Age UK are recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator at their Warrington site, to support the Information and Advice line by being point of contact for sending out I&A guides to the public and liaising with other departments within the charity, to assist in campaigns.
As a Fulfilment Administrator, you will provide a high standard of pick and pack services to agreed procedures, and ensure that all data processing, paperwork and record keeping is carried out to the highest standard. Undertaking daily electronic data processing and mail merge procedures using MS applications, along with the completion of administrative tasks, including: filing, stationery tracking and ACIL audit entry.
This post holder will also be responsible for warehouse activities, building security, health and safety and fire safety.
Must haves:
* Good IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to learn use of in-house systems (Navision).
* Experience of Pick & Pack or similar e.g. production line (Desirable)
* Knowledge of mail merge processes (Desirable).

Key tasks and responsibilities

3. Support to champion future skills – Competition portfolio reviews and audit:

• Administration and co-ordination of activities in line with the project operational plan

About the role
The Access Project is an evidence-based, data driven intervention. Central to our programme are the ways in which we use data to ensure each of our students receives the provision they need, to learn about how we can improve our delivery and to evaluate our impact on our students’ university prospects. We have developed sophisticated monitoring and evaluation systems bringing together data from a variety of sources to track students’ progress (impact management) as well as ascertain their outcomes (impact evaluation). We collect data on our students’ academic and socio-demographic background, their participation on our programme and progress on our bespoke university readiness scales, and their academic results and university destinations. We use this data to intervene in real time when delivery goes off-course but also to understand how The Access Project programmes affect student outcomes and publicize this impact externally.
As part of the Strategy and Impact Team, the Data & Insights Lead will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data and to deliver and monitor our programme in a timely and effective way. They will manage, analyse, interpret, and present data and information, most of it recorded on our Salesforce system, to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants and ensure that the project achieves the greatest possible social impact. They will also project manage distinct pieces of work ranging from system optimization to external reporting for impact-related projects and partnerships.
Duties and responsibilities
1) Ensure the efficacy of our monitoring & reporting systems
- Identifies required changes related to how we collect and manage data in Salesforce so that programme delivery data is available in the right format and at the right frequency to support decision making across teams and allow for accurate reporting.
- Make recommendations for changes to the Salesforce system in line with this and support the Operations Team with reviewing options.
- Support other teams to have the confidence and skills to effectively use our monitoring & reporting tools and processes for their specific needs.
- Identify required improvements to our data processes (e.g. processes for collecting/collating data, for automation, etc), and project manage their implementation.
2) Coordinate the use of data to guide tactical and strategic decision-making on programme delivery and design

This role leads Tinnitus UK's efforts in providing direct support to Tinnitus through multiple channels including telephone, and online. In addition liaises with regional support group leaders in the provision of support, face to face and locally. Given that Tinnitus UK is the only charity in the UIK to provide such services delivery of these services at the highest standard is essential and consequently enhances the reputation of the charity,
The position is responsible for the development of the strategic and annual plans associated with the provision of these support services, and has direct day to day responsibility for implementing them through multiple channels (helpline services, support group and volunteer programme, events) nationally in Tinnitus UK.
This role provides strategic oversight and management of the services portfolio (helpline services, support group and volunteer programme, events) nationally in Tinnitus UK. The post holder works with the Chief Exeutive and the rest of the Leadership team to deliver services, ensuring that goals are achieved through effective management practices, that staff are motivated and supported to build sustainable services to meet the needs and expectations of the tinnitus community and work closesly with research to remain up to date on the latest understanding of the issues that cause tinnitus and solutions that help address and mitigate the challenges facing sufferers. The Women’s Centre Cornwall has grown from its early roots as a Rape Crisis Centre into an innovative, award-winning feminist organisation which provides a wide range of services for women and girls in our communities. The Effective Women’s Centre Project drives forwards and embeds a culture of data quality across The Women’s Centre Cornwall. We are looking for and experienced Data and Systems Lead to work with Managers to improve our data collection and reporting from our case management systems. The successful candidate will provide meaningful and accessible management information, outcomes monitoring, and performance reports; while supporting our Monitoring, Impact & Evaluation Manager to develop ways for us to demonstrate our impact and share stories of change. The Data & Systems Lead will be responsible for continued implementation and project management of the Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA) across our services. Aquarius is part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence. Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to join our team in Aylesbury who support service users facing drug and / or alcohol related issues. You will provide the vital administrative, data entry and reporting and reception support the service needs to run smoothly. This is a substance misuse service that works with adults aged 18+ and is run in partnership with Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, Connections Support and Build on Belief.
As well as GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent), you have experience of data entry, manipulation and reporting. We’ll also be looking for a background in an admin role where you dealt with people from a wide range of backgrounds, both over the phone and face-to-face. There is a requirement in the role to generate, print and record prescriptions. Familiar with all aspects of electronic communication such as email, diaries and the intranet, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows files and folders too. What’s more, you have lots of initiative, are great at multi-tasking, work well within a team and under direction from others.
We have 2 permanent full-time roles requiring the post-holders to work 37 hours per week.

Aquarius is a subsidiary of Richmond Fellowship, with both organisations being part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence. From 1st June 2024 Richmond Fellowship will be merging with the mental health charity Humankind to form a single organisation that provides the joined-up mental health, housing and drug and alcohol support we’ve all known has been needed for decades. At the same time, Aquarius will become a subsidiary of Humankind, with no impact to terms and conditions of employment. In October 2024, Humankind will then be renamed to reflect the new, bigger and better organisation, of which Aquarius will remain a subsidiary.
