What does this role do?

As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:

• manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from briefing with our media agency, to building and developing creative assets and copy, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads,
• optimise and test campaigns, using platform data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, interpret performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to maximise impact,
• work closely with stakeholders across the charity to ensure campaigns are optimised, and all content reaches the appropriate audience.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 2nd February 2026 and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience of working with paid digital advertising campaigns, specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads, underpinned by a strong understanding of pay-per-click advertising and paid social. You’ll also have strong analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions accordingly. You’ll need effective time management and prioritisation skills, as this role often juggles multiple, competing priorities. Creative copywriting skills are essential, as well as a passion for Dogs Trust and the work we do.

About the Role

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will drive Baytree’s corporate fundraising by developing innovative partnership opportunities, nurturing strong relationships, and securing income and strategic support. You will work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Director to shape and deliver the organisation’s corporate partnerships strategy. Key Responsibilities

Partnership Acquisition & Stewardship

JOB DESCRIPTION:Payroll & Accounts Administrator 

• Responsible to Payroll Manager 

• Responsible for Payroll, Staff Expenses, Accounts Payable and other admin duties. 

• Salary for a FTE £27,000 to £30,000 (Pro rota for part time hours) 

• Location: On-site/Head Office, Pelham Road, Nottingham

• Hours per week required: 52.5 in total across two vacancies

• Two vacancies available: 30 hours or 22.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday/Specific days/hours to be confirmed upon successful appointment) 

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POST: 

To provide professional, proactive and comprehensive Payroll services for management in the support of over 300 staff. The role will focus on all payroll related activities for Care Staff across all areas of the organisation. 

In addition, the post will provide any required by the Payroll Manager in relation to any other payroll tasks across TuVida. 

To also oversee the administration of funds spent by departments to ensure all spend is withing policy, approved and backing receipts / invoices received. 

The role also support the day-to-day finance administration of supplier invoices, supplier payments and reconciliations. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Timely completion of all administrative activities to support the payroll process including collating and reviewing payroll information in line with the necessary time line, preparing the payroll file for signature and audit purposes, submitting the payroll file for payment processing and responding to any queries received from care staff. 

• Manage the distribution of payslips ensuring data compliance is met. 

• Accurately maintain employee data in all systems including Sage Payroll, Webroster and the National Minimum Data Set. 

• Produce all regular weekly and monthly reports and ad-hoc request to support the Operational Teams and Senior Leadership Team. 

• Support the annual leave for care staff including the calculation of entitlement each year. 

• Undertake electronic filling, photocopying and general administrative duties as required in the support of payroll. 

• Set up new starters in payroll ensuring all necessary paperwork is received 

• Support Care Staff induction process regarding payroll matters 

• Process leavers through payroll including final payments and holiday adjustments 

• Ensure that sickness is paid in accordance with current regulations and company policies 

• Manage the Soldo account ensuring account holders receive the funds needed once approved. 

• Ensure all spend on Soldo, Credit Cards and Petty Cash is reconciled each month with backing of all spend. Includes preparation of required Sage Accounts posting. 

• Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records 

• Managing supplier statements and supporting accounts payable processes 

• Preparing payments for approval and maintaining payment records 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate: 

• Previous experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping and payroll. 

• Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience with Payroll and payroll systems desirable but not essential as training will be provided. 

• Able to demonstrate understanding of confidentiality. 

• Experience of providing Payroll support to organisations with headcount over 200 desirable but not essential. 

• Computer literate. 

• Possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office (including Excel). 

• Excellent communication skills are essential. 

• Able to deal with Care Staff with a sensitive and understanding approach.

About this role

The Philanthropy Manager will own an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at five to six figure level and act as the day-to-day relationship manager within that portfolio.

The role plans and delivers cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity to agreed KPIs, makes timely operational decisions within scope, and escalates risks/opportunities early.

What skills will I need? 

• Senior leadership experience at Head level or above, with a background leading data analysis and modelling functions in large, complex B2C marketing-led organisations with a digital-first approach. 

• Background in technical coding language and data visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Snowflake, PowerBI, Databricks, GA) and experience implementing best practices, guidance, and standards. 

• Experience using statistical analysis to understand and drive value from consumer behaviour (including setting up supervised & unsupervised learning models, data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection, performance metrics, and visualisations). 

• Solid grounding in the principles and application of MLOps (e.g., Snowpark, MLFlow, Github) with experience in productionising and managing models. 

• A successful track record of leading and developing high performing data insight teams (including managing, coaching, recruiting, and developing talent).

Our partnership of local VCSE organisations brings together a strong coalition of expert partners to deliver impactful support and prevention with a clear focus on improving outcomes for people and systems affected by Domestic Abuse. The programme aims to provide community-based support, built on:

·A trusted, well-governed local partnership with deep roots in communities and statutory systems, delivering a cohesive and unified service for survivors.

·A whole-family, holistic model that integrates advocacy, behaviour change, children and family services, and safe accommodation to reduce risk and build resilience across the family unit. 

·Survivor-led and trauma-informed practice, with lived experience embedded in design, delivery, and decision-making to ensure services are relevant, accessible, and inclusive.

·Flexible, community-based access and outreach, offering multiple entry points, streamlined referral pathways into specialist provision, and tailored responses for each survivor and family.

·Robust data and evidence, collecting and analysing impact data, allowing us to learn from what works and to keep iterating to delivery more effective, and to show long-term impact for survivors.

The role requires strong project development and delivery management skills (coordinating the mobilisation and delivery phase, and liaising with the various stakeholders) as well as the ability to  facilitate effective governance and make decisions (including data analysis and presentation skills).
