About the role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join and work in a multidisciplinary team alongside a Physiotherapist and Speech and Language Therapist, family support and specialist workers, and the families/carers of the children.

• Relevant experience in the assessment and treatment of children with a physical disability 

• Clear understanding of current legislation regarding safeguarding of children

The Job (in a nutshell)

Leading the Education partnerships team,  responsibility for the development of all Educaiton customers and for maintaining the income generation and young people targets in line with the overall Trust strategy and annual requirements.

Who we’re looking for

A dynamic individual who is capable of balancing the mix of future vision with everyday demands.

This a senior management position which is responsible for the strategic direction and the leadership day to day operation of our extremely busy Education Team. The role requires you to be strategic but pragmatic, balancing the mission and purpose of The Trust with tactical day to day delivery of Sales support and partnership working across the organisation.

You will manage a team of up to ten direct reports, and will also need to build strong relationships across The Trust with fellow Senior Managers and Directors, and most specifically with our Centre Management teams, Fundraising and Marketing Teams. You will need to balance carefully the needs of our internal and external customers, allocating time and resources accordingly. Also, The Trust has a new strategic plan looking at growth of the number of young people we work with, including the recently launched Schools Adventure Programme.

Your experience

We would love you to have a strong background in Sales with proven effective results but also having commercial acumen and experience, with the ability to think and act strategically. You will have a minimum of three years experience of leading, managing and inspiring teams. A supportive approach to the development and coaching of the team is an essential element within this. 

The ability to work confidently and flexibly across all Trust departments, supporting where required. 

A solid knowledge of the Education Sector for both Scotland and England as well as proven relationship building skills, and enjoyment of working collaboratively across departments and at all levels through effective communication. 

Working for the Trust requires a Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude to workload, able to multitask and re-prioritise projects at short notice.

Areas of repsponsibility

• Leadership and management of the Education Team, providing direction, challenge, support and development as appropriate. This will also involve coaching and supporting the team in their professional development, as well as in the management and execution of sales targets.
• Development and ownership of The Education Team’s annual revenue target, specifically looking at Charitable funding levels, volumes and occupancy levels across all centres.
• Ownership of and responsibility for all aspects of the Education sector, ensuring that all aspects of marketing, sales, customer service, delivery and finance are reviewed and implemented to a high standard with the overall objective of informing greater impact for the clients
• Working collaboratively with Early Careers Business Development and Summer Adventures to share ownership of the current capacity levels. Ensuring optimum fill and a responsible client mix.
• Building strong relationships internally and externally. Developing and supporting the Education Team with new initiatives and lead generation ideas.
• Supporting the centre operational teams to have clarity of the sector and a deeper awareness of the Education teams role and focus.
• Ownership of the Education cost centre budget, including the development of return on investment data wherever possible.
• Optimising the use of all internal CRM systems and associated reporting for management purposes.
• Contributing to the work of the wider senior leadership team as required, including attending and contributing to senior team discussions, acting as an ambassador for The Trust at events and conferences, supporting colleagues in other areas of The Trust’s work.

Location: Home-based with average 1 day per week in head office / centre location. The role will include considerable travel.

Settling in period

There is a 3-month settling in period from contract start date.

About the Role 

As Partnerships Manager: Changemakers, you’ll lead the team that supports HOST’s global community of hosted partners (HPs). You’ll oversee all Community Support activity, ensuring partners receive the clear, responsive, and values-led service that enables them to focus on making change happen. 

This role sits at the heart of the Partnership Management Circle. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team of Community Support Leads, coordinate cross-team development projects, and ensure that systems, processes, and communications evolve in step with the growing needs of our hosted partners.

• Set and manage pricing within the approved HOST fee range. 

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with support from the Data Analyst.

• Work with Communications to deliver partner-facing materials, including the Project Hosting Bulletin. 

• Ensure all partner resources reflect HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic tone. 

Required Experience 

• 5+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, or programme delivery within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or international NGO. 

• 3+ years' experience managing partner or client relationships, ideally across multiple regions or cultures. 

• 2+ years' experience leading and developing a small team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management. 

• Confident managing systems, workflows, and digital tools (such as ClickUp, Zendesk, Jotform, or CRM platforms). 

• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and disciplines to resolve complex partner or client issues. 

• Experience designing, documenting, and improving organisational processes or SOPs to drive efficiency.

Overview

Social infrastructure refers to the physical spaces, facilities, and services that enable communities to thrive. This includes community centres, youth clubs, religious institutions, housing, parks, sports facilities, and larger institutions such as schools and medical centres.

Over the past few decades, this infrastructure, particularly those led by Black and racially minoritised people, has come under increased strain. This is due to a range of socio-economic developments, including austerity, privatisation of public services, and an increasingly complex grant-making sector.

