The Referral, Assessment and Operational Development Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director with new business development, coordinating and managing referrals, assessments, tenancies and transitions for our customers with learning disabilities and autism.

What you'll do:
Referral & Assessment Coordination
* Monitor and respond to referrals from external sources and direct contacts.
* Maintain a current tracking system for referral clarity and produce regular reports.
* Analyse referral data to identify local commissioning needs and growth opportunities.
* Work with managers on person-centered assessments covering care needs, environmental suitability, risk management, and transition planning.
* Complete and submit needs assessments with costings and support package requirements.

Animal Equality releases investigative materials captured from inside factory farms and slaughterhouses, exposing the conditions that farmed animals face around the world. We publish our findings on television, in newspapers and online. We routinely secure mainstream media coverage, including on the BBC, ITV, Sky news, The Times, the Guardian, New York Times and many more.
Animal Equality also advocates for political change. Our current campaigns include a UK ban on foie gras imports, increased enforcement of existing animal protection laws, legal protections for farmed fish, and Government subsidies for transitioning towards a plant-based food system.
We focus on farmed animals because of the scale and severity of the issue. More than a billion animals are confined and killed for human consumption every year in the UK. Farmed animals also often suffer in some of the worst ways: pigs typically endure painful mutilations, many chickens die of heart attacks, fish are confined in underwater cages, and some farmed animals are victims of deliberate abuse and neglect. But the problem is solvable! By utilising effective campaigning strategies, Animal Equality is having an impact for animals around the world and building a future where all animals are respected and protected, and are no longer exploited for human consumption.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. The postholder will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.
This role will lead on paid digital marketing and lead-generation activities to grow our supporter and donor base; oversee video production; manage website content; optimise organic and paid reach; support SEO strategy; and ensure consistent day-to-day engagement across our social media channels.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across all UK departments, particularly Marketing and Campaigns, as well as with international colleagues, to maximise our impact for farmed animals.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

Director of Transformation (DDaT)
A leading national charity is seeking an Interim Director of Transformation (DDaT) to guide the organisation through a crucial 18 month period of modernisation. This is a senior mandate suited to someone with broad technology leadership experience in fundraising charities of around 100–250 employees, and the capability to drive major transformation programmes to completion, including a significant CRM migration and the development of a modern data platform.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the charity’s technology architecture is coherent, scalable and secure, overseeing key platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Azure, and the charity’s evolving data lakehouse. You’ll bring structure to delivery and operations, managing internal teams and external partners, strengthening SLAs, and championing agile ways of working to ensure the organisation receives a high-quality, modern, and responsive technology service.
You’ll also lead the organisation through a substantial period of change, working closely with fundraising, digital, and operational teams to ensure technology aligns with strategic goals, particularly the ambition to scale income and deepen supporter engagement. Strong stakeholder management will be essential, as you will advise senior leaders and the Board on technology, risk, cybersecurity, and organisational readiness, while helping staff navigate a major shift in the charity’s digital and data capability.
Key skills & experience
- Senior, broad technology leadership within fundraising charities or similarly complex NFP environments (approx. 100–250 staff).
- Strong transformation experience across digital, CRM, data platforms, governance, and cloud architecture.
- Proven track record steering major CRM programmes (ideally Salesforce) and evolving modern Microsoft 365/Azure environments.

My client, a well known charity, is looking to recruit a permanent business partner to join the team. Based from home, with some travel throughout the year, the role will be to deliver financial data, analysis and support to managers across the business whilst developing and delivering good quality budgeting and forecasting tools which will help provide specialist financial advice for informed decision-making.
Day to day your role will include:
- To be part of all financial planning and business planning cycle activities, to include the annual budget, Medium Term Business Strategy and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Deliver high-quality financial information on a regular and adhoc basis which may include daily, weekly, monthly cycles
- Transform data into relevant information; identify trends, and deep-dive into variances.

- Build strong partnerships with NHS mental health services and local community groups to maximise impact.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, data management, and service quality.
- Represent Mind BLMK across Bedfordshire, strengthening awareness and engagement with our crisis services.
- Work closely with the Crisis Services Delivery Manager and Operational Crisis Services Manager to deliver a successful and valued service.

About the role
We are currently looking for an impassioned and self-driven individual to join our activities team to deliver exceptional service to our students, through engaging with the 350+ student groups, which deliver an incredible range of world-class opportunities to their members.
You will coordinate the creation of new student groups and manage funding opportunities as well as lead on the onboarding for new committee members and oversee administration for the minibus fleet. You will review, advise on, and approve society event/trip budgets and finance, in collaboration with the Activities (Events) Team. You will also support clubs and societies to effectively manage their finances, and review Society sponsorship contracts to make sure they are in-line with College and Union policies, that directly benefit and enhance the student experience.
A significant part of the role will be to deliver our annual budgeting process in line with Imperial College Union's grant allocation and financial policy, as well as supporting student-led groups to plan budgets effectively.
The role sits within the Directorate of Membership Services and the post will have a cross-departmental focus to ensure our training package, volunteer support and all processes are equitable and effective for all student groups.
What you would be doing
The Activities Coordinator (Operations) is a critical role in delivering the Students’ Union’s strategic objective of fun and inclusive communities through support, development and empowerment of student-led groups. The role is responsible for supporting the:
- Delivery of training relating to financial processes
- Processing financial documentation that enables diverse activity for student groups
- Coordination of finances associated with club and society activity, annual and event budgeting in conjunction with colleagues in the finance team.
Alongside the Activities Manager, elected Officer Trustees, and the wider Activities Team, the role will support the delivering of a high-quality support service for student-led groups.
