About the Role

• Community Resettlement Workers support clients who have moved in to independent accommodation, usually from the street or hostels. The accommodation is across London and your role is to work alongside individuals as they transition towards independence.
• By adopting a flexible, creative and personalised approach you will support individuals to manage their tenancies in the community and improve their quality of life.
• This service is a stepping stone towards independence and you will continue to work with these clients for up to two years to prevent them from returning to the street, to support them to build networks of support in their local community and to help them to move on into permanent accommodation.
• This role is offered as a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026.
• This role will require travel to various London boroughs.

We are seeking a new business Account Executive to help grow the membership of Employers for Carers at this exciting time. While this role sits within the Income Generation and Communication directorate, it is not a fundraising role but focuses on selling our Employers for Carers product as earned income. About You

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.

This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential.

In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.
