About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Fundraising Community Coordinator to join our virtual events team. You will play a crucial part in managing the online communities for our month-long Virtual Events, ensuring an exceptional experience for our dedicated supporters.
As the Fundraising Community Coordinator you will be responsible for posting on our online communities, supporting the Virtual Events Assistant to create engaging content that will inspire and uplift our supporters and driving positive interactions within the community. You will actively engage with supporter posts, promptly responding to inquiries, moderating the community and extending warm welcomes to new members.
You will also assist with the development of the supporter experience, including helping to improve fundraising resources, creating FAQ’s and gathering compelling case studies to further drive support. Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The role is responsible for delivering full housing management services across a portfolio of 50–100 supported accommodation units, with a focus on tenancy sustainment, legal compliance, and strong financial performance. This includes facilitating onboarding and exit processes for service users, promoting tenancy expectations early on, and embedding a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIPE) approach. Accurate and GDPR-compliant tenancy records must be maintained, with regular monitoring and reporting on tenancy issues through internal dashboards and quarterly reviews.
The position also involves driving rent and service charge collection, preventing arrears through proactive engagement, and taking recovery action where needed. The postholder will provide specialist advice on housing benefits, manage claims and appeals, and oversee invoicing and reconciliation with external agencies. Additionally, they will ensure timely repair reporting and resolution, maintain communication with residents and staff on maintenance progress, and uphold property standards to meet compliance requirements.

About the role
We are seeking a Substance Misuse Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Catford. You will be based within a 24 hour service which provides enhanced rehabilitation support to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:
- Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
- Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
- Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
- Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
- Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning.
About you
We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive. Crossness Pumping Station is a unique, world heritage site built in 1865 to help rid London of cholera. Lying abandoned since the 1950s, it has been lovingly restored by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers since 1987. We are moving into the next phase of our development as a museum and need to improve our support to existing volunteers and recruitment of new ones. This role will be fundamental to achieving our strategic goals and future business plan.
About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment, induction, training and support of volunteers for Crossness Engines Trust.
This role will ensure that volunteers are effectively integrated into the organisation and feel valued, motivated and equipped to contribute to its mission. We're looking for a Senior Support coach to join our team which focus on supporting residents with OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) and related cognitive or behavioural challenges, many of whom have experienced institutional care or social exclusion. ABOUT THE ROLE
Working with schools, sixth forms and further education colleges, the Head of Education and Content will support them to prepare for the lowering of the voting age to 16 and to engage their students in elections and democratic education.
The post holder will design and adapt resources, practitioner training, events and activities as well as manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the further education and civil society sectors.
Working with the Director and the Head of Programmes, the post holder will:

Collate, source and design learning resources for school and college teachers to use to support their students to engage in elections and democracy.

As Trust and Foundation Fundraising Officer, you’ll be working to generate income which will enable Settle to expand its reach, achieve its strategic goals and, ultimately, make a real difference to the amazing young people we serve.
You’ll work closely with our senior leadership and support team to help deliver our fundraising strategy. As part of a fundraising and communications team of 5, you’ll report to our Head of Fundraising and be accountable for writing grant applications and funder reports, prospecting for new funding opportunities and day-to-day funder administration and correspondence.
Candidates with experience of trust and foundation fundraising are encouraged to apply; however, direct fundraising experience is not an essential requirement for this position. Trust and foundation fundraising is a skill that can be taught, and we’re confident in our ability to nurture and develop new talent. Essential requirements include exceptional writing skills, reliable administrative skills and strong people skills. Applications would be welcomed from candidates with a background in communications or writing-based roles, or from other areas of the charity sector.
