About the Role
You will be based in our office in Teddington and provide outreach and home visits to people living all over Richmond borough working within our team of experienced benefits advisors and volunteers.
The Benefits Service provides disabled people and carers with one-to-one confidential advice on disability benefits including support with form filling, application forms and appeals, outreach work and home visits.
As a Welfare Benefits Adviser, you will:
- Provide clear, accurate, and confidential advice on disability-related welfare benefits, including PIP, Universal Credit, ESA, and DLA
- Support clients with benefit applications, appeals, and refer on for tribunal representation
- Offer advice in person, over the phone, online, and via written correspondence
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic support
- Help ensure that no disabled person misses out on the financial support they are entitled to
Our clients are often in very difficult and challenging circumstances. This role requires someone who is resilient, empathetic, organised and has attention to detail. You will enjoy empowering people and making people aware of their rights and entitlements. You will have a background in advice giving, with knowledge of welfare and benefits, particularly those for disabled people and carers. The work can be stressful at times with a lot of pressure and deadlines, however, this is a rewarding role where your knowledge and empathy can truly change lives.
About you
We welcome experienced benefits advisors to apply for this role. Further or refresher training can be provided. You will receive on the job training and one to one support from our team and we can provide comprehensive training courses for you to develop your skills.

| Overview and key points on the role | This is a management-level role and will involve working lone shifts during evenings and weekends to provide support to Support Line Workers and volunteers during their shifts. Support Line Manager duties will also include line-managing a team of Support Line Workers, the development and delivery of training, supporting the development and implementation of policy and processes. A key element of the role is safeguarding children and adults at risk who may call us. Reporting to the Head of Personal Giving, the Legacy Manager will lead Keech’s legacy strategy delivering impactful campaigns, shaping supporter journeys, and championing Gifts in Wills across the organisation. You'll manage one Legacy Fundraiser, oversee a £1M+ income stream, and work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing, Digital, and Leadership to drive long-term growth.

The ‘Global Donor Acquisition Lead’ is part of Save the Children International's(SCI) Global Fundraising Team. The purpose of this team is to catalyse growth of fundraising globally, with particular focus on individual giving and unrestricted income, and working to develop a strong and healthy global market portfolio. This team of global fundraising experts works closely with Save the Children member offices around the world, providing them with strategic support in priority areas and fostering a vibrant fundraising community. The team also ensures global leadership and coordination for our humanitarian fundraising strategies/campaigns, collects and reports global fundraising/marketing KPIs, coordinates international benchmarking initiatives and provides strategic fundraising analysis and actionable insights to members.
Role purpose
The Global Donor Acquisition Lead is a senior and highly influential role within Save the Children International (SCI). At a time when cuts in Foreign Aid have placed unprecedented pressure on unrestricted income, this role is central to ensuring individual giving plays a transformative role in sustaining and growing our impact. Acquisition growth is a top global priority, and this role will shape the direction and effectiveness of multi-million dollar investments across our global movement.
The postholder will lead on the development and implementation of a bold, data-driven, and future-ready global donor acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on regular giving. They will work in close partnership with SCI experts and with Fundraising Directors, Heads of Individual Giving, and channel specialists to deliver a channel-agnostic, high-performing acquisition roadmap that balances volume, quality, and long-term value.

