As Business Development Manager for our Community Services will focus and lead on:
· Analysing and unlocking opportunities for new business
· Implementing business development plans
· Supporting with getting new funding and bringing services to fruition
You will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships with NHS Trusts, Audiology Departments and ICBs to secure funding and expand our RNID Near You services across the UK. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop business cases, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful launch of new RNID Near You contracts.
What you'll be doing
· Identify and build relationships with potential funders such as NHS Foundation Trusts, Audiology Departments, and ICBs to support service expansion.
· Collaborate with the Bids and Tender Manager to secure funding and develop compelling business cases for new RNID Near You services.
· Implement business development plans in partnership with Heads of Operations, supporting various workstreams and projects.
· Analyse and evaluate new service opportunities, contributing to a pipeline of potential contracts and making strategic recommendations.
· Ensure delivery of growth targets, including the opening of at least four new service contracts per financial year in line with RNID’s multi-year plan.
You will be a commercially minded professional with proven business development expertise specifically within the health sector, particularly in securing new contracts and driving service growth. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and ability to spot and seize opportunities through partnerships and projects. Your excellent relationship-building and communication skills will enable you to craft compelling proposals that resonate with stakeholders. RNID Near You is our national community-based service run by trained volunteers which offers:
· a hearing check and information on how to book a full hearing test.
· basic hearing aid repairs, cleaning, and advice on using hearing aids.
· information on hearing aids, hearing loss, tinnitus, and related issues, including emotional and practical peer support from volunteers with lived experience.

What you'll be doing:

- Strong financial management and budgetary control skills.

Here's what the team will be looking for
The ideal candidate will have solid experience delivering housing management services within supported accommodation or housing associations. They must have a proven track record in line managing or supervising staff and demonstrate strong expertise in rent collection and arrears management. It is essential that they have worked with people who have complex needs, such as mental health challenges, experiences of domestic abuse, or homelessness. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of housing law, tenancy and licence agreements, and rent recovery procedures. They should also be knowledgeable about Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, and entitlements for individuals with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities. The candidate must be IT literate and experienced in using housing management systems. Additionally, they should possess the ability to coach, support, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead FareShare's digital marketing function, and will deliver ambitious, insight-driven initiatives that drive engagement, grow audiences and maximise impact.
You will be responsible for setting the direction for all digital campaigns including across paid media, organic content, email journeys, SEO, and analytics. You will manage a small team of two and work closely with colleagues from across the organisation.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Digital strategy and performance, including the development and implementation of integrated campaigns across social, search, email and web; and of setting and monitoring KPIs for engagement, traffic and conversion as well as tracking channel and campaign performance
- Social media and content, including management of all organic and paid social activity. You'll be responsible for content calendars, copy, creative direction and reporting as well as leading the development of engaging digital content for the website and identifying new opportunities to grow engagement, reach and help meet policy goals
- Overseeing email marketing and audience journeys, including of the strategy and delivery of all email activities targeting supporters and stakeholders. You'll work with your team to develop segmentation strategies, automated journeys, and A/B testing plans to improve performance, and ensure GDPR compliance and supporter-centric communication
- Digital advertising, including leading all digital advertising activity, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Website and UX, including monitoring user behaviour and propose data-led improvements to web structure and content
- Network and internal support, including supporting the digital capacity of FareShare's network partners through the provision of toolkits, templates, and training; and by championing digital marketing across the organisation, collaborating across teams
- Line-manage and support the development of the Digital Marketing Officer and Email Marketing Officer, providing clear objectives, regular feedback, and opportunities for learning and development

The Senior Strategic Projects Manager will implement successful strategies for strategic fundraising projects and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Development and working with the Major Gifts, Individual Giving and Corporate Partnerships teams, you will be responsible for supporting solicitation campaigns of principal gifts and ensuring delivery of first-class stewardship of donors. The Senior Manager will also evaluate project strategy, approach and outcomes and facilitate relationships with senior colleagues and key volunteers to access new prospect networks.
The selected candidate will have a personal track record in fundraising and ideally working with senior colleagues to secure significant gifts of £500,000 or more. You will have demonstrable success in stewardship and a successful track record of developing and maintaining a network of contacts. Ideally, the best person for this job will have proven experience of managing complex and nuanced donor relationships which require a bespoke approach and a high level of judgment.

Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum

Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK.
