About the role:
Our Complex Needs Service is seeking a Service Manager, who would like to develop their career with a sector-leading organisation. As our Service Manager, you will provide effective management of a high support accommodation service for single homeless people in Camden. Residents of the service will be faced with multiple disadvantages, mental health, substance use and dual diagnosis.

As Complex Needs Practitioner you will engage young people in a variety of interventions, using a person-centred approach, empowering them to reduce risk, increase resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
Birmingham Young People’s Service provides holistic support services for young people 10 to 25 with needs related to alcohol and substance misuse, including those that are affected by a family members alcohol and substance misuse.
All Complex Needs Practitioners are expected to work days, evenings, and weekends across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings, when required, which will require a flexible working pattern from the successful candidate. The caseload will include a mixture of community and multi-agency referral pathways including health, social care, education, youth provision, and criminal justice.
As an energetic and confident self-starter, you will have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above, Dip SW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we will consider candidates with experience of working in the health & social care field, education settings, alcohol, and substance misuse fields with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.
Experience of liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies and health professionals and engaging effectively with clients in a variety of settings is essential. The Role:

You will provide Advice, Guidance and information (IAG) to vulnerable adults and holistic support to address their needs within a psychologically informed environment and will provide specialist VAWG support.
Part of your role will also include Coordinating and facilitating our Drop-in Service for rough sleepers, providing them with a range of services including food provision; laundry; showers; clothing and nurses clinics.

Hours

Pension

The postholder must be able to access all areas of the Project, and may be required to do so quickly in the event of an emergency. There is also a requirement to travel across London for work related purposes. The ability to undertake these physical aspects of the role and to carry smaller items are required as essential.

Causeway runs safe houses for men, women and families who have escaped modern slavery. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Advocate working with female service users in our Liverpool safe houses. In this role you will work alongside a team to support service users living within our female safe houses based in Liverpool. You will equip and empower individuals who’ve experienced trauma to live free and meaningful lives. Solihull Integrated Addiction Service (SIAS) is a partnership between four organisations jointly responsible for the delivery of the drug, alcohol, homelessness, and gambling services, in the Borough of Solihull. We offer services for adults who use or are affected by substance use, homelessness, and gambling.
Your challenge? As a Hospital Complex Needs Practitioner, you will be working with clients within UHB hospital primarily Heartlands/Solihull hospital and various other settings in the community. You will be supporting clients in addressing their substance needs and liaising with medical professionals on the wards within the hospital and in the community. We are looking for someone who can complete both brief and psychosocial interventions and hold a caseload.
You need to be able to work independently and will be multi-agency working, working with HCAs to Consultants daily. You will need to be able to deliver training in person and online and attend meetings and feed back in meetings associated with the hospital.
We are looking for an energetic and confident self-starter with a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we’ll consider candidates with experience of working in the substance misuse and housing and homelessness field with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. About the Service
The Youth Mental Health Navigator supports young people who have been referred to the CAMHS front door/single point of access. These young people may have accessed medical, clinical or emergency services prior to being referred to Mind BLMK. The service is suitable for people who have mental health / wellbeing needs but are not felt to be at immediate risk of suicide.
About the Role
This role will provide individualised, one to one support to young people, aged 14-17 who are currently experiencing difficulty with their mental health and wellbeing.
This post holder will be working closely with clinical colleagues in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team offering hybrid in person and online support. The post holder will also be responsible for the development of pathways which enables young people to access services offered by the Voluntary and Community sector.
The post holder will ensure they have a good understanding of the services on offer by the Voluntary and Community sector, and other agencies, and will work with individuals to help them access services of their choice.
The Youth Mental Health Navigator will offer mental health and wellbeing support in a safe and enabling service, supporting young people to explore their challenges and identify positive mental health coping strategies, resilience skills, distress tolerance and a solution focused approach to recovery that will help to future proof against potential repeated incidences of poor mental health.

You will:
