We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our Communications and Sales Team.

The Marketing Manager will plan, manage and deliver the Lyric’s marketing and audience development campaigns to achieve financial targets and maximise attendance across all activity, with a focus on Theatre productions. The Marketing Manager will support the wider Communications and Sales team to ensure activity reaches the broadest possible audience, highlighting our impact and positively developing our reach and reputation.

Working closely with the Director of Communications & Sales, Senior Marketing Manager, Sales & Box Office Manager and Press & Marketing Assistant, they will support the delivery of the wider strategy of positioning the Lyric as an important part of London’s vibrant theatre scene.

South East London Mind’s award-winning Mindful Mums programme aims to build resilience and prevent pregnant and new mums from developing mental health problems during the perinatal period (pregnancy up to 1 year). The service has supported over 4,000 parents within the last eight years.

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to act as our Single Point of Access for professionals, service users and volunteers. The role is responsible for managing all referrals, providing holistic and person-centred support to vulnerable women experiencing mental health challenges. The role will provide high quality and supportive line management of staff, and will oversee the recruitment life cycle of volunteers to the Mindful Mums project, including interviews, onboarding, training and supervision.

You will be highly organised with experience of staff and data management in a target-driven environment. Working independently but collaboratively, you will take a solution-focused approach to improve processes and will be able to utilise databases to produce and analyse reports. You will also be a confident facilitator, as some group and training delivery will be expected.

This role would ideally suit a parent who has successfully managed their own perinatal mental health problems and those with good understanding of promoting positive perinatal mental wellbeing.

About the role

As the GIS Manager, you will lead the strategic use of GIS at Sustrans, embedding spatial tools and data across the organisation. You’ll manage a small team of talented GIS Officers, support projects, and drive the development of our ArcGIS and FME architecture. By delivering training and promoting best practice, you’ll build internal capability and expand the effective use of GIS. 

You’ll oversee the administration of our GIS systems, ensuring strong data governance and continual improvement. Acting as a champion for spatial data, you’ll enable effective analysis to support business needs and help shape evidence-based decision making across Sustrans.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our stakeholder engagement initiatives with local authorities across London. This critical role will drive forward the board's vision by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring effective collaboration between local authorities, public health services, and NGSN partners. By positioning gambling harm as a public health issue, we aim to embed harm reduction within broader health systems, ensuring improved access to support and care across London.

The Grant Operations Manager, part of the Impact and Charitable Programmes Department, will oversee the business-critical grant operations within the Grant Funding team. They will ensure there is robust decision making, effective processes to select and award the most impactful projects and programmes, and will enable the monitoring of outputs, outcomes and impact against the department strategies.

Key responsibilities

About the role

Working in close collaboration with the Senior Mass Fundraising Lead, the role will manage and deliver a variety of community-led fundraising initiatives and dynamic challenge events that engage supporters and generate vital unrestricted funds for children affected by neuroblastoma.

A few practical things:

This role will ensure they generate high quality, compelling evidence about the effectiveness of interventions tested through the programme and facilitate a culture of learning to improve delivery and maximise impact.

This new role will sit within The Royal Foundation’s in-house Research & Impact Team, which provides research and evaluation expertise and delivers key insights across our programmes of work, to help design and deliver programmes and understand impact. This role is central to their effort to make The Royal Foundation evidence-led and cutting edge, helping maximise impact across the range of issues they support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Scope, commission, and manage evaluation projects to generate actionable evidence for commissioning and service delivery, ensuring effective supplier, project management, and contractor relationships
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of high-quality evaluations, meeting objectives and adhering to policies
• Collate evaluation and programme data for organization-level impact reports
• Analyse research data and conduct desk research to support the Homewards programme team in scoping future activities
• Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Research and Impact Manager in overseeing research and evaluation across the Homewards programme
• Disseminate evidence effectively through various channels and support the interpretation and application of learnings to a wide range of stakeholders

Candidate:

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing research and evaluation projects
• Strong understanding of evaluation techniques, including expertise in commissioning various evaluation approaches, including process, quantitative impact, and theory-based evaluations
• Experience in developing procurement materials and briefing external suppliers, managing research commissions, and ensuring quality and compliance with financial and contractual requirements
• Proven ability to draft research materials, analyse data, and produce high-quality outputs (quantitative and qualitative)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from a range of sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, skilled in communicating research findings to both internal teams and external audiences, including non-researchers

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, fundraiser who is target driven, to apply for a new role, Philanthropy Development Manager, to lead a step-change in member giving. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of philanthropic giving at the Goldsmiths’ Company. The postholder will develop and implement strategies to double the amount individual members give each year for the next three years. In doing this they will work with the Goldsmiths’ Foundation to harness the power of community, connection, and purpose-driven philanthropy. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder, communicator and fundraiser who can develop compelling cases for support, segment and engage diverse supporter groups, and deliver targeted campaigns that inspire generosity. They will need to relish the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organisation and enjoy the challenge of working to achieve a significant new fundraising target. The role is part of the membership team and will collaborate closely across teams in the institution, particularly the Goldsmiths’ Foundation, Finance and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver a multi-year strategy to grow member giving, with a focus on significantly increasing contributions within a defined timeframe.

· Demonstrable success in growing income from individual donors, including designing and delivering donor acquisition and retention strategies.

Ascension Community Trust (ACT) is a much-loved community-based charity in Custom House, Newham.  We deliver a range of projects including Newham District Foodbank (a Trussell Trust foodbank run by ACT and two community partners), welfare benefits advice, immigration advice, ESOL classes, work with adults with learning difficulties, as well as work with children, young people and their families.

About the Role

As our creative, innovative and data led Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering WaterAid’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme with the support of the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer. You will deliver multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, direct mail, email and events to raise awareness of gifts in wills, generate legacy enquirers and create inspiring journeys to nurture and engage legacy and in memory supporters.

In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as work with the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.

You’ll also: 

• Be responsible for using data, analysis and insight to innovate and maximise both existing campaigns and seek to test new audiences and channels that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans
• Undertake Project Management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of multiple channel campaigns – including delivery of the award-winning legacy consideration campaign What Jack Gave across TV and digital
• Manage, coach and motivate the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver their campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the effective and timely delivery of campaigns 
• Operate a rigorous test to learn methodology, regularly monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns

Requirements

You’ll be passionate about using your experience in fundraising and marketing to make a difference by creating inspiring and supporter-led communications that effectively raises consideration for legacy giving and uncovers new legacy prospects and legacy pledgers.
