As a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer you’ll work closely with the Data Team (Data Engineer, Dynamics Specialist, Data Analyst, and Data Lead)  to develop, maintain, and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. 

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll take ownership of our 365 development practices, support application lifecycle management across multiple environments, and play a key role in integrating Dynamics with our broader data and application ecosystem. 

You'll be part of a team which designs, builds and iterates technical solutions and services for our organisational and deaf community's needs. You will work on discoveries, prototypes and continuous improvements that span the charities cross matrix ways of working. Tou’ll also own the remit of supporting a team of data engineers, analysts, and a Dynamics 365 specialist to facilitate the CRM system that is critical to core business operations and success within the charity sector. 

Essential skills 

· Solid experience customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE through Power Platform solutions, including entities, forms, workflows and automation. 

· Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse, with the ability to build scalable, user-focused applications. 

· Skilled in creating Dynamics 365 plugins and extensions using .NET / C#, and comfortable working with the Dynamics SDK and APIs. 

· Strong experience with using Azure Cloud resources such as Function Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault and other Azure components to support integrations, event-driven processes and secure solution design. 

· Practical experience managing D365 application lifecycle management, source code repositories, pipelines and CI/CD processes, ensuring controlled solution deployments across environments.

Job Purpose:

 We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and professional Engagement Manager to join our team in Aberdeenshire. The right candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate an understanding and total commitment to our organisational values. 

As our Engagement Manager, you will directly support people aged 16+ who may have complex and challenging barriers preventing them from securing a positive pathway.  The role will include identifying barriers and helping to build the tools needed to remove them. Supporting with pre volunteering activity as well as volunteering placements in their local area.

You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with charitable and not-for-profit organisations across Aberdeenshire, building an effective presence within the third sector locally.  You will create diverse, high-quality, structured volunteering opportunities with charity partner organisations, ensuring that volunteering roles reflect the needs and interests of those we support. You will also support the creation of strong referral pathways into our service, and beyond it, building on a knowledge of existing provision. As part of the All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium you will be a positive bridge to support people into positive destinations such as employment, training or further education.

Key Duties Responsibilities

· To engage directly with people 16+ to understand their wants, needs and aspirations and determine the best opportunity for each person and provide the support they need in advance of volunteering.

· To support on a 1:1 basis, in person or digitally with the volunteer to create an action plan in line with the All in Aberdeenshire outcomes.

· To work in partnership with All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium to achieve outcomes and secure individuals positive destinations such as employment, education and training.

· To develop and maintain good relationships with referral partners such as The Council, DWP, SDS etc to ensure a steady stream of referrals are received.

· To Liaise with referral sources, regarding new and existing referrals.

· To identify, create and develop relationships with new charity partners or agencies to provide bespoke and tailored volunteering opportunities.  These opportunities will help the individuals supported to gain experience, confidence and support them on route to a positive destination.

· To manage the risk assessment, quality assurance, and audit processes as appropriate.

· Ensure monitoring, impact and evaluation of information and data is collected and that the project meets its agreed targets, reporting format and schedule.  Assist the Delivery Leader by preparing reports to funders.

· To ensure all the above is done with excellent record keeping, in accordance with compliance requirements and systems.

· Promoting and representing Volunteering Matters across Aberdeenshire.

· Contribute to the wider Volunteering Matters staff teams, upholding our values at all times.

At Comic Relief, we harness the power of entertainment and pop culture to create a just world free from poverty. And, as our new Individual Giving (IG) Manager, you’ll contribute to this by building and strengthening our individual giving supporter base. 

You’ll imagine, execute and manage a diverse range of Individual Giving products and propositions, including direct cash and regular giving; legacy and value-exchange, including virtual giving experiences and other transactional opportunities – creating and optimising giving experiences that surprise and delight new and existing supporters.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver ambitious acquisition, engagement and retention Individual Giving activity, by:

Leading the annual planning for our Individual Giving programme, using data and insight to determine the best opportunities for fundraising growth, setting well considered objectives, KPI’s and budgets and financially and creatively planning activities to deliver a balanced income and supporter portfolio.