Principal Accountabilities
· Lead the global acquisition strategy to deliver ambitious, step-change growth in regular and single giving, with a particular focus on achieving high-quality RG donor acquisition at scale.
· Champion an omni-channel approach, ensuring acquisition strategies are integrated across DRTV, paid digital, telemarketing, Face to Face, mail and emerging channels, with a strong focus on channel mix optimisation and effective attribution.
· Drive evolution in committed giving, supporting both regular and single gift models. Whilst our regular giving model is well established, work is needed with key stakeholders on developing effective models for repeat single giving for the greatest net life-time value.
· Drive best-in-class acquisition practices across all channels, working in close collaboration with channel specialists (e.g., digital, Face to Face, telemarketing) to ensure strategic alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistent optimisation of performance across the full acquisition funnel.
· Strengthen humanitarian acquisition readiness, working in partnership with the Humanitarian Fundraising Lead ensure compelling emergency content and rapid mobilisation strategies are in place, as well as effective journeys towards committed giving to our organization.
· Ensure DRTV excellence and evolution, by driving best practice, coordinating a global community of practice, facilitating shared production of adverts, and exploring opportunities in connected TV (CTV) working in closely collaboration with our digital specialists and global content unit.
· Explore and test new and re-emerging channels, including offline methods such as cold mail and telemarketing, to diversify acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities.
· Provide hands-on strategic and operational support to priority markets, working in close partnership with local fundraising leadership to build capacity and capability across key acquisition channels. This includes defining joint objectives and tailored support plans, skill-sharing, and co-development of strategies to accelerate growth, without assuming direct market oversight.
· Monitor global performance and trends, working with the Insights team to analyse acquisition data, track sector benchmarks, and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
· Support cost-effectiveness and LTV modelling, helping members implement robust lifetime value frameworks and tackle rising acquisition costs through smarter targeting and strategy.
· Foster a vibrant Acquisition and Individual Giving community, co-managing a global network of acquisition specialists to share best practices, build capacity, and drive collective learning.
· Influence across the movement, acting as a senior thought leader and trusted advisor to Fundraising Directors, Heads of IG, and global stakeholders, with visibility across a significant portion of the global acquisition budget.
· Collaborate closely with the Head of Integration and our Content, Brand and Communications staff to ensure we are aligning around a fundraising first full funnel strategy maximise fundraising outcomes and ensure a seamless supporter experience.
· Lead key global initiatives within acquisition or cross-cutting fundraising areas as required, helping drive forward our collective strategy and shared priorities across the movement
Experience and Skills
Essential
1. Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) in strategic leadership roles in large fundraising organisations.
2. Experience of leading the development and implementation of large-scale donor acquisition strategies and strategic initiatives that require deep stakeholder engagement in complex international organisations.
3. Excellent skills across a variety of different acquisition programmes/channels, including DRTV, F2F, telemarketing and digital, including vendor and account management.
4. Ability to analyse complex data sets across multiple channels and markets to identify actionable insights. Adept at understanding market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
5. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships and work effectively in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment respecting diversity.
6. Strong personal organisational and self-management skills with the ability to lead and work in teams and to motivate others.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional language skills in one or more of our members' working languages would be an asset.
Education and Qualifications
· A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Non profit Management, or related and/or equivalent relevant experience to a senior level.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools.
· Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.

About the role
Our Someone Like Me peer support service ensures nobody has to face breast cancer alone. We match people affected by primary breast cancer, as well as their family and friends and those who have inherited an increased genetic risk of developing the disease, with a trained volunteer who’s had a similar experience and can offer support by telephone or email.
In this role, you’ll contribute to service delivery through sensitively and efficiently arranging Someone Like Me calls, whilst working with the Services Manager, Someone Like Me, to coordinate day-to-day management of the service. This will include managing a small number of staff members. You’ll also be involved in organising the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers involved in the delivery of the service.
About you
You’ll be passionate about supporting people affected by breast cancer and helping us to improve the support we provide.
You’ll combine excellent organisational, prioritising and communication skills with the ability to work well with people who may be experiencing high levels of distress. You’ll also have experience of managing staff or volunteers, be supportive and motivated to helping us achieve our aims of supporting people affected by breast cancer.
You’ll also be confident in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You’ll have excellent IT skills and be able to enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy team.

About the role
We’re looking for a social media and community officer to join our team and work across our large online communities on social media and our peer-to-peer support forum. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day delivery of content and engagement and ensure that our key messages reach our audiences.
This is an exciting time to join the charity as it launches its new five-year strategy this autumn to supercharge our efforts to transform the lives of anyone affected by breast cancer.
You’ll work collaboratively across the charity on exciting campaigns to deliver our social media strategy through engaging content on our different channels. You’ll work closely with our volunteer community champions on our forum to ensure our forum remains a safe space for people affected by breast cancer to support one another.

You’ll be passionate about social media, curious and proactive. You’ll be experienced in creating, publishing and scheduling content across channels natively and using third-party tools, as well as supporting and moderating online communities.

Purpose of Post
The Community Fundraiser will lead on efforts to develop and grow community fundraising initiatives and engage with schools, community groups, faith groups, and individuals.

Job Purpose
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing Jessie May’s corporate income. You’ll nurture existing partnerships while developing and managing a robust pipeline of new prospects, in line with our wider fundraising and organisational strategy.

The Events & Fundraising Manager will work at the heart of our public events programme, helping to organise fundraising walks and other events across London and the South East, and raising funds to support the provision of free legal advice. Our events include the London Legal Walk -- an annual event which raises over £1 million each year -- regional Legal Walk events, and other fundraising events such as the Great Legal Quiz and the Great Legal Bake. LLST also purchases places for third party events such as the London Marathon, Brighton Marathon, and Big Half. We also raise money through individual and corporate donations.
The Events & Fundraising Manager's principal role is to manage these events and promote our fundraising in support of free legal advice charities in London and the South East. Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Organising events
- Establishing and managing partnerships
- Managing staff and volunteers
- Marketing and communications
We are looking for a candidate with demonstratable and relevant experience working at a senior level in mass participation and third-party challenge events. The person will be organised with experience managing projects, budgets, partnerships with funders and key stakeholders, suppliers, volunteers and staff.
