About the role

As Clinical Director you will:

• Oversee our Counselling Service, leading on clinical matters and decision-making regarding clients, and monitoring performance.

• Provide regular management supervision and ad hoc clinical supervision to our team of Associate Counsellors (currently 33).

• Oversee the work of our employee ‘Service Team’ (currently 5), including line managing our Service Manager.

• Be the main point of contact for our Associate Supervisors (currently 2).

• Lead on the development and growth of our Counselling Service and other services, including recruitment and improvements to clinical practice.

• Be part of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to drive the Charity forward and achieve its ambitious growth plans. 

• Be the Charity’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.

• Regularly review and update our client-related policies and procedures.

• Undertake other duties consistent with the role and as directed by the CEO.

About you

Based within easy commuting distance of our office in Westminster, our ideal candidate would be an experienced counsellor and supervisor who has been involved in running a counselling service and managing a team of counsellors.

The position of CEO is an exciting and challenging role that is primarily external facing in order to promote and further develop the essential support we provide to families in need throughout Camden and Islington.

Parish Finance Administrator - Job Description

Main Duties

Financial Management

• Liaise with and provide financial information to the Diocesan Finance team as required.
• Prepare and manage the parish budget for approval by the Parish Priest and Finance Committee.
• Prepare quarterly accounts and reports for Finance Committee meetings and attend these meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenditure, and bank reconciliation using the approved Diocesan Finance System (currently XERO).
• Oversee the collection, counting, and banking of offertory and other parish income, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who will bring solid experience in HR and recruitment—whether through a CIPD or REC Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. What is a Portfolio Delivery Test Lead?

As Portfolio Delivery Test Lead (a new role to MSIUK) you will oversee testing and lead the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all new MSI UK system deployments, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing UAT to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and is ready for deployment.

You will work closely with the Project Managers, Products team, Business Intelligence team, Digital, IT teams, Governance, Contact Centre, Clinical colleagues and Operations, Clinical Safety, UK Learning & Development team, Global Information Services and all colleagues across the business

The objective of this role is to ensure any DDaT deployment to the business is fit for purpose, fully tested and accepted by the business to improve the client journey with MSI UK, on small pathway changes to larger projects alongside process improvements to enhance the client experience and overall business.  The role will support other teams in DDaT such as test and release or regression testing with the Product team.
