Pancreatic Cancer UK is now seeking an experienced Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function. This pivotal leadership role will enable the Director of Finance, People and Operations to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring robust financial management, insight, and governance across the charity.

• Taking full ownership of Pancreatic Cancer UK’s finance function, including financial and management accounting, VAT, and statutory reporting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

To lead and deliver Richmond CVS’s support services for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across the borough. This includes providing high-quality advice, training, and development support, alongside managing key projects and coordinating external consultants.

About the role

We are looking to recruit a talented Business Support Officer to join the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (P&A) team at King’s College London.

The Business Support Officer provides crucial and comprehensive support for the Business Operations team to help ensure the continued success and evolution of the department. It is a fast-paced and varied post that will offer operational and administrative support to cover a diverse range of tasks, from planning and delivering team engagement activity, through to recruitment and onboarding, to supporting on financial analysis and reporting. They work closely with the Business Manager KCL Philanthropy and the People & Talent Manager but will also be a part of the wider Business Operations unit that ensures P&A is an efficiently and smoothly functioning unit.

As a significant part of the role, the postholder will be working closely with the Business Manager to support the work of the Philanthropy teams. The role will work with frontline fundraisers, as well as colleagues across the Department, to support in the processes and administration involved in cultivating and securing philanthropic gifts. They will also play a key role in supporting the Business Manager to drive forward important engagement and coordination across the Philanthropy team. In doing so, they will help support the creation of a high performing culture and allow fundraisers to focus on maximising philanthropic opportunities.

The Business Support Officer will also work closely with the People & Talent Manager, supporting in areas such as recruitment process, developing and organising training programmes and opportunities, and generally supporting on work to create an excellent working environment. This will cover activity in the Philanthropy teams and also more broadly across P&A.

Key tasks

We are looking to recruit a Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser to maximize the income the Cardinal Hume Centre receives from trusts and foundations. This is an exciting role in our Fundraising team that will contribute to the delivery of the six-figure trust income stream budget (£585k for 2025/26) through rigorous pipeline management, maintain excellent donor relations through timely reporting and assist with trust engagement and fundraising activities. You will also manage the small trust pipeline – proactively seeking out new trust funding opportunities; submitting high quality applications on time; meeting reporting requirements; contributing to monthly management information and quarterly reforecasting.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Translations Editor (French) to join our Communication for Development team. This role ensures the quality and delivery of Tearfund's French translations for audiences primarily in Francophone Africa.

You will manage translation workflows for a wide range of content—from publications and training materials to digital and multimedia resources—working with a network of freelance translators and proofreaders. You will also contribute to strengthening Tearfund's translation standards and digital processes, including the use of our translation software management and AI tools.

About you - You will bring:

• Native-level proficiency in French and strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in translation and/or proofreading between English and French, ideally using CAT tools
• Experience managing translation projects and working with freelancers
• Deep understanding of Francophone African linguistic and cultural contexts
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines

This is a new role working across Battersea’s Philanthropy, Partnerships and Commercial (PP&C) fundraising team, to help drive income growth and maintain strong funder relationships.

The primary focus of your work will be prospect identification and qualification for an upcoming capital campaign. This will include new major donor prospects and charitable Trusts that support capital projects.
