About the role
We’re looking to recruit a Healthy and Sustainable Diets Lead to join our Conservation, Advocacy, and Policy team and help us transform the global food system. We have a vision that our planet can sustainably produce the food needed to feed a growing global population without harming nature. To help deliver this vision we have been partnering with Sodexo, which delivers catering, and other services, to 100 million consumers daily in 56 countries, by providing technical expertise and thought leadership on sustainability to support Sodexo’s ambition to be the world leader in sustainable food and valued experiences.
As Healthy and Sustainable Diets Lead you will lead the sustainable eating workstream for our global Sodexo partnership. This will involve coordinating our engagement in the development and implementation of Sodexo’s Global Sustainable Eating Strategy, providing technical expertise on sustainable diets and other aspects of sustainable eating. You will collaborate with Sodexo’s global partnership leads to ensure delivery and alignment across the full breadth of the partnership too.
Critically, you will also lead work on healthy and sustainable diets within the UK food sector, advocating for progress towards the Livewell diet. A key responsibility will be to oversee the Diets pillar of our flagship WWF Basket initiative, holding UK retailers accountable for their commitments on driving shifts toward healthier, more sustainable diets.
In addition, you will support the work of our global sustainable diets team. This will include leading the development of a methodology for food service providers to track progress toward healthy and sustainable diets as well as advancing our Future Foods work.
We’re looking for someone with:
· A postgraduate degree or equivalent in nutrition (e.g. UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists).
· Experience of working with businesses on changing policy & practice.
· Experience bringing together stakeholders & creating a culture of collaborative working.
· Experience of analysing & resolving complex problems involving multiple stakeholders & synthesising scientific evidence/data.
· Experience in designing & managing programmes, including monitoring impact & budgets.
· Excellent project management, communication & influencing skills.
· A flexible and adaptable attitude & willingness to accept & drive change.

Job Description
Catch22 are excited to be recruiting for a specialist Women & Girls Case worker for our new Home Office Funded County Lines Support and Rescue Service.
The Case Worker role will undertake 121 work with young people under 25yrs old and will specialise in working with female young people within the service.
County Lines Support Service A specialist support service for under 25’s and their families who are criminally exploited through county lines in London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
Rescue Service a rescue service with out of hours capacity to facilitate the safe return home, at a critical teachable moment, of under 25’s from London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester where they are identified outside of their home police force area in connection with county lines.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will be:
Provide one to one, end to end, appropriate support, and interventions to a pre-defined case load of female young people involved in County Lines activity (and their families where appropriate) who are referred by means of effective assessment, care planning and risk management
Act as the single point of contact and specialist in the region for women and girls involved in County Lines activity. Attend multi-agency meetings and engage with key stakeholders to raise awareness of the distinct needs and circumstances of women and girls and how the service can support them. Act as point of contact in the region for our partners, providing gender based training, awareness and developing a differentiated offer to improve the impact and effectiveness of services for women and girls involved in County Lines Activity.
Proactively and continually assess and manage risk of caseload, using internal and external safeguarding procedures for escalation and where necessary and adapting case management frequency and methodology to reflect the individual needs and circumstances of young people.
To ensure that the diverse needs and aspirations of all groups of service users are considered in service planning and delivery and to enable all service users to fulfil their potential.
Liaise effectively with local partner organisations and other relevant agencies to ensure effective referrals, care and risk management as well as ease of transition and referral for young people and to promote the continued joint work of the service and other partners. Act as a sub-regional or district single point of contact where required.
This post will involve travel across the regional area, the ability be on call on a rota system and occasional evening and weekend working.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a related field such as youth work, community work, health & social care, or a similar discipline.
Experience working directly with young people (aged 8–25) and their families, particularly those identified as vulnerable or with complex needs.
A strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by young women and girls affected by exploitation and County Lines activity.
Proven experience of multi-agency working, ideally with Children’s Services, Youth Justice, or other statutory and voluntary organisations.
Knowledge of risk and vulnerability issues affecting young people, and the ability to assess and manage these risks appropriately.
Ability to deliver one-to-one and group interventions, and to adapt engagement strategies to meet individual needs.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain accurate records using data management systems.
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of an on-call rota.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What will I be doing?
Working as a core part of our Cancer Awareness team to engage people face-to-face, providing information on cancer prevention, screening and early detection

Collecting and inputting data to evaluate local engagement activities
Getting involved with other Cancer Awareness outreach activity in the local community

