We are looking for a Youth Support Manager to deliver outstanding pastoral support and safeguarding across NYO’s national programme. This role is central to ensuring that young people feel happy, listened to and secure while participating in NYO activities. It combines practical management, team leadership and youth-centred insight to embed NYO’s ethos into every aspect of delivery.

Working closely with the Head of Youth Development, you will manage the freelance Support Team and lead the Youth Support Co-ordinator, ensuring that safeguarding, welfare and inclusion are implemented consistently. You’ll be confident handling conversations with teenagers and their parents/carers, managing sensitive information, and coordinating logistics in a busy residential environment. You’ll also deputise for the Head of Youth Development when required, leading operational briefings and representing the team in cross-programme conversations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people’s wellbeing and development through music. You’ll work closely with colleagues across planning, programmes and operations, and be a visible and responsive point of contact for young people and staff on the ground.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Carers Time Off sitting service, which enables unpaid carers to have a break from their caring role through providing volunteers to sit with the person with care needs.

This service is delivered wholly by volunteers, and you will liaise with carers, carry out assessments for clients and match with volunteers.  You will be responsible for the recruitment of and ongoing support for volunteers.

You must drive and have access to own vehicle.

This role offers a unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of carers' and those they care for while collaborating with local partners and working within a dedicated team, as well as providing opportunities for people to get involved with and give back to their local community. About the role

You will work cross-functionally to break down silos, develop an integrated digital strategy, and rapidly scale up our digital activity to meet our fundraising growth ambitions. You’ll set the bar for digital best practice and champion this across the organisation; sharing learning, helping outline a roadmap to becoming a digital-first organisation. You’ll support across teams with testing and innovating new products and propositions.

This role will require a digital strategist with experience across the mix – from mobilisation and campaigning to fundraising and supporter experience. A keen eye for analysis and an audience-led approach, enables you to look beyond any one function or objective to drive growth; be that income, impact or engagement. You’ll have ample experience and/or knowledge of a wide variety of digital platforms and tools including CMS systems, Google Analytics, PowerBi, Impact Stack/Engaging Networks, MailChimp, social media and Adwords.

This is a part-time role but we are open to flexible working arrangements and a discussion around hours.

Women and Girls Network’s (WGN) Administration & Bookings Officers (ABO) have day-to-day responsibility for coordinating the bookings for all of our clinical services. Role description:

We are seeking a technically excellent management accountant to play a central role in the finance team at this young and vibrant charity, preparing monthly management information to aid business decisions, and undertaking project work as requested.

Main Responsibilities:

Management Accounts preparation

• Account for accrued income and expenditure, including:

           - Accrued legacy income

           - Accrued trust income

We need a well-organised team member who enjoys interacting with clients and takes pride in delivering a quality service. As a  member of small friendly team in a well established and thriving family mediation service you will co-ordinate cases, maintain records, communicate directly with clients and mediators and provide administrative support. You will need to be able to work independently in a busy office environment, be able to multi-task and oversee cases.

Family mediation helps separating or divorcing couples to make their own arrangements for their children, property and finances as an alternative to the court process.  Given the nature of the work, sensitivity and  confidentiality are essential.

Key duties

Major Donor Fundraising

• Successfully develop and implement the philanthropy strategy to secure and maximise funds from high value individuals for Action for ME achieving annual income of £250k+

• Set plans and budgets which will deliver income through major gift fundraising and philanthropic giving through family trusts and foundations, including quarterly forecasting.

• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors at the £5k to £100k level, to develop and maintain strong and long-standing partnerships

• Work closely with the Director of Fundraising and Development and other colleagues to ensure that plans and activities for fundraising from high value individuals are integrated into the overall fundraising strategy and plan for significant growth.

• Be responsible for our Breakthrough-ME Group with high quality proposition development.  Contribution to Group fundraising activities with a specific focus on ensuring their networks support pipeline growth for future fundraising.

• Lead the delivery of our biennial fundraising gala dinner, maximising income and new opportunities from attendees.

• Develop engaging and inspiring opportunities to steward and cultivate support creating a calendar of activities including events, presentations, approaches, networking and meetings.

• Utilise the CRM database (Raisers Edge) to provide the data required to strategise your approach to philanthropy, monitor progress and provide a high-quality donor experience.

• Ensure utilisation of insight & data, producing management information data to inform planning and strategy development.

• With the Director of Fundraising & Development, create inspiring cases for support and resulting propositions with clear budgets and outcomes.

• Create adequate systems and processes to support the major donor programme.

• Undertake and manage research into prospects and major donors, preparing for approaches and presentations and briefing senior leadership and trustees for donor meetings and events.

• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, a wide range of staff and volunteers from trustee level down.

Overall job purpose

Our Health and Safety Officer will help us embed, maintain, and develop high standards of Health and Safety, across CCT’s estate and its people. They will work closely with our small Health and Safety Team to create, implement, and establish our Health and Safety policies and procedures, in accordance with current legislation. They will advocate for, and set an example around, best practice in Health and Safety.

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on us supporting communities around our churches caring for, opening, using and raising money for them. The Lead Local Community Officer will play the prime role in ensuring that local people are engaged, recruited, trained and supported.

The Lead Local Community Officer will lead the regional team of Local Community Officers to support, recruit, liaise with and develop volunteer and community supporters to care, open, use and raise money for the CCT’s collection of historic churches.

They will head the Church Planning process for the region, ensuring every church maintains and develops their co-created Church Plan.

Head of Fundraising and Development

Connect: North Korea is a fast-growing charity supporting North Korean escapees to build new lives after experiences of systemic discrimination, poverty, and trauma. 

Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered  in 2018. We now have a series of multi-year grants in place ensuring that 42% of our income for 2026 is already secured. But we are ambitious. We want to do more for our community, so we are looking for a new, dynamic Head of Fundraising and Development to lead and deliver income generation as we scale our work in the UK and globally.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a fundraising strategy and plan across all major income streams—trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and major donors. This role is an exciting mixture of leadership complemented by  day-to-day delivery. You’ll work closely with the CEO and across programme teams to map out our annual fundraising plan, craft compelling cases for support, develop funder relationships, and increase our funding base by 20% in 2026.

Based at: Our offices in New Malden KT3 with some remote/home working.  We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate the right candidate.

Contract: Permanent. Full-time (35 hours per week). Flexible hours/days possible whilst respecting core hours of 10am-4pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 5% eligible pension and gym membership

Diversity our income base by increasing our unrestricted income, ensure organisational sustainability by securing multi-year grants and growing individual and corporate donations and grow our annual income by identifying and building relationships with new donor

General duties and responsibilities will be:

Work closely with Chief Executive to:

• Develop our five year organisational fundraising strategy and fundraising action plan for 2026. 

• Draft fundraising targets and KPIs based on current income levels and our delivery plans for 2026

• Lead and coordinate all CNK fundraising activity from Trusts and Foundations, corporate donations and individual giving including identifying new funding sources, drafting applications, delivering individual giving campaigns and communicating with supporters.

• Recruit and support a team of volunteers who help with communications, social media content and community fundraising. 

• Build relationships with major donors, corporates, charitable Trusts and Foundations and other institutional funders

• Attend networking events and meetings with potential donors

• Ensure all fundraising meets the Code of Fundraising Practice, safeguarding standards, GDPR compliant and CNK’s values;

• Report quarterly on fundraising progress to Chief Executive and Board of Trustees
