About the role

As Head of Philanthropy Writing you will oversee the work of and inspire your team of Philanthropy Writers to develop and deliver articulate and impactful bespoke proposals and communications to support the income generation goals of UCL.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About you

A persuasive and creative writer, you will have experience of writing inspirational content for fundraising causes, synthesising complex concepts and producing materials to make these accessible and inclusive to numerous and varied audiences. With outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you will have the ability to successfully interact with a diverse array of people, including senior leaders and academics across our organisation.
