FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.
The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.
We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme. As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.
The ability to speak Welsh, or a willingness to learn, is desirable. We may also consider part time hours, or a job share for the right candidates. Please note in your application if this applies to you.

Technical Research Expertise
- Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including RCTs, quasi-experimental methods; including multi-country evaluations and ethical research management.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research data interpretation. Excellent data analysis skills using statistical software packages (STATA or R) and advanced excel skills; experience of advanced quantitative analysis techniques such as Interrupted Time Series Analysis, multilevel regression etc.
- Proficiency in developing new metrics and frameworks for assessing program impact, particularly in equity, disability, and marginalized group outcomes.
- Deep understanding of research ethics, protocols, and quality assurance processes
- Highly proficient in steering large-scale third-party evaluations.

JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR (UK4U), the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for a Prospect Research Manager to join its Partnerships and Philanthropy Team (PPH). This role will play a key part in continuing to build our UHNWI, HNWI, Trust and Foundation and Corporate pipelines, by working closely with fundraising colleagues as well as UNHCR internationally.
This role reports to the Head of Philanthropy and manages the Prospect Research Officer. The post holder will identify research, organise and evaluate a prospect’s financial capacity, ability to give, willingness to give, charitable interests, and connection to the organisation, operating within the organisation’s due diligence process. The post holder will work closely with senior stakeholders within PPH to help drive each area’s strategy and the overall team objectives.
The role manages UK for UNHCR’s due diligence process from renewing due diligence on existing pipelines, to completing new due diligence profiles utilising key due diligence tools and platforms, working with the PPH team, SMT and UNHCR’s global due diligence team.
Passionate about the refugee cause and UNHCR’s contribution, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully identifying prospects as well as preparing and presenting in depth prospect briefs for across the high value fundraising pipeline from UHNW and HNW individuals, Trusts & Foundations and corporates. You will be familiar with using a variety of information sources, of complying with GDPR and other regulations and working with a CRM database. Donor focussed and a problem solver, you will with have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Stakeholders within PPH, to build upon the overarching strategy for the prospect research function, to deliver a strong and sustainable prospect pipeline
- Using a broad spectrum of sources, identify, research, organise and evaluate a prospect’s financial capacity, ability to give, willingness to give, charitable interests, and connection to the organisation. Support fundraising staff in prioritising prospects and building pipelines.
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders (CEO and Fundraising Heads) to discuss new prospects and the current HNWI portfolio and Corporate pipeline.
- Keep up to date on research and due diligence trends including identifying ways to improve risk research, due diligence and market insight.
- Work within UK4U’s due diligence policy and processes, maintaining a system to enable the organisation to track due diligence carried out, ensuring compliance with all regulatory best practice standards.
- Track and manage prospect research KPIS using power BI.
- Produce in-depth, well-written reports on prospects based on a combination of data from the donor database, open access records and other markers of high-quality donors.
- Managing and coaching an officer level prospect research role, overseeing their work on key projects and developing their skills.
- Embed best practice use of the database within the team, developing tools to analyse and review our prospect pool and how prospects are moved through the pipeline.
- Implement new research techniques as they arise, striving to design a high quality and efficient prospect research methodology.
- Carry regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipelines remain dynamic and fit for purpose.

Personal Attributes and Experience
Essential Experience
- Experience of providing strategically aligned research to help identify and prioritise prospects capable of offering significant financial and/or other support.
- Experience of profiling, network mapping, prospect qualification and other intelligence gathering activities.
- Experience of working with colleagues in Individual Giving as well as with major donor and corporate fundraisers to optimise use of a CRM database to identify potential prospects.
- Experience managing, coaching, motivating and supporting more junior members of the team.

- Strong understanding of GDPR and working within GDPR policies.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and detail-oriented Senior Programme Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. The Changing Markets Foundation was formed to accelerate and scale up solutions to sustainability challenges by leveraging the power of markets. We create and support campaigns that expose irresponsible corporate practices and shift market share away from unsustainable products and companies towards environmentally and socially beneficial solutions. We work on a range of different topics at the intersection of environmental and social issues and have a strong track record of winning campaigns.
Changing Markets Foundation is a Dutch-registered foundation (Stichting) with offices in Utrecht, Brussels and London. This role is based in London.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
50,000-55,000 £/year depending on experience. We also offer benefits, such as health and life insurance, and an annual sports and wellbeing allowance. Annual leave is 25 days per calendar year (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays.

About the job
LSESU is looking for someone who is highly organised and passionate about student experience to join our Student Voice Team. You will need to have a good eye for detail, a proactive approach, and be willing to get stuck into all aspects of student democracy. The successful candidate will support the Student Voice Team in the delivery of LSESU’s democratic processes, and lead on key projects such as our annual elections.
This role will involve supporting with a variety of tasks, including liaising with key stakeholders, engagement and outreach planning, and database administration. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with an ability to work collaboratively with people, and a passion for delivering high quality opportunities for membership engagement.

At Single Homeless Project's (SHP) Elms, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Support Assistant ready to make a lasting difference in people's lives. Elms is a vibrant service based in Leyton (Waltham Forest) that brings together supported housing, a daytime activity programme, and a small floating support service. The supported housing element provides longer-term placements for adults with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia, some of whom may also be managing physical health needs. Here, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain their daily routines, manage their treatment, and grow in confidence as they move toward greater independence. From encouraging healthy eating and personal care to assisting with medication prompts and helping to keep living spaces welcoming and safe, you’ll be a consistent and trusted presence in their journey.
You’ll also contribute to our lively day service, where activities like bowling, lunch clubs and gardening groups help individuals reconnect with their community, learn new skills, and find joy in shared experiences. In addition, you’ll support former residents who are now living semi-independently, offering that extra bit of help as they navigate life with increasing autonomy. Working closely with Project Workers, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of recovery-focused tasks across the service, with the chance to build meaningful, lasting relationships along the way.

As part of Scope’s strategy, An Equal Future, we have introduced new ways of working to achieve social change. You will lead on implementing these ways of working. And support the delivery of our strategy, through goal groups and missions. You will work to continuously evolve and improve our ways of working for maximum impact.
The start date for this role will be 27 October 2025, including a one week handover with the Programme Lead.
The role
The responsibility for the Programme Lead is to support the organisation to deliver its strategy and live Scope’s story of change. They will work with goal groups and mission based teams. This will include designing and running workshops to help us develop our strategy and plan our activity to deliver it.
Goal groups play an important role to keep Scope focussed on the impact we want to see. The Programme Lead will manage goal groups and introduce cross-functional planning. Enabling strategy to translated into delivery. The role will develop sessions with the goal groups, ensuring objectives are set and collating insight.
Continuous improvement will be a priority, due to our new ways of working. The Programme Lead will run retrospectives and use feedback to ensure Scope is set up to deliver it’s strategy. They will establish mechanisms for learning and improving. Using findings, they will report and influence key stakeholders. This includes colleagues of all levels across the organisation.
About you
We are looking for someone who can bring out the best in colleagues across Scope. You should enjoy working with others and value collaboration. It’s important that you include diverse voices. You will have the ability to shape activity collaboratively.
We want a strategic thinker with experience leading complex programmes that create social change. You should have strong project or programme management skills. Including the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
You will have experience with agile ways of working and helping others use them too. You’ll be open to testing new ideas, learning from failure, and improving how we work. We’re looking for someone who can set up processes that support learning and ongoing improvement.
