About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. You will be responsible for the assessment of, and managing relationships with, all major new partners. You will be accountable for delivering on an ambitious income generation strategy, and for monitoring and effectively reporting our impact. You will ensure that our impact and the importance of our work is effectively communicated to potential new partners, working closely with the Head of Communications and supported by the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside the Chief Executive and the Head of Finance to develop annual plans and budgets and work closely with the Director of Transformation and School Engagement Manager to ensure projects are secured, fully funded and financially sustainable.

We’re looking for someone with genuine passion for our mission, who has the confidence to hit the ground running and articulate why what we’re doing is so important. Key responsibilities:
● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities
● Manage and maintain existing significant partnerships with key funders (trusts, corporates and major donors), identifying new opportunities to deepen and extend relationships where desirable
● Manage, support and mentor the Development team, leading on strategy and planning for the department to ensure that income generation targets for fundraising are achieved
● Working alongside the Chief Executive and Directors, identify new income opportunities from corporate partnerships and support development of commercial opportunities
● Lead on the development of our impact measurement strategy, strengthening our monitoring, evaluation and impact systems to ensure that we are effectively collecting data that demonstrates our impact
● Responsible for delivering internal and external reporting (including the annual report) that articulates our impact clearly and definitively
● Develop an effective marketing strategy to articulate our impact and the benefits of our programmes to potential new partners
● Working with the Director of Transformations to maintain a healthy sales pipeline of new school/ MAT partners, helping to identify and develop relationships
● Budgeting
● Manage, motivate and develop your team, setting goals and evaluating performance, coaching and motivating staff and supporting professional development and staff wellbeing
● Play a key role in preparing for and ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Strategy & Impact trustee sub-committee
● Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, plans and reports, as necessary for Trustees and external partners

Skills & experience:

● Significant experience in a senior fundraising role (Head of / Director) with a strong track record of achievement
● Demonstrable ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
● Understanding of effective impact measurement and communication

We’re looking for a motivated Grants and Administration Officer. We are happy to consider someone who is newer to grant-making but with deep experience of the charitable sector. We will be looking for someone with aptitude for the duties below who will be able to work independently following training where needed. Duties
Grants assessment and management:
• Process grant applications. This includes:
o Visiting, meeting and corresponding with applicants.
o Reviewing, requesting and analysing relevant information.
o Providing feedback on unsuccessful applications.
o Preparing written recommendations for submission to the Board and presenting at Board meetings.
• Monitor progress on grants awarded.

Training will be provided on all of these systems.
• Manage the Trust’s subscriptions and memberships (e.g. Association of Charitable Foundations, ICO).
• Maintain the Trust’s register of interests.
• Prepare Board papers and Minutes (printing, binding and posting papers).
• Update 360giving with the Trust’s grants data (training will be provided).
• Support meetings (circulating calendar invitations, booking meeting space, organising catering and on-the-day setup and close down).
• General office duties including keeping the office stocked with stationery and tea/coffee and welcoming visitors to the Trust. Lead on the office security systems and dealing with contractors.

About us
World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. As a result, STEP Forward was created to specifically address the barriers to integration faced by women.
The aim is for women refugees to make informed decisions about their lives and their continued pathways in the UK. In April 2023, a new phase of the programme was launched with a target to support 315 women until April 2026 in Coventry, Bradford, and Leeds.
Project Details
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant(s) to assess STEP Forward programme effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement. The consultant(s) will be responsible to produce three monitoring reports between 2024 and 2026.
Specific tasks:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of all relevant project documents.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for data collection, both quantitative and qualitative.

Requirements
We are looking to recruit a Head of Member Acquisition and Engagement on a part-time contract. This is an exciting new role that will play a key part in our continued growth and will make a real impact on the teaching profession; we are looking for someone who believes in our mission and the work we do.
Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive, Associate Director: Partnerships and the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Head of Member Acquisition and Engagement will take a lead on activity related to attracting and retaining our individual teacher members, including developing, rolling out and evaluating recruitment and retention programmes, initiatives and campaigns for current and prospective members. The successful candidate will be confident using data to inform decision-making and monitor progress towards membership growth targets and have the ability to work well independently and within a team.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sustrans Behaviour Change and Engagement Team as it looks to encourage those in Harlow and the surrounding area to walk, wheel, and cycle.
As an Active Travel Project Officer in Harlow and Gilston Town (HGGT), you will assist in the delivery of the behaviour change programme to schools, workplaces and community groups. The project will encourage and enable the community to travel sustainably and actively, through various initiatives, events and competitions.