The Recovery Support service is available to current or former Forward Trust clients who are on a substance misuse recovery pathway, making good progress within the Forward Trust towards their personal goals, and coming to the end of their current treatment pathway. While Recovery Support is not exclusively for clients who are abstinent, clients will need to be in control of their drink and/ or drug use, and not be chaotic in their using i.e. heavy drinking, antisocial behaviour, daily/binge using of either drugs or alcohol (especially main substance/s of choice). Forward Connect is a peer-led mutual aid community of like-minded people who are making good progress in their own journey – this could be people in addiction recovery, moving away from crime, overcoming mental health problems, or who are coming out of a period of unemployment or homelessness. Roles Responsibilities The Team Leader will be based within the central Recovery Support team. The Team Leader will be responsible for co-ordinating all recovery support functions across Forward Trust’s substance misuse services into a coherent and effective service that offers inspiration and a structured pathway to recovery for service users, as well as supporting to develop our peer led network called Forward Connect. The Team leader will also support with the delivery of the peer mentoring strategy in their allocated geographical areas. The aim of the role is to have a robust recovery support service integrated into all services, promoting and modelling the organisations values and ethos, supporting service users to further develop their recovery and lives, whilst bringing visible lived experience to all including staff via a range of recovery support interventions. The role is Hybrid. There is no set base but travelling is needed to Islington (London) as will require regular weekly visits to the 3 better lives buildings and occasional cover of weekend shifts in this area. You will also need to travel to units within their geographical areas which does include prisons and community projects. Some travel may be covered by the Forward Trust depending on your base, but ideally you should be based within 20 miles of Islington. The Role

What's the role about?

Key tasks:
- Support the delivery of engaging training or workshops for young people, both in-person and online, helping them connect with nature and take meaningful action.
- Collaborate with Girlguiding volunteers and RSPB Project Officers to help develop a youth-focused nature and climate action toolkit.

Project Officer – Girlguiding Partnership

Salary: £27,123.00 - £28,956.00 per Annum, Pro Rata
Contract: 12 months
Hours: Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week

What's the role about?
You’ll be joining the RSPB England Education, Families and Youth team to support our regional partnerships with Girlguiding. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of our key project outputs.
Key tasks:
- Design and deliver youth-focused nature engagement activities, including co-creating a nature and climate youth action toolkit and launching a Youth Nature Ambassador Network for members aged 10-18 to shape initiatives and lead their own projects.
- Design and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions to empower adult and young leaders in youth organisations, to embed nature and climate action into their core programming as well as driving the changes they are most passionate about.
- Coordinate and deliver project activities, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes. This includes managing volunteers, collaborating with partners, supporting budget monitoring, maintaining documentation, and helping embed project outcomes into long-term practice.
- Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement, including facilitating meetings and creating briefings and materials to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will be supported in your role by the England Youth Partnerships team, with opportunities to meet virtually with staff and volunteers, so you feel part of a team and learn about the work of the RSPB and Girlguiding. An induction and relevant training will be provided as well as support to further develop the skills needed for this role.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in designing and delivering youth engagement sessions, events, workshops, or facilitated discussions for young people, with a focus on fostering learning and development, encouraging collaboration and promoting meaningful participation and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with both adults and young people, with the ability to convey project goals in a passionate, credible, and persuasive manner to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with a working knowledge of project management principles and the ability to coordinate tasks across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing, collaborating and working within effective partnerships and project teams, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and deliver outcomes.
- Experience in compiling reports and analysing numerical data to monitor progress, evaluate impact, and inform decision-making.
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging training programmes for adults, particularly in a way that builds confidence and practical skills.
Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in managing staff and/or volunteers, including recruitment, supervision, and development, coordinating workloads, nurturing positive relationships, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment to ensure effective contributions to project outcomes.
- A solid understanding of the natural world, environmental issues, and practical actions that support nature conservation.
Additional Information:
- An England role, flexible on working pattern and part of a remote team.
- The role holder will be a homeworker, ideally be based in or within easy travelling distance of the Girlguiding South West England region (Gloucestershire, Bristol, Dorset, Somerset, Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire).
- Travel may be required between the regions where we have Girlguiding partnerships.
- You will need to be available to run training at weekends and/or evenings.
- This is a 12 month fixed-term role for 22.5 hours per week.
- The RSPB reserves the right to extend or make this role permanent without further advertising dependent on business needs at the end of the contract term.
