money and organisational learning.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to participatory, gender-responsive and conflict-sensitive approaches.
- Appreciation of issues of confidentiality, cross cultural working, and political sensitivity.
- Experience of working with databases, handling diverse sources of information, and maintaining accessible and secure filing systems.

What You’ll Do
This role enables the DEC and our 15 member charities to effectively respond to humanitarian emergencies and provide timely, quality, community-focused assistance.
As an Accountability & Learning Officer, alongside your efforts to contribute to our learning and growth, you will shape our work to influence key policy agendas. You’ll be working across such areas as climate adaption, flexible funding for humanitarian action, and locally led humanitarian responses.
Overseeing our monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities, you will support the set-up of projects, build relationships, and co-ordinate activities in all our current operational theatres.

- Assessing humanitarian crises for DEC appeal eligibility

The Head of Audiences is a new leadership role in the Commercial Operations team designed to ensure that audience insight and segmentation are at the heart of everything we do. This role will lead on understanding who our current and prospective audiences are, how they engage with us and what they need now and in the future. You will use this insight to guide programming, marketing, visitor experience at Winchester Science Centre but as we evolve our Charity’s reach and engagement you will play an important role in ensuring we fulfil our ambitious plans and reaching a diverse community. The key responsibilities we entrust you with
Operations Support
- Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise
- Manage IT equipment and liaise with external IT support
- Facilitate internal communications by supporting regular and ad hoc staff meetings
- Work closely with Senior Manager Operations on improvement projects, including leading smaller projects
- Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems across the organisation and suggest and help implement improvements
- Support management of ISEAL’s office space in London, including liaising with landlord and ensuring office works well for staff
- Lead on procurement of items needed for smooth running of office, for staff leading events and equipment for staff home offices
- Participate actively in team and organisational planning and activities
- Participate in internal staff management processes such as performance reviews, supervisory meetings, etc.
Member communications
- Gather and prepare content for member mailings, including our monthly member-only newsletter, the ISEAL Insider
- Maintain the internal Mailchimp schedule, liaising with staff in the Communications team to plan and schedule mailings effectively
- Support other ISEAL teams to communicate appropriately with members through our different channels and mailing lists, checking for adherence to brand guidelines
- Support the Membership Coordinator and Membership Manager with drafting blogs, news items, and group posts to share updates with members via the ISEAL Platform
- With the Membership Coordinator, regularly review content on the ISEAL Platform to ensure it remains accurate and up to date, liaising with other teams where necessary
Monitoring our membership programme
- Regularly collect data to help monitor our member communications, engagement with member-only events, and use of the ISEAL Platform
- Create and update quarterly reports and dashboards to help identify and communicate key trends and inform improvements
- Support the Membership Manager with the preparation of quarterly and annual engagement reports to send to members
- Deliver administrative processes that underpin member relationship management and track member engagement, including maintenance of member records within Salesforce
Other
- Provide occasional support for member-only Zoom webinars and at in-person events
- Be a collaborative and effective member of both the Membership and Operations teams, liaising with colleagues at all levels across the organisation where needed
- Support the Membership Manager and Membership Coordinator on member engagement projects
Experience, Knowledge and Attributes
- Experience working or interning in a support/administrative or customer service/communications role, ideally in international NGO, professional or membership organisation
- Enthusiasm for using data to drive customer engagement and aptitude for working with data, ideally some experience in extracting and working with analytical information
- Good organisational and time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently and establish priorities
- Ability to communicate confidently and sensitively with a diverse global community
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Proficient IT skills, familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.) and the use of contact management databases (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel), as well as a demonstrable willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Experience using CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
- Ability to communicate and work in a dynamic, international work environment and working with multiple managers
- Interest in and some understanding of sustainability issues

Role purpose:
1. Drive the growth of the primary education sector, leading on centre acquisition, income generation, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
Planning
- Shape and deliver the Primary Sector Development Plan.
Sales & growth delivery
- Drive income and centre growth targets across all relevant programmes.
- Develop tailored acquisition and conversion strategies by segment, including cold outreach, warm lead nurture, events, and campaigns.
- Track and report against sector income targets, centre growth metrics, lead conversions, and ROI using dashboards and data analysis.
Marketing and lead generation
- Design and test sector-wide digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams and, where relevant, external agencies.
- Manage audience segmentation, personalised journeys, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns targeting school leaders, MATs, and parents.
- Plan and deliver events related to the Primary sector and represent the organisation externally when required.
- Contribute towards content strategy across case studies, impact stories, webinars, and sector PR/editorial opportunities as required.
Customer Experience (CX) & retention
- Lead on sector-specific centre onboarding, retention strategies, and cross-sell pathways.

