In this role you will be responsible for working across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts and foundations, with a prominent focus on supporting with account management of existing partnerships and developing our pipeline of prospects. The charity has a history of success in these areas and we would love to have someone join the team to build upon this success.
Ideally the candidate would have existing experience in corporate partnerships, but we are open to candidates with experience in one or more of the fundraising disciplines mentioned above, with a willingness to develop their skills and experience, through a supportive, coaching and a mentoring leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Support with creating proposals and pitches to secure Brand, Corporate and Commercial Partnerships, with a strong focus on shared purpose and mutual benefit, to create successful long term strategic partnerships.
- Support with relationship management of current partners of Rays of Sunshine, ensuring they have materials to aid their fundraising.
- To manage the input of corporate partnership data on the CRM system (currently Donorfy).
- Manage the updates to the corporate pipeline master document, ensuring appropriate actions are met within deadline.
- Supporting the Corporate Volunteer Researcher to undertake the necessary research to support our pipeline of approaches.
Philanthropy
- Creating supporter updates and reports to demonstrate the impact of funding received from our Patrons and Major Donors, providing excellent stewardship to existing donors.
- Provide support with the event planning of major donor events, and attend in person to provide support of events on the day.
Trusts and Foundations
- Support with research and the successful completion applications to secure donations from a pipeline of identified Trusts and Foundations
Stewardship
- Identifying new opportunities to create wow moments for donors and provide excellent stewardship of all major donors and partnerships.
General
- General administrative duties, including record meeting notes and actions, following up with partners, sending out of promotional materials, monitoring and responding to email enquiries, and taking telephones calls.
- Any other duties to support the success of the fundraising team.

The Trusts and Foundations Officer will support the Trusts and Foundations team to meet income targets and develop and maintain relationships with donors and prospects. The role combines supporting the Trusts and Foundations Manager, Senior Trusts Officer, and Head of Fundraising with the maintenance of existing relationships as well as generating their own income from both smaller and larger trusts. As National Support Coordinator you will provide support to our members living with a rare neuromuscular condition, myasthenia, their families, and carers. You will work alongside three additional National Support Coordinators and a Benefits and Welfare Officer, ensuring our members receive the support they need, via telephone, zoom meetings and email.

Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) temporary Programme Officer to support them during this busy time. As part of the Trusts and Institutional funding team of four you’ll work alongside the Head of Trusts and Institutional, Trusts Manager and Trusts Executive, and be line managed by the new Trusts and Institutional Funding Lead.

The Role
The Community Support Worker will be required to work alongside the full-time area Co-ordinators to support activities and groups and carry out one-to-one initial appointments for people residing in Surrey.

Charity People are delighted to be working with a world-famous Children's Charity in Central London to recruit a Data Integration Officer to work on a 12-month contract.
The Charity uses Salesforce as its main CRM solution. It is used to manage the data of fundraisers, volunteers, events and donations. The Charity is in the process of implementing Boomi as it's middleware solution and are looking for a Data Integration Officer to play a key role in making the project a success.
Working within a small team, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys and excels in designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements along with supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.
As a Data Integration Officer, the postholder must also demonstrate an excellent technical skillset both in terms of their data manipulation and administration skills, and in their consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a "can do" / problem solver approach and desire to deliver added value and improvements on an ongoing basis.
You will have experience of managing and importing bulk data along with experience of data integration into Salesforce using middleware solution.