Project managing end to end delivery of Individual Giving campaigns and activities, including launching, developing and optimising products and activities through to monitoring and evaluating results and learning, at all times ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, comply with regulations and best practice and strengthen Comic Relief’s brand and giving experience.

Extensive experience of managing online and offline performance marketing campaigns across acquisition, retention and stewardship.

Proven experience of managing a portfolio of product offerings, ideally as part of an Individual Giving fundraising portfolio, for example, at least three of the following products: regular giving, value exchange, cash, legacy, mid-value. 

Knowledge and experience in developing and rolling out activity specific activations as part of a wider integrated campaigns, actively opportunity spotting; championing collaboration and adapting in response to wider factors.

A creative self-starter with proven ability to work independently, managing own work plan to deliver against goals and objectives. 

Experience of New Product Development (NPD), taking new products from minimum viable product (MVP) to scale. 

Proven ability to use data and insight to inform decisions; model and plan growth opportunities; prepare business cases and evolve and optimise individual fundraising activities and Individual Giving portfolios.

Excellent project manager, able to demonstrate effective use of tools, processes and ways of working to deliver projects to plan.

Charity People are proud to be partnering with the National Literacy Trust (NLT), a leading UK charity dedicated to improving literacy for children, young people, and adults in disadvantaged communities. Their work transforms lives by tackling literacy challenges in schools, families, and communities across the country.

Earlier this year, the NLT welcomed the Centre for Literacy in Primary Education (CLPE) as a subsidiary organisation. Together, with a shared mission and alignment, they are building an integrated offer for schools while preserving CLPE's unique expertise. The next major step is to bring the two organisations digital systems together. The Digital Migration Manager will lead this critical project.

This is a project management role, with a requirement to not simply propose and advise on steps, but to get under the skin, and unpick aspects, step by step

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing CLPE's current systems and mapping dependencies
* Planning and managing data migration across finance, CRM, email marketing, and web transactions
* Working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions
* Ensuring the results support excellent reporting and a great user experience

The priority will be migrating the finance system in time for the new financial year (1st April).

Current Systems in place include Xero, Drupal, Dot Digital, Wagtail, Stripe, Business Central. Salesforce (Essential) - so experience of all or some of these will be an advantage. A working knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

You will bring:

* Significant experience managing data migration projects like this
* Technical expertise using the systems listed
* Skilled in handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data
* Strong background in digital system changes and user support
* Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience managing agency relationships as this will be a key aspect of the role

Myeloma UK is looking for a motivated and experienced Special Events professional to join our Philanthropy team.

Special events play a vital role in engaging our supporters, inspiring their support, and raising vital income for the charity. Throughout 2026 we have a range of events planned, including private dinners, receptions and large fundraisers in London and Edinburgh.

Special Events is an area of growth for the charity, and this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our major donor team and senior volunteers and supporters to develop and deliver an engaging fundraising events programme.  

Experience in Special Events is essential, ideally in a charity environment. The successful candidate will have excellent event management skills, experience of working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to deliver creative and engaging events to inspire donor support.

Myeloma UK is embarking on an ambitious five-year income generation strategy, which aims to double our income by 2030.

The post holder will lead the planning and delivery of a programme of high-quality events. You will work with colleagues from across the charity to develop programmes that will engage our audiences and communicate the impact we deliver as a charity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about evidence informed practice, experienced with quantitative analysis, and motivated to build and strengthen organisations that help young people thrive. You will join a small mixed methods evaluation team within Purposeful Ventures and work closely with portfolio colleagues, alongside our partner organisations - inspirational charities and social enterprises - to successfully grow and deliver systemic change.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, design and delivery of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities across three levels: individual interventions, groups of related interventions (programmes) and the overall portfolio level. Working with our portfolio team, you will scope and design proportionate approaches to track progress at intervention, programme and portfolio level, assess outcomes, and understand whether - and why - intended outcomes are being achieved, to support improvement. You will also help us better understand and report on Purposeful Ventures’ organisational impact.

