Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Fundraising to lead and further develop our fundraising activity at a pivotal time for the Cathedral. This is a strategic and hands on role, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Management Team to secure the resources needed to sustain and grow the Cathedral’s mission, ministry and buildings.
You will take the lead on generating fundraising income, primarily through trusts and foundations, while also developing appeals, legacy giving, regular giving and new fundraising income streams. You will build on the strong foundations already in place, bringing creativity, rigour and collaboration to everything you do.
The role
As Head of Fundraising, you will:
Lead relationships with trusts and foundations, identifying opportunities, writing compelling applications and managing reporting and compliance
Drive major fundraising bids to support the Cathedral’s Estates Masterplan and strategic priorities
Develop and deliver fundraising appeals and pilot new initiatives to diversify income
Grow legacy and regular giving, building a sustainable pipeline of long-term supporters
Lead supporter care, engagement and fundraising events
Oversee fundraising communications and profile raising activity
Work collaboratively across the Cathedral to develop fundable projects and shared ownership of fundraising
Manage the fundraising budget and report progress to the Senior Management Team and Finance Committee
Act as Line Manager for the Development Officer
This role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and will suit someone who enjoys working in a small, committed team where no two days are the same.

Purpose of the role
The Finance (FM) contributes to ENN’s vision through strategic management and governance of its financial resources and budgets.
The Finance Manager is responsible for finance strategy, planning and oversight, reporting, regulatory compliance and aligning finance strategies with organisational goals and operations. · Develop ENN’s finance strategy in support of the delivery of its 5 year strategic goals.

The Role
The Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Witness’s social media presence, including day-to-day channel management, content creation, paid social campaigns and influencer/creator engagement. You will work with colleagues from within the Communications team and across the whole organisation to ensure our social media content contributes to our awareness, advocacy and income goals, while remaining aligned with our brand and values. Salary: Circa £32,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and permanent. 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.
You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.
The key responsibilities within the role are:
· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs
· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions
· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals
· Assisting the team by facilitating high quality information gathering/sharing to track the support given and the success of the project
You could be successful in this role if you:
· Are passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives
· Have the ability to build positive relationships with young people as well as professionals