The Strategic Alliance for Community Wealth Building was originally established in 2021. With a focus on supporting enterprise and asset development, the Alliance was created to bring together policy leaders, community groups, and infrastructure organisations to improve outcomes for Black and minoritised people and their respective communities. However, since 2021, the political landscape has changed significantly, and with it the challenges experienced by Black and racially minoritised organisations. This includes a growing climate crisis, Artificial

Intelligence, and the ongoing housing shortage across the country. Therefore, a new forum is required to ensure Black and racially minoritised communities are not left behind.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitation of workshops including design and presentation of relevant materials, communicating complex ideas relating to community wealth building and engagement with all participants.

• During SA events the postholder will focus on collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the sector, including community leaders, thinkers, policy professionals, and other stakeholders committed to an equitable future.

• Support with the development of the Strategic Alliance’s strategy, purpose, and long-term framework. Make sure than any ideas are captured and written into the work strands of the alliance, liaising closely with the Research and Policy Lead.

• Producing short briefs to inform discussion and debate within the Strategic Alliance for Community Wealth building meetings

• Delivery of reports informed by the content of the Strategic Alliance meetings.

• Organising meetings, workshops, events, and related research materials. This includes logistics, booking meeting spaces, sending invites and tracking responses, sending materials to participants, catering and refreshments. Some notetaking tasks may also be required.

• Offer support as above with other workstreams within the research and policy arm of community wealth building, including housing, climate, community asset development (Agbero), and the IVAR young researcher programme.

General Responsibilities

• To attend and participate in internal and external meetings including staff meetings and meetings with key stakeholders.

Salary: £47,117 FTE (pro rata £39,868 for 4 days / 0.8)
Contract: Fixed Term – 10 months, part-time (4 days per week – will consider 3 days)
Location: UK-based, hybrid (1/month in London office)

About the role ofHead of Principal Donors

As Head of Principal Donors, you will lead and manage the Foundation’s philanthropy programme, working closely with our senior leadership team and our founder to personally cultivate and steward the Foundation’s principal donors. This includes overseeing our recently formed Accelerate Circle – a select group of visionary philanthropists who help drive the Foundation’s fundraising through their networks.

In this role you will:

• Develop and deliver the Foundation’s philanthropy strategy, playing an active
  leadership role in the successful delivery of income growth from UHNWI and
  HNWIs
• Develop the Accelerate Circle of patrons and deliver a solicitation strategy to
  expand membership and grow our community of donors and supporters
• Provide exceptional stewardship to existing donors and cultivate new donors
• Work closely with our founder and their office to design, plan and deliver highROI engagement such as income-generating dinners or paid speeches
• With the Director Fundraising and Communications, develop annual plans and
  budgets, along with longer term forecasts for income from individuals
• Work proactively with our Communications and Programmes teams to identify
  and create funded or high-return opportunities to gain visibility in key markets
• Support staff to deliver and, where appropriate, lead on fundraising and
  cultivation events and donor trips
• In consultation with the Director, lead on financial reporting for philanthropy
  income, advising on risks and opportunities, producing regular reports of
  income against plans and forecasts, and monitoring day to day income tracking

Our ideal candidate is: 

• Experienced in cultivating and stewarding high-net-worth individual donors – with a proven track record of securing six or seven figure donations
• Capable of developing and delivering a successful philanthropy strategy
• Comfortable and experienced working with high profile individuals and senior volunteers including managing development boards, giving circles or other forms of peer-to-peer fundraising approaches
• Excellent at managing relationships and able to successfully influence people at all levels with clear and persuasive communication

The Central Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central office facility, including day-to-day oversight of organisation-wide services provided by SCT’s external IT support provider. 

The postholder will champion health and safety processes across the organisation through the use of an online portal. They will also provide key support in the coordination and delivery of organisational training. 

In addition, the role includes assisting in the delivery of a generalist HR service, working alongside the HR Officer and external HR advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration across Technology teams to maintain and enhance infrastructure in line with Association goals
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption
• Monitor and manage servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud platforms to optimise performance and reliability
• Develop and implement security and infrastructure best practices, including proactive patch management and cyber security compliance
• Plan and deliver infrastructure projects such as upgrades and migrations with efficiency and minimal downtime
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and changes
• Grow excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Track costs, ensuring alignment with financial plans and budgets
• Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure resilience

About You:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure management or a similar role, with expertise in server and network management in hybrid environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Confident working with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Entra ID, and Azure
• Experienced in managing virtual platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Skilled in documenting systems and processes clearly and accurately
• Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead, support, and develop colleagues effectively
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability with a focus on delivering practical, secure, and reliable outcomes
• Ability to automate tasks through scripting (e.g. PowerShell), coding or orchestration tools

The Local Hub (Bloxwich West Ltd) is a not-for-profit organisation; our vision is to support and

empower residents. Local Hub will be the centre point for local people to come to when they need

advice and support. There will also be weekly activities, music concerts, monthly quizzes, etc. all part

of income generation to enable the hub to become sustainable.

The Community Officer plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of the community through Local

Hub. This position involves meeting & greeting customers, taking room bookings, minute taking,

collaborating with local organisations to promote community engagement, overseeing activities,

serving customers, outreach work and collating information.
