About The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support Medair UK’s engagement with trusts and foundations in the United Kingdom. You will be an integral part of this growing Christian charity. About You
You will be a positive and solution focused fundraiser, ready to take initiative and embrace challenging targets. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Chief Impact Officer, within our Impact Team. Responsiblities will include:
Database Usage and Reporting
- Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.
- Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Management Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
- Enhance our data analysis and reporting by developing predictive modelling and exploring statistical significance of our findings.
- Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact,
- Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.
Internal and External Evaluations
- Support the Chief Impact Officer in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To lead the Support Team to provide emotional and practical support to families and individuals living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Spring Community Hub exists to ensure that no one in our Southwark community goes hungry. But we don’t just provide food:
We work alongside people to help them escape poverty, build confidence, and find community.
Our principal activity is the prevention of food poverty and food insecurity by offering culturally appropriate food, fresh fruits, and vegetables as well as dietary and religiously appropriate food which we have continued to run at our five-week sessions to local people for as long as they address the underlying cause.
We also provide a range of wraparound support, including advice services, particularly around employment and immigration through our Back2Work Team, Holiday Clubs for Children, Youth Groups, a Clothing Bank and our Spring Up Women’s group.

The Role:
As a Data Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Data Manager by ensuring their supporter and contact database (Raiser’s Edge) is effectively maintained and up to date. You will assist the wider Development team with reports and queries, help manage fundraising data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of donor information.
Main responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of the Raiser’s Edge database, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits. Imports and exports of data.
