As the Supporter Engagement Officer, you’ll create opportunities for our amazing supporters to connect with and drive our work through various means of individual giving. You'll create engaging communucations, ensuring that our donors feel valued and understand the impact they're having on babies and their families, and you'll develop key appeals and individual giving activity to drive growth in these income streams.
You will:
- Manage the development of individual giving income streams, including legacy giving, regular giving, one-off gifts, in memory giving and new products
- Co-ordinate key engagement activity, such as the annual supporter Thankathon and Impact Report
- Oversee administration and stewardship of individual giving income
- Manage the promotion, sale and distribution of Lullaby Trust merchandise
This role can be offered as a hybrid role (with approximately one day per week in our London office) or fully remote, with occasional visits to the office for meetings or staff days as necessary; the two salary ranges above reflect this. The 21 hours could be worked across 3-5 days per week.

The charity: The Mark Evison Foundation is an exciting and rapidly expanding young charity promoting the personal, mental and physical development of young people, especially those with less opportunity. We offer a school award scheme to Yr. 12s (17-year-olds) in partner state schools in London, encouraging them to develop their own non-curricular challenges, which we then fund. The scheme brings out the best in our awardees, pushing them beyond their comfort zones: last year we had 4000 assembly sign-ups, who submitted (as groups or individuals) 560 applications from just over 90 schools, which were then all mentored. Finally, there were nearly 600 awardees.
The awards make a substantial difference to the confidence of the applicants, as well as their CVs and UCAS forms. We want students to do what interests them, taking control and using their initiative and energy independently – ‘in the driving seat’; and to learn many lifetime skills not taught on the curriculum. They carry out their awards adult-free.
We work mainly but not exclusively in areas of London where there is a poverty of experience and the cultural and social capital that employers often look for. The scheme helps students develop soft skills and confidence, and offers networking opportunities through our developing alumni scheme.
The process of granting awards occurs over an average of six school visits: we present at assemblies to generate interest and inspire applicants; we give workshops with interested applicants, talking through their ideas and commenting on draft applications, using our general guidelines; and students formally present applications to the Executive Trustee or Coordinator for judging.
Lt Mark Evison sustained mortal wounds in Helmand, Afghanistan in May 2009, trying to get his platoon to safety. His story inspires many of our young applicants, and his values form the backbone of the charity.
Role: We are seeking for a talented, personable, organised and energetic person with leadership qualities, initiative and flexibility, to join our school projects outreach team as its coordinator. You will organise the team and its work, and also help the team to present the Foundation at year 12 school assemblies, and then revisit over several weeks to help shape and plan their project proposals. As part of the role, you will assist the Executive Trustee with the judging process, dealing with risk, and ensuring plans are thought-through, safe, represent excellent value-for-money, and an appropriate level of challenge for the applicant. You will build relationships with teachers and our young beneficiaries, the award winners.
As a small charity the role will be shaped by you, working with the team. The role offers the chance to help drive the overall strategy to take the charity to a sustainable level. The post is up to five days a week, with scope for flexibility of time for the right candidate. The team is currently based in a private home.
Key duties in this varied role may include:
· coordinating the activities of the schools team
· helping the Executive Trustee with judging applications at partner schools
· delivering assembly presentations to cohorts of sixth formers (Year 12s)
· providing mentoring to interested applicants on site to ensure applications are eligible, practical and high-quality, through structured sessions and via email.

· assisting record-keeping about schools and award winners, helping gather data from award winners and schools and presenting it

Terms and conditions
Salary is dependent on experience in the range of £30,000 – £35,000 pa pro rata (depending on experience), with 20 days’ holiday. There will be a 6-month probationary period. The post will be based in Southwark with frequent travel to schools across Greater London. Flexible working will be considered. The post-holder reports to the Executive Trustee.