Duties and key responsibilities
Community fundraising
- Manage and develop regional fundraising by devising a regional community fundraising strategy for income generation.
- Design and develop Sarcoma UK's calendar of annual community fundraising campaigns and events communication, including Cuppa and Cake.
- Introduce fundraising opportunities to our existing and potential supporters through a multi-channelled marketing strategy to grow levels of engagement and participation.
- Identify opportunities and recruit new community fundraisers, fundraising groups, corporate and school partners.

It’s an exciting time to join The National Lottery Community Fund as the Environmental Officer on a part time basis, 25 hours a week.
The National Lottery Community Fund is delivering an environmental strategy that will not only help communities we Fund but also identifies us as an exemplar in managing our own environmental impact.
The role will help lead our journey to net zero emissions by 2030, as well as support our environmental strategy both internally and externally. An interest in climate change and an understanding of environmental sustainability in the workplace will be a key part to this role as well as the confidence to bring in new ideas.
The role will sit within the Facilities team which helps support all nine of the Funds offices which are based in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
The environmental officer role will be varied but some of the key responsibilities are:
- You will be responsible for facilitating the Fund’s efforts to reduce its environmental impact and move towards being a net zero organisation by 2030. You will lead best practice around environmental sustainability across sites and engage staff to consider their own impact.

Universify exists to create a fairer, more equal society where every young person can fulfil their potential regardless of their background. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Programme Manager, you will manage the Programme Team to deliver the charity’s annual residential and coaching programme and impact reporting. You will act as the primary relationship holder for all existing major programme partners, including universities and other third sector organisations. During programme delivery, you will be a part of the team’s Safeguarding Leads and work with the Programme Team to ensure the safety and care of our participants.
You will report to the CEO and work with them to build relationships with new partners, and develop the charity’s ability to expand the programme by considering its impact data, needs of partners and stakeholders, and any changes to its programme model. - Create and edit compelling and innovative social media content optimised against a range of objectives, including the production of graphics and video
- Work closely with cross-directorate teams to develop and implement impactful social campaign strategies, ensuring appropriate messaging and content for specific audiences, channels and placements
- Provide full community management across channels on a rota
- Work with people living with dementia to champion their voices through powerful storytelling
- Support the Senior Social Media Manager to embed social media strategy
- Develop and deliver guidance and training to colleagues across all areas relevant to successful social activity, ensuring information is easy to understand for a non-digital audience
- Run paid social activity aligning with strategic team objectives and manage associated budgets
- Use analytics tools to report back on the performance of day-to-day and campaign-focused social activity, making recommendations to address gaps and optimise performance
- Identify trends and develop insights into user activity from relevant data sources to inform our ongoing approach
- Manage projects as directed by the Senior Social Media Manager
- Undertake other tasks as needed to ensure the successful running of our social activity
About you
- Knowledge and experience on creating channel and audience-specific content that maximises user engagement.
- Ability to spot trends and opportunities to ensure we stand out from the crowd.
- You’ll be confident in creating a range of impactful visual assets (graphics, video, photo), and really understand how to get the best results in each placement.
- You’ll be a great communicator with the ability to tell a great story via social content, adept at writing engaging copy, but also able to manage sensitive conversations on social.
- Have great interpersonal skills are also key to allow you to develop great relationships with internal teams, and to work closely with people affected by dementia.
- Whether it’s a person with the condition themselves, a carer or someone that’s lost a loved one, you’ll be able to bring their experiences and stories to life through our channels.
- Have a particular interest in using analytics tools to drive performance through data and insight is essential.
- You’ll be confident creating reports that align with strategic objectives and demonstrate business impact.
