The Trusts and Foundations Officer will support the Trusts and Foundations team to meet income targets and develop and maintain relationships with donors and prospects. The role combines supporting the Trusts and Foundations Manager, Senior Trusts Officer, and Head of Fundraising with the maintenance of existing relationships as well as generating their own income from both smaller and larger trusts. The successful candidate will demonstrate success in securing grants from charitable trusts, foundations, and institutional donors. Proven experience in trust and foundation fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector or a similar environment is essential.

What the job involves
We’re looking for an Income Processing Executive to join our Data Import Team. This role who will be vital in ensuring our regular giving income continues to grow and help to fund our research to stop prostate cancer killing men.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of our regular giving customers’ details in our CRM, and for the preparation and submission of weekly payment files to our payment partner. This requires handling data effectively, promptly and above all accurately in line with our business priorities while ensuring best practice and compliance.
You’ll proactively engage regularly with other teams ensuring that our supporters are given an excellent service, that meets the business objectives of Prostate Cancer UK.
This role will take responsibility for checking that incoming data matches uploaded data, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and adjust gift data in our CRM, Raiser’s Edge, when required.

The Charity uses Salesforce as its main CRM solution. It is used to manage the data of fundraisers, volunteers, events and donations. The Charity is in the process of implementing Boomi as it's middleware solution and are looking for a Data Integration Officer to play a key role in making the project a success.
Working within a small team, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys and excels in designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements along with supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.
As a Data Integration Officer, the postholder must also demonstrate an excellent technical skillset both in terms of their data manipulation and administration skills, and in their consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Offering a variety of face-to-face and online services, available to adults (aged 16+) living in Surrey who would like to restore and/or maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing (no diagnosis needed). The services are free of charge, with no waiting list and no time limit.

The Income & Engagement Department is responsible for fundraising, external communications and the organisational supporter database. A significant proportion of the department’s efforts are directed towards encouraging new and existing War on Want supporters to engage with our campaigns and support our work financially. Many of these supporters are War on Want Members who kindly support us with regular monthly donations.

As War on Want’s Income & Engagement Assistant, you will lead the day-to-day running of supporter care... In addition, you will provide the department with administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the income and engagement programme and help develop key areas of strategic importance.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deepen their supporter care experience, whilst building valuable experience in other areas of fundraising – including reporting, high value partnerships, and individual giving activities. The Central Resources Coordinator will support the development and implementation of central processes designed to support programmes that meet the expectation of funders, the needs of our beneficiaries and the wider needs of Construction Youth Trust. The Central Resources Coordinator will also support the effective implementation and project management of Construction Youth Trust’s centrally coordinated programmes.
Specific Responsibilities
· Relationship management of key employer partners
· Organising work experience placements
· Coordination of the Trust’s employer partners job/apprenticeships opportunities process.
· Provide administrative support for the management of centrally run programmes
· Delivering and co-delivering activities as necessary
· Managing induction, training and support of Industry volunteers as necessary
· Supporting the Trust’s programme of events
· Representing the Trust at relevant industry and non-industry events
· Other duties as agreed by the Central Resources and Relationships Manager

As Supporter Engagement Officer you’ll play a key role in helping us to engage new and existing supporters as well as helping to deliver first-class stewardship to retain support and build trust. In addition you will develop appeals and communications that engage and inform supporters which help to raise more voluntary income.
Directly supporting the Direct Marketing and Legacy Manager and working closely with all of the Supporter Engagement team it would be beneficial if you have previous experience or an interest in Fundraising. Being a confident communicator with a “can-do” approach is essential as well as being able to demonstrate proven administrative skills, the ability to manage a varied workload and be highly organised.
We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working. Please note that all employees are contractually required to work from the office a minimum of 4 days a month.
Some roles may be required to be in the office more often than others and this will be agreed with the hiring manager upon starting at Turn2us.

The Foundations Officer plays a pivotal role in advancing BRAC’s mission by stewarding partnerships with philanthropic and corporate foundations and creating new business opportunities to deliver on BRAC’s mission.
