Managing a direct team of three, this role reports in to the Director of Advancement. We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our Home Energy Advice Team.  You will play a key role in co-ordinating a programme of home energy surveys, distribution of energy efficiency materials and helping to deliver a series of events.  The post is funded through an Energy Redress grant and is part of the Surrey-wide HEAT programme, working in partnership with other voluntary organisations across Surrey.

As Project Coordinator you will play a key role in

• scheduling home energy surveys and follow up support

Location: The role is home based; however, travel across Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge will be required to support events and home surveys.

Relationship Management

• Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.

Line Management

The role and your key responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this. 

Alongside managing your team, you’ll work with a cohort of partner schools and colleges, facilitating an environment which identifies and promotes best practice across partners within your region. Using data analysis across schools and colleges within your region, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to further increase the use of Unifrog, maximising engagement and resubscription rates. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Line manage a regional team of Account Managers to achieve their resubscription and engagement goals, delivering weekly check-ins with each team member to review their progress with partners.

• Run team meetings with your regional Account Management team to review key engagement strategies, objectives and share best practice.

• Meet weekly with the Head of Account Management, reporting on progress with your partners, and the progress of your regional team.

• Analyse regional engagement data to spot trends and work closely with the Head of Account Management to devise and implement strategies to improve on any areas of low engagement.

• Work with Senior Account Managers, Head of Account Management and other Unifrog colleagues, to design and implement projects and processes across the Account Management team, that help deliver against our organisation’s objectives and mission.

The primary focus for the new role is to generate sustainable charitable giving from individuals, maintaining and growing our Friends memberships and developing significant income from major donors. We are a leading choral singing organisation and run residential summer courses for children and young people. Our artistic director, Ralph Allwood, founded the organisation 45 years ago, since when over 10,000 young people have benefited from our life-changing courses. Nowadays, around one third of students receive generous bursary support to attend a course and we also work with a range of partner organisations to encourage even more young people from diverse backgrounds to take part in our choral singing courses. We want to secure the future of the organisation and increase the number of students we can support by significantly growing our individual  giving.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to work up to 2 days per week on a freelance basis to help us move up a gear or two in terms of our fundraising, specifically to develop private giving from our extensive alumni network and the many successful individuals who feel music education at a young age made them the person they are today.

About this role:

The main duties and responsibilities for the Heads of Development role are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

· Maintain and build relationships with our donors, and identify new individuals who would like to see the Rodolfus Choral Foundation thrive

· Use our extensive alumni list to source and maintain donors

· Use contacts from the artistic director and trustees to generate new donors

·  Ensure that our top and potential donors are well looked after and researched, passing on key information to the Artistic Director and, where appropriate, arranging meetings between him and our donors

· Organise and co-host special donor events in unique venues

· Plan and help organise membership events for donors

· Help establish a legacy giving scheme for Rodolfus

· Have overall responsibility for reaching individual giving targets

· Ensure that data is accurately kept in our database in line with GDPR, and is harnessed to support our fundraising efforts

STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING

· Develop a five-year Fundraising Strategy

· Set ambitious but achievable targets for each year, within the overall Rodolfus budget

· Contribute new ideas and find new opportunities for fundraising

· Produce quarterly fundraising updates for the Trustees

· Produce a fundraising report for the annual accounts, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development in the Fundraising Strategy

TRUSTS AND GRANT-MAKING BODIES

· Liaise with the General Manager to ensure a coordinated fundraising plan and targets, in keeping with the artistic vision for Rodolfus

· Proof and submit applications and be the point of contact for Trusts and Foundations (this work is currently supported by the General Manager and a fundraising consultant)

GENERAL

· Attend Team and Board meetings as required

· Be a passionate advocate at all times for Rodolfus

· Adhere to all legal requirements relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as all other company policies and procedures

Westway Trust is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their existing dedicated and friendly team of sessional workers to provide ad-hoc support to various departments within the charity. By joining us you will be instrumental in the services and support we provide to our local community in North Kensington. 

The Trust currently has a need for sessional Administrators; Receptionists and Events Support staff.  If you are keen to join the team on this exciting journey of enhancing the lives of the local people, and don’t mind being contacted at short notice to work (on some occasions), then we would love to hear from you.

About you:

You will need to have the right balance of knowledge and experience with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills and will be available to work at short notice.  You ideally will reside in North Kensington or nearby, and will be committed to working for a charity supporting and enhancing the lives of people in the local community.

Key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

Administration:

• Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Assisting with office organisation and supply management.
• Diary management.
• Respond to enquiries (internal and external).

Receptionist:

• Provide a professional and friendly welcome for all visitors to the building.
• Manage meeting room bookings.
• Set-up and clear-down meeting rooms.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls.
• Open and close the building at the designated times each day.
• Sort and distribute post.
• Signpost safeguarding concerns in line with the safeguarding policy.

Events Support:

• Provide administrative support and excellent customer service.
• Preparing rooms/areas for meetings and events, including the moving of equipment such as tables and chairs.
• Provide support on event day.

Knowledge and Experience:

You will have experience in one or more of the following roles:

• Administration.
• Event support.
• Receptionist.

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is looking for a part-time, 28 hours per week, Marketing Communications Manager.

Your role will be to lead the Marketing and Communications team to develop and deliver a Marketing and Communications Plan that inspires and enables people from all backgrounds to take action to support bumblebees. Actions may include donating/ fundraising, political advocacy, volunteering/ surveying, or creating bumblebee habitats (everything from a window box up!).

You will work with colleagues across the Trust to deliver both national and project level campaigns and strengthen the Trust’s brand, website, PR, and social media engagement.

You will be a self-motivated creative thinker with proven leadership and management skills and experience in delivering engaging campaigns across a variety of media channels.

You’ll look to maximise the potential of each supporter, as well as how the charity can support them, working with your team and colleagues across the charity. You will ensure that every supporter has a great experience of Parkinson’s UK.

What you’ll do:

• Provide a welcoming, efficient, proactive and professional service to supporters and potential supporters of Parkinson’s UK

• Be the first point of contact for any supporters contacting the charity. Manage numerous inboxes and entry points for teams across the organisation.

• Processing and thanking all offline income received at the UK office, paid over the phone or into the bank account through a variety of methods.

• The team are experts in providing excellent customer care and have to maintain good working knowledge of all fundraising activity; research developments; current campaigns and the requirements of people affected by Parkinson’s

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience of delivering effective customer service/supporter care with the ability to deal with enquiries in a diplomatic and sensitive manner 

• Demonstrable experience of working with a relational database and accurate data entry 

• Ability to understand numerous complex data manipulation and financial processes, procedures and platforms; necessitating a high level of skill, accuracy and understanding of data and financial dependencies 

• Ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team 

• Ability to develop positive working relationships with a range of people internally and externally.

Our charity

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
