Key Roles and Duties

Strategic Planning and Implementation

Plan, lead, implement, and evaluate strategies to:

Donor Data Analysis and Segmentation

Analyse and segment the supporter base to develop targeted supporter journeys and ask strategies, using donor data from our CRM (Salesforce) to:

• Maximise the lifetime value of donors.
• Ensure effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.

Stewardship and Donor Engagement

Manage donor stewardship to provide personalised and engaging communications, including:

• Producing supporter materials.
• Building a thanking programme that offers a personal and engaging donor experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify individual stories for impactful campaign content.
• Ensure all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s CRM system.
• Maximise gift aid opportunities.

Campaign and Material Management

Work closely with the Communications Manager to:

• Create campaigns.
• Generate publicity opportunities e.g. radio, newspaper, online etc.
• Engage ambassadors and campaign specific ambassadors.
• Collect and draft beautiful stories, testimonies and case studies that engage supporters.
• Manage the production of supporter materials.
• Assist in developing Mailchimp email marketing and analyse and evaluate user journeys to maximise impact.

 Innovation and Market Trends

Lead the charge in:

• Coming up with new ideas and initiatives to bolster individual giving.
• Managing a continuous cycle of testing for new channels and techniques for acquisition and retention, based on audience insight and sector trends.

 General:

• Collaborate and communicate well with team members and particularly line manager.

Role Requirements

We are looking for the right person to join the team – this could be someone with experience or someone who is willing to learn and has a strong transferrable skill set.

You will have:

• Effective campaign copy writing and ability to translate ideas into design briefs.

Key Accountabilities

· To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity’s CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required.

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the smooth running of our projects and programmes. You’d be part of one or more project teams, overseen by a Project or Portfolio Manager, ensuring that our projects are delivered to a high standard, and that our participants and clients have a positive experience working with us.

1. Responsible for the administration and coordination of project delivery and communication across a portfolio of Koreo’s programmes and projects

2. Responsible for the management of data and relationships that contribute to wider business objectives and activities

We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:

● Organisation, time management and task efficiency – You are reliable and thrive on responsibility. You will be expected to manage competing priorities, delivering at pace to a high standard. Effective planning and strong organisation skills will be key to the success of this role

● Ability to take initiative and effectively solve problems – You are able to work independently and use initiative when needed. You are a natural problem solver, and you are able to quickly spot and manage key risk areas

● Attention to detail – You are an excellent proof-reader and you are able to work confidently with large quantities of complex data

● Customer service – You should understand who our customers/clients are and show a commitment and desire to anticipate, meet and exceed their needs and expectations

● Build positive relationships – You are comfortable in a small, busy and ambitious team. You are be a good team player and able to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and our community

● Written and verbal communication – You can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. You should be confident in conversing with a variety of people and be able to adapt your style to different audiences and through different mediums

● Adaptable – You cope well with competing demands and changing environments. You maintain your effectiveness and productivity throughout. You will be flexible and able to work in different settings and with different people

●Good general education, typically to A Level or equivalent

●Experience managing and delivering work to a deadline and in accordance to a plan

●Experience of working effectively on own initiative and as part of a team

●Experience working with databases and other systems including Google Workspace or equivalent

●Experience of providing administrative support to projects and teams

●Basic working knowledge of creating and coordinating projects

●The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes

●Strong attention to detail

●Good communication skills, both oral and written – particularly the ability to communicate with people at various levels

●Desire to work on issues and themes of social change and the development of others

It’s desirable, but not essential that the person has:

●Experience of organising and planning events

●Experience of building and managing working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders

●Experience of collecting and analysing data/ insights and writing/producing reports

●Experience of digital diary management and coordination

●Knowledge of charities and/or employment programmes and the way they work and operate

●Ability to use design and communications software like Adobe and other platforms

●A proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges

●Desire and commitment to own learning and ongoing development

As Supporter Engagement Officer you’ll play a key role in helping us to engage new and existing supporters as well as helping to deliver first-class stewardship to retain support and build trust. In addition you will develop appeals and communications that engage and inform supporters which help to raise more voluntary income.

Directly supporting the Direct Marketing and Legacy Manager and working closely with all of the Supporter Engagement team it would be beneficial if you have previous experience or an interest in Fundraising. Being a confident communicator with a “can-do” approach is essential as well as being able to demonstrate proven administrative skills, the ability to manage a varied workload and be highly organised.

We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working. Please note that all employees are contractually required to work from the office a minimum of 4 days a month.

Some roles may be required to be in the office more often than others and this will be agreed with the hiring manager upon starting at Turn2us.

We're delighted to be collaborating with a distinguished membership association in search of a Brand and Operations Coordinator for an interim period of 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring timely updates of brand assets and guidance for staff and fellows.
• Conduct induction training on the Digital Asset Management tool and brand for new and existing staff members, maintaining a comprehensive training database.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to audit and implement best practices across the organisation.
• Approve brand reviews for various organisational outputs, adhering to visual and tone of voice guidelines.
• Conduct annual brand tracker surveys in partnership with the Senior Insights and Database Manager, sharing insights to boost brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent application of top-tier organisational messaging across all channels, supporting updates through thorough auditing and project implementation.
• Regularly review and update brand and editorial guidelines in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee co-branding initiatives, implementing a structured tracking and approval process.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in data-driven marketing performance analysis.
• Strong background in brand management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in training and leading change initiatives.
• Effective planning and resource management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, campaign planning, and social media management tools.
• Experience in auditing and implementing organisational recommendations.
• Solid understanding of marketing operations, inbound marketing, and digital analytics.
• Expertise in digital asset management systems.
