We are seeking an organised, proactive and diligent Membership and Engagement Coordinator to lead on the administrative support for our members and the wider Engagement team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for members wanting to join the ESU or for those renewing their membership. The Membership and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with members and branch chairs, finding ways to involve members in the work of the ESU and maintaining oversight of the organisation’s CRM. The post holder will also help support the ESU’s events and international work.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Membership Manager to implement a new recruitment strategy to grow ESU membership in agreed target audiences
· Work with the Membership Manager to ensure a straightforward renewals process, this includes sending email and postal renewal communications, updating lapsed memberships and taking credit and debit card payments.
· Ensure membership records on the CRM are accurate and up-to-date.
· Assemble and dispatch Welcome Packs to new members.
· Act as the first point of contact for current and prospective members and assist with their queries.
· Assist with the production of monthly membership statistics and reports.
· Ensure the ESU has robust and clearly documented membership processes and make suggestions to enhance and resolve issues that arise.
· Maintain records of international ESUs and support the Director of Global Engagement with sending communications to this group.
· Liaise with branch chairs to support their requirements and provide details on membership statuses for their branch members.

Job purpose
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support all aspects in the delivery of Challenge Works programmes. An enthusiastic team player with a knack for problem solving. Someone who is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, moving effortlessly from day-to-day management to supporting the team on planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have some programme assistant experience, including experience of developing, maintaining and revising systems, budget and financial monitoring, relationship management, communications and management of social media channels.
The Role
Programme Coordination
- Work closely with Programme Managers to enable smooth day-to-day programme execution.
- Monitoring of milestones, evaluation and finance to keep check of project budgets and deadlines. Flagging action points to the Programme Manager when necessary.
- Develop, maintain and revise (as necessary) systems that will underpin the delivery of the prizes.
- Carry out procurement activities end-to-end, including development of contracts, legal documents and CRM
- Development of key documents relating to the delivery of the prizes.
- Manage internal and external meetings, including developing agendas and writing minutes.
Stakeholder Management & Teamwork
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the prizes.
- Day-to-day management of external relationships, from stakeholder networks to high-profile individuals and prize entrants.
Communications & Events
- Help support communications activities of various challenge prizes, for example, managing monthly newsletters, social media and updating websites.
- Help create opportunities for public engagement activities.
- Help to create events, workshops and to deliver them to a high standard.
- Work with diverse Nesta departments including financial, legal, and communications.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the team and its prizes as necessary.

Bexley Food Alliance Project Coordinator
The Bexley Food Alliance is a new network which was funded by the GLA to work towards taking pressure off the emergency food aid services and providing increased financial support to Bexley residents. This network has now expanded and aims to build a collaborative network of agencies that can increase fairer access to healthy, nutritious and culturally appropriate food, as well as any additional support residents might need. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to take over the day-to-day running of this network (see below for a brief description). This is a good opportunity for anyone who wants to take on a part-time, one-year project, perhaps as a stepping stone into something more significant, or perhaps you’re returning to work or changing careers. This is an opportunity to be at the start of an exciting, innovative partnership project, shaping a network and forming strong alliances with various agencies.
You will work closely with the VCS within Bexley to build the capacity and capabilities of local groups, provide partnership/networking opportunities that enable them to carry out their own objectives effectively and offer high quality services.

As a Befriending Coordinator, you will support individuals with lived experience of mental health issues one on one through befriending to help reform and improve their lives. - The Media Engagement Lead will play a leading role in designing and delivering BRAC’s media engagement plans across Europe. This is a pivotal time for BRAC as we begin to invest in relationship development for influence and partnerships across Europe, and this is a vital role in determining the success of this new chapter.
- The role will be based in London, a Global Media Hub, but will be tasked with supporting media engagement with publications across Europe, particularly in Germany and Scandinavia.
- The Lead will be the focal point for BRAC’s media engagement across Europe and contribute significantly to both securing new media relationships and making the most of existing ones.

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day coordination of peer support activity. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. Working alongside the Director of Development and the Head of Communications, this role will work across teams to maintain and strengthen engagement through events, communications and corporate outreach. The Engagement and Communications Officer will work to maximise income and support for JUSTICE through events (approximately 45% of the role), communications (approximately 30% of the role) and membership (approximately 25% of the role). About the Role
We are looking for a Day Service Co-ordinator to join our art studio team and support people living with brain injury in our day centre in Haggerston.
You will take responsibility for organising and delivering activities in the Submit to Love art studio, such as supporting members in creating new artworks, planning and delivering events and outings, and engaging members in a variety of other activities in response to their needs and interests.
The role also involves providing advocacy and support (key working) for up to 12 members and ensuring the smooth running of the day service as a member of the co-ordinating team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Activities in the art studio:
- Support members to engage creatively and develop their personal artistic practise.
- Work alongside the studio manager, day service members and volunteers to plan and deliver events, including artist led workshops, exhibitions and open studios.
- Plan trips to cultural events and experiences.
Key working:
- Act as key worker for up to 16 members, checking in regularly about their engagement in the centre and their general wellbeing, and supporting them with information, advice, and advocacy as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain contact with members’ families, carers, and relevant statutory partners to facilitate good communication and better provide appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including comprehensive individual risk assessments.
Day Service co-ordination:
- Work closely with colleagues and volunteers in the day service and other teams at Headway East London to create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment for members.
- Share responsibility for practical tasks in the day service to ensure its smooth running.
- Work sensitively with volunteers, supporting them alongside the volunteer co-ordinator to take on meaningful and rewarding roles in the day service.

About Circles South West
We are an award winning independent charity providing services that prevent sexual re-offending by people who have sexually harmed, as well as support services for non-offending partners, family and friends impacted. Our core service is Circles of Support and Accountability; a ‘Circle’ is a small group of local volunteers who assist the safe integration of an individual who has sexually harmed, meeting with them over a year or more. Working closely with responsible statutory agencies we provide a complementary risk management approach, making communities safer.