What will I be doing?
Developing inspiring and motivating content for email, digital, print and social advertising channels
Supporting the Loyalty & Cultivation team on the delivery of marketing briefs, coordinating the brief response, development and approval processes
Supporting the development of production specific briefs and work with Data Selections, Adobe, Web Analyst, Social and Marketing Delivery teams to deliver data and digital campaign set-up requirements
Supporting the content and creative production process, working with agencies, freelancers and internal Creative Team to develop compelling content across a range of channels
Working with UX experts to deliver pre-launch test and learn initiatives, sharing findings with the Senior Executive and optimising activity and assets based on results

- Support HR investigations and line managers with grievances, disciplinaries and other similar matters, recording meeting minutes and agreeing next steps.

St Mungo’s is a leading homelessness charity, and we want to grow public awareness of our work. The Assistant Head of Public Engagement (Brand and Marketing) will lead work to drive increased awareness of St Mungo’s, supporting growth in fundraising income from the general public.
This role will be vital in driving public awareness and engagement with St Mungo’s and our work, to end homelessness and rebuild lives. In this role you will:
- Develop and implement a strategy to drive brand growth, to support an annual income target of £8.5m in Public Engagement, and year on year income growth across fundraising teams.

Overview of the Role:
We are looking to recruit a Prospect Research Executive to join our supportive and friendly team. The Prospect Research Executive will report into the Development Engagement Manager in a dynamic Fundraising team and will play an important part in building philanthropy at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), providing research to support fundraisers to make informed decisions to engage, cultivate and solicit gifts from prospects and peer to peer networks.
The RHS already has an enviable network of contacts supporting our work, but we need to expand our network of trusts and major donors to help fund our ambitious targets. You will provide insights into new areas of prospecting to continually replenish the prospect pipeline with high-capacity prospects to meet current and future income targets.
In this role you will lead on researching both trusts and individuals, producing donor profiles, reports and biographies with great attention to detail, allowing fundraisers to make informed choices and maximise opportunities on a variety of fundraising activities. Your Role: Membership, Programmes and Events Support Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)
Contract: Fixed Term for six months - November 2024 to April 2025. We are open to applications from a PhD student or Early Career Academic.
Hours: 21 (0.6FTE). The post holder will also be expected to attend and support the PSA25 Annual Conference taking place in Birmingham from 14 -16 April 2025.
Salary: 0.6 FTE of £25k. The post holder will additionally be compensated for in-person attendance and providing support during the Annual Conference period.
Location: All roles are based at our offices in Camden London but the PSA currently supports its staff to work remotely. Post-holders will be required, however, to come into our offices regularly (normally once a week on a Wednesday). The Membership, Programmes and Events team is a friendly bunch who work closely together with responsibility for operations and output across a wide range of our activities. These include: membership, networks, specialist groups, programmes, communications, events including the Annual Lecture and PSA Annual Conference. We are looking for someone to join the team in the six-month run up to, and including attendance at, the PSA25 Annual Conference which is our major event of the year.

Your role and responsibilities:

· Responding to standard/general conference email enquiries
· Communicating information and instructions to all participants

· Monitoring Ex Ordo data - for example, identifying whether someone is a paper-giver or not and emailing participants for clarification where necessary

· Organising catering requirements to cover the conference schedule
· Sourcing venues and menu choices for the Conference Dinner and Conference Drinks events

· Collating Academic Prizes nominations made via JotForm for trustees and prize judges

In terms of Membership, Networks and Specialist Groups these may include, but are not limited to:
· Supporting the reconciliation of membership data in readiness for our new database
· Assisting with general email enquiries and emailing all/specific groups of members

· Responding to general/standard emails from our Specialist Groups
· Replying to enquiries/requests from our Early Career Network and Teaching & Learning Network
· Facilitating Specialist Group and Network digital events including arranging Zooms as required
· Collating articles/announcements for the regular e-newsletter
Additional information: there are currently seven members of PSA staff under the leadership of the CEO. This post reports to the Membership, Events & Programmes Manager who works with two Officers in the team.

Your role
We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. The ideal candidate has senior-level fundraising experience at an NGO, organisation, or charity, a strong and established network of executive relationships in major foundations, and a proven track record of identifying and closing deals in the range of 1-5 million USD. The fundraising leader will develop relationships with potential donors, identify fundraising opportunities, and manage the grant application process.
