Elders Voice is a charity supporting older people in the London Borough of Brent. The Handyperson Service is our flagship service; it’s been in existence for 35 years and is highly valued by the older people who use it. The service aims to prevent accidents in the home and enable older people to live safely by carrying out basic repairs and improvements, and the installation of small equipment such as grab rails, which support mobility. We are looking for a Handyperson Service Coordinator to oversee the Handyperson Service and be responsible for all aspects of facilities management at our premises in Kensal Green.

Overview of role:
Handyperson Service
- Undertake all administrative tasks relating to the effective and efficient running of the Handyperson Service with meticulous attention to detail and record keeping.

- Promote service within borough and maintain relationships with Brent Adult Social Care, healthcare bodies and other statutory & voluntary sector organisations.

- Carry out inspection of premises and flag areas requiring maintenance and repair.
- Ensure premises meets government regulations, health & safety standards and energy efficiency requirements.

The role
Effective financial management is central to our strategy and operating model. The Finance Manager will be crucial in determining how we manage our finances, resources and operations whilst embedding a culture of financial efficiency and effective controls.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Interim Finance Manager will lead on financial matters and be expected to provide critical financial information, insightful analysis and timely reporting to facilitate the growth of the Charity.

The role
The ECRN Membership and Training Assistant will play a key role in providing administrative support for the Early Career Research Network. The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Development Research and Operations Manager (DROM) to support the growth in fundraising activity of a busy and ambitious orchestra. The post-holder will deliver high-quality philanthropic research, pipeline and CRM management, the creation of donor briefings for individual, corporate and trust supporters, and horizon scanning for new and future opportunities.
As the department’s research and CRM lead, the DROM will generate prospect research on those suggested by senior volunteers (Board, Development Board etc.) and those identified in our database, Tessitura. They will support fundraisers across giving streams to create engagement and cultivation plans, and act as the pipeline management champion for the team. The DROM will support fundraisers to ensure activity and contacts is logged consistently, working closely with the Head of Development to monitor KPIs, track and record income and maintain accurate donor and donation records.
This position is central to ensuring that frontline fundraisers can focus on income generation, supported by robust operational processes, accurate data, and high-quality research.
This role reports to the Head of Development and will work closely with the Senior Development Manager (Philanthropy) and Director of Development. The work of the Development team is actively supported by the Philharmonia’s Development Board.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Pipeline Development:

About the opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.
- The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. Duties and responsibilities

Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

About the Role
Sense is recruiting for a Supporter Services Assistant to join our fantastic Engagement Team in Kings Cross, London on a hybrid basis.
The successful applicant will play vital part in the Engagement Department and the charity as a whole – it makes sure that supporters have an outstanding experience of supporting Sense and know how much they are valued. Your daily task’s are varied with a mixture of in-and-outbound calling, combined with essential administrative tasks like income processing or capturing important information about Sense’s supporters and their motivations to support the charity.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Accurately processing fundraising income, including cheques and cash, vouchers (CAF, KKL) direct debits, payroll giving and from online donation platforms (Just Giving, Virgin Money Giving, Facebook) within agreed timescales and in line with provided procedures.
- Create or amend supporter records on Sense’s Raisers Edge database, ensuring that all interactions between charity and supporter etc are recorded accurately and in line with best practice GDPR.
- Identifying opportunities for supporters to further engage with Sense and promoting them as appropriate to help deliver Fundraising department targets (such as sharing a supporter story with our Comms team).
- Work with other fundraising teams to ensure relationships with supporters are managed effectively, both by responding to enquiries promptly and by working to the agreed supporter communications plan. There is also the expectation to attend other teams’ meetings i.e. Community, Events, Philanthropy to understand what activity is happening across the charity.

This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Supporter Engagement Adviser. You will be joining a dedicated team of 11 who provide the highest level of customer service and directly engage with members of the public by responding to enquiries and engaging in conversations.
As the first point of call for both our supporters and members of the public you will be handling telephone calls, emails, live chat, text, social and even the odd letter.
This role requires you to ‘think with your head’ and ‘act with your heart’ to ensure that the very best experiences are had by those that contact and engage with us. PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR, YOUTH LEADERSHIP
Job Purpose: To work with the Youth & Universities team to deliver F&BF’s programmes and projects
Salary: £29,802 – £32,565, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with the Youth Voice & Universities team.
Delivery
· To support delivery of the UN award-winning ParliaMentors programme (1.5 days per week):
o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.
o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.
o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.
o Administrative and logistical support (e.g., room bookings, processing reimbursements, coordinating student travels).
· To support delivery of City Bridge Trust (CBT) work (3.5 days per week):
o Responsible for overseeing the deliverables for this funder, ensuring all deadlines are met.
o Responsible for delivering four interfaith trainings for Local Authorities within London.
o Planning and delivering the annual Youth Interfaith Summit, the UK’s largest interfaith event for the climate.
o Coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, a group of young interfaith activists who will codesign the Summit.
o Responsible for coordinating the remainder of the Youth Forum for Faith and Ecology in partnership with LSE.
o Identifying and facilitating partnerships between alumni network and other relevant organizations.
o Coordinate collection and analysis of M&E data for internal and funder reporting, and production of case studies.
· To lead on social media for the Y&U team
o Responsible for creating a minimum of four posts per month for Instagram and LinkedIn for the F&BF and ParliaMentors accounts.

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations Officer to play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of Animal Equality UK’s internal operations and supporter services.
This is a varied role covering administration, finance, data management, supporter care, and event coordination. You will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters and stakeholders, providing excellent service while supporting team members across all departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Culture and internal support: Act as a culture ambassador, upholding Animal Equality’s values of professionalism, resilience, accountability, and compassion. Strengthen communication between teams and ensure effective use of project management tools. Identify and lead process improvements with guidance from the Operations Manager.
- Supporter and donor care: Serve as the first point of contact for supporter queries via phone, email, post, and social media. Provide excellent donor support, including thanking donors, resolving payment issues, and sending mailings. Maintain supporter and volunteer records accurately in CRM systems and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Finance and reporting: Process expenses, supplier payments, and support budget forecasting. Assist with Gift Aid claims, monthly data uploads, and finance reports. Prepare scheduled reports and presentations to track progress against objectives.
- Team processes: Support recruitment processes, including application handling, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding schedules. Ensure smooth induction for new staff and manage equipment, training resources, and access.
- Events and operations: Assist with the organisation of internal training, team meet-ups, and supporter events. Support health and safety measures for team members and volunteers at peaceful protests, undertaking risk assessments and first aid training. Manage stock and campaign materials, fulfil supporter requests, and oversee mailing logistics.
