Earthwatch currently has an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our Individual Giving programme, ensuring sustainable growth in income from individual donors. You will focus on identifying opportunities to engage supporters, implementing activities to cultivate, solicit and steward donors, and increasing financial contributions from both new and existing supporters. You will also work closely with colleagues across Income Generation, Communications, Programmes, and senior leadership to maximise donor opportunities and engagement.

Role Purpose
To develop and deliver an Earthwatch individual giving programme. The role will focus on identifying opportunities to engage supporters, implementing activities to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, and increasing financial contributions from new and existing supporters. The role will also assist in the delivery of major donor cultivation events alongside senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Income Growth
- Develop and implement a multi-year individual giving strategy, including regular giving, one-off donations and legacy giving
- Set and monitor income and engagement targets, using data insights to refine and improve approaches.
Campaigns & Appeals
- To project manage multiple appeals delivering accurate campaigns across digital, print, and telephone on time, to inspire and convert supporters, on budget to a high standard and meeting agreed targets.
- To manage the relationship with external fundraising agencies, ensuring they are briefed and provided with the information they need.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure campaigns align with brand and messaging guidelines.
- Undertaking all activities in line with best practice standards and processes as set out by the Institute of Fundraising, Fundraising Regulator and any other bodies as prompted by the Director.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship
- Deliver high-quality donor communications, including impact reports, appeals, and tailored updates.

Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure all materials produced are accurate and compliant with relevant data protection and gift aid legislation (where applicable).

- Produce reports and analysis on giving trends, campaign performance, and donor behaviour to inform decision-making.
Collaboration & Team Support

- Proven track record in individual giving, donor development, or relationship fundraising.

Main duties and responsibilities
Campaigns & Income Growth
- Plan, establish, and deliver Individual Giving at Thames21 to maximise unrestricted income.

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, experienced and data driven CRM Manager to join the Projects, Data and Insight team at Heart Research UK and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Customer Relationship Management activities.
In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the charity’s approach to CRM and database engagement. You will be responsible for segmenting audiences, automating communication flows, and driving supporter and non-supporter engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The responsibilities of the Client Finance Manager will include:
- Delivering budgets and forecasts for each client, property and tenancy, using complex data from the MRI Horizon general ledger and other systems, Hyperion and Excel tools to provide accurate and meaningful financial information
- Being accountable for financial control over property services accounting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing accurate forecasting, explanations and billing

The Role

The Team
IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.
About You
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Initially your role will be dedicated to supporting Stronger Families but with experience you will have the opportunity to support other BOP programmes.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include.
· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.

We are currently entering a particularly exciting period of growth and expansion as we fundraise for a number of major projects.We are looking for a creative storyteller with a passion for bringing powerful stories to life to join our marketing team and help showcase the incredible impact of our charity.
In this exciting role, you’ll create high-quality videos, photography, and interviews that highlight the work of our hospital, staff, and supporters. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll produce inspiring content for campaigns, our website, and social platforms, ensuring our supporters feel connected and engaged. You’ll also step in to cover social media activity when needed, keeping our online presence strong and consistent.
We’re looking for someone with proven skills in video and photo production, editing, and digital storytelling, who is comfortable interviewing people and working with sensitive stories. If you’re organised, creative, and ready to make a real difference by helping us share our impact with the world, we’d love to hear from you.
The Charity team is responsible for raising millions of pounds each year to ensure Christie patients receive the very best care and treatment. This includes everything from access to world first clinical trials and receiving radiotherapy in state-of-the-art treatment centres, to young adults being cared for in a bespoke age-appropriate centre and being able to offer patients anxiety reducing complementary therapy, or even creative sessions in our art room.