The DRIVE Service Manager will be responsible for mobilising the expansion project across London, working closely with all Boroughs and te Drive Central Team.
The DRIVE Team (Case Managers and Team Leaders) will develop and co-ordinate an individual, multi-modal intervention plan for each Service User, which will incorporate support and/or disruption strategies; a pro-active approach to Service User engagement and commitment to working towards attitudinal and behavioural change, whilst keeping the victim’s safety central to any interventions implemented. The Service Manager will seek to ensure this role is carried out fairly, and take organisational responsibility for risk.
The DRIVE Service Manager will also line manage DRIVE Team Leaders and Case Managers where needed
Management and Development:
· Provide each Team Leader/Case Manager with monthly Case Management Supervision.
· As part of the monthly Case management supervision process, the Team Leaders and Case Manager should be given the opportunity to discuss Service User cases; exploring concerns, reviewing assessment decisions and developing a collaborative individual intervention plan.
· Ensure that the service is managed in accordance with its governing documents from the DRIVE case management manual.
· Provide annual appraisal and regular support and supervision reviews to ensure that great performance is recognised; and that poor performance, and welfare issues affecting performance, are addressed. Offering Clinical Supervision as necessary.
· Support, manage and develop Team Leaders and Case Managers, promoting wellbeing and growth within their roles.
· Ensure Team Leaders and Case Managers maintain safeguarding training up to date in line with local protocols.
· Ensure Team Leaders and Case Managers attend all training delivered by RESPECT and other relevant training.
· Ensure that all safeguarding and critical incidents are reported in a timely manner following the appropriate protocols.
Management and Performance:
· Provide routine reports to the Project Director, funders and stakeholders so that they can assess the overall performance of the service.
· To ensure that the required data is recorded on the Drive case management system, so that the evaluation, performance management and service learning is maximised.
· Represent the service at local and national events; deliver training and presentations as appropriate in partnership with the Project Director.
· Contribute to the learning from the Drive Pilot through service reviews, working with the Drive Evaluators, supporting the Drive Partnership in addressing implementation and ongoing delivery
Strategic Management
· Develop and maintain links with other agencies, both as an individual and as a service; developing protocols, referral procedures, skills sharing and joint working with external partners as appropriate.
· Attend and partake the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel (DAPP) and MARAC meetings.
· Develop and maintain effective links with other agencies, attending strategic and operational working groups as appropriate.
· Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving barriers to achieving the Drive objectives with other professionals and services.
· Share best practice with other Service Managers to further develop the role and the Drive project in general.
· Work with the Director, Practice Adviser, Steering Group and Drive Project Evaluators to maximise learning from the pilot sites and modify the model according to findings from data on what is proving effective.
· Develop and share ideas for service innovation, exploring options for implementation locally and informing the potential for national roll-out on conclusion of the pilot phase.
Recording and administrative tasks:
· Supervision sessions will be recorded on the Case Management Supervision pro- forma, and form part of the quality assurance and staff support and supervision processes as well as informing the personal and professional development of the Team leader Case Manager.
· Ensure that Team Leader and Case Managers’ files and records are accurate and complete, submitted at the appropriate data collection milestones and that both are kept and are in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and meet IMR (Internal Management Report for Domestic Homicide Reviews DHR) recording standards.
· Maintain an accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication in compliance with GDPR 2018.
· Support Team Leaders and Case Managers to use the Drive Project electronic case management system accurately and consistently for all their work.
General tasks:
· Be a strong advocate for RISE delivery, representing RISE and its strategic direction at key stakeholder events.
