Job description
This role is for someone who would like to learn the skills of, and gain experience in, giving energy advice to householders through working for one of the UK’s leading organisations in this field.
The postholder will be expected to provide strong customer service, working primarily on our telephone advice projects, taking calls on our advice line or making outbound calls. There is also an important administrative element to the role so accuracy and excellent attention to detail are key. The necessary support and training will be provided.

Specific responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised Children and Young Person’s Specialist Exploitation Caseworker to work in the St Pauls and Moors Estates in Cheltenham.

About the role:
We have two events-based roles to support our training and development courses. These courses are delivered either face-to-face or hybrid and are often delivered by a team of the organisation’s members. We use tools such as WebEx, MS Teams and Slido to support the delivery. These are innovative roles to develop social prescribing in the local NHS. Based in one of the six Primary Care Networks (PCN) you will work in different GP practices across that Network to deliver their specific priorities. What You'll Do:
As our new Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting our mission to spread the magic of Dalcroze Eurhythmics across the country. Your role will be diverse and dynamic, including:
- Event Management: Assist in organizing our inspiring courses, events, and exams, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Financial Admin: Help us keep our financial records in top shape, supporting our financial health and transparency. Basic bookkeeping skills would be helpful, but full training will be given.
- Digital Mastery: Manage and enhance our website, making it a go-to resource for our community, and keep our followers updated through our social media platforms.
- Trustee and Member Support: Provide crucial support to our Trustees and members, helping to foster a vibrant and engaged community.

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to head up the delivery of support services for carers across the Southend Borough. Working 37 hours per week with remote working with the flexibility to work from home and community venues in Southend.
Tasks will encompass: managing the Carer Support Advisers within the team, providing personalised information and advice to carers, working with carers using a strength-based approach to identify their needs and plan support as required and building effective relationships and partnerships with commissioners, other organisations, partners and key stakeholders to create better outcomes for carers.
To be successful in your application, you will ideally need experience of managing a small team and building up relationships across partners and communities in order to deliver agreed outcomes within timescales.

Gaddum is looking for a qualified PWP to join our well-established Talking Therapies team operating in Manchester and expand our offer for clients. You will work alongside a team of dedicated counsellors within a stepped care model to provide initial assessments and a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for common mental health problems, including one-to-one work and the potential for groupwork.
You will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, with the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP Post Graduate Certificate (or be near to qualification with all elements of the course successfully passed/on track to qualify on time).
Gaddum offers a supportive environment to a nearly or newly qualified PWP, enabling you to develop in the role, alongside a small, diverse and compassionate team.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