Successful candidates will have led evaluations end-to-end, including designing studies and analysing and reporting quantitative data (administrative and other monitoring/assessment data, plus surveys). Experience of research or evaluation relating to improving maths attainment, including via teaching-workforce initiatives and delivering evaluations for funders or charities (including in research agencies), is desirable.

Responsibilities and duties​

​1. Work closely with the Head of Evaluation to implement Purposeful Ventures’ monitoring and evaluation framework, to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and sector standards.

• Translate the framework into portfolio, programme and intervention level monitoring and evaluation plans with clear outcomes, indicators, baselines and reporting cycles.
• Establish proportionate evaluation ethics, privacy and safeguarding practices and ensure compliance across our three portfolio areas.
• Review and maintain templates, guidance and quality assurance processes; innovating to improve and use methods in line with sector best practice.

2. Strengthen programme design, delivery, monitoring and reporting across Purposeful Ventures and partner organisations.

• Work in partnership with portfolio team colleagues and partner organisations to ensure that partner organisations have proportionate yet robust monitoring and evaluation plans.
• Ensure appropriate data quality and timely reporting by designing and setting up monitoring and evaluation systems, including specifying and managing data collection.
• Establish effective monitoring processes that improve programme design and delivery, and inform funder reporting, by providing hands-on support and guidance to partner organisations.
• Enable better decisions on design, delivery and grant-making by synthesising monitoring and evaluation evidence into clear, actionable insights.
• Ensure findings drive improvements in intervention, programme and portfolio design and delivery by embedding effective reflective processes, including facilitated learning sessions.
• Shape and define the strategy for monitoring and evaluation support, based on partner organisation needs and evaluation objectives.
• Contribute to partner organisation selection by assessing intervention design and the plausibility/strength of theory of change; making recommendations to strengthen monitoring, evaluation and learning.
• Ensure impact at portfolio, programme and partner organisation level is clearly understood, learned from and shared by leading the synthesis and communication of monitoring and evaluation findings.

3. Design, commission and manage high quality external evaluation and research activity to meet our objectives.

• Select and onboard external research and evaluation partners by collaborating with colleagues to scope needs, prepare briefs, design research and run effective procurement.
• Manage external partners/projects to scope, budget and timelines, provide constructive technical reviews and assure methodological and reporting quality.

4. Support colleagues with advice and guidance about monitoring and evaluation for impact and broader research expertise.

• Provide timely technical input to proposals, portfolio/programme design and communications.
• Build capability across portfolio teams and partner organisations through coaching, training and practical tools.
• Support portfolio design, delivery and reporting by conducting technical reviews of research studies, evaluation plans and reports.
• Keep up to date with evaluation and other relevant research methodological developments. 

Who we are looking for

Key requirements

• Commitment to Purposeful Ventures’ mission and values, with a passion for transforming the life chances of children and young people through entrepreneurship and innovation in education and related fields.
• Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a range of social research methods, including theory-based evaluation, quantitative data collection and analysis (e.g. outcomes analysis using monitoring/assessment data, survey design, validation, developmental and impact evaluation).
• Experience establishing and improving data systems (templates, validation/QA, dashboards) for programme/service improvement and reporting.
• Proven track record in evaluation or research roles, ideally in or with the not-for-profit and/or social enterprise sectors.
• Substantial experience of working with stakeholders to understand their programme theory, evidence needs and communicate formative and summative findings to strengthen programme and/or policy design and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information for diverse and lay audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to gain credibility with key internal and external stakeholders, including funders, academics, senior charity executives and social entrepreneurs.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to hold people to account and achieve project outcomes.
• Experience overseeing compliance with ethical standards, data protection, and safeguarding in evaluation activities.
• A proactive, strategic thinker, who is comfortable working independently and able to solve complex problems and drive programme and organisational learning.
• Flexible, highly-organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Happy to work with a degree of ambiguity, creating processes and ways forwards where they might not yet exist.

Desirable

• Experience working with funders, philanthropists, and policy audiences.
• Published thought leadership or research in relevant fields.
• Experience commissioning and managing large-scale, multi-partner research of evaluation projects.
• Experience of research and/or evaluation relating to improving attainment, including through teacher professional development and broader teaching workforce initiatives.
• Experience working with Power BI.
