We are seeking a Risk and Internal Audit Manager to lead our risk management and internal audit initiatives. This critical role involves developing a robust risk management framework, conducting thorough internal audits, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of humanitarian issues and standards, including codes of conduct and accountability principles, and possess a working knowledge of French or Spanish. You are a highly skilled professional with a Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA) certification or a full CCAB qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA). About the role
As the Risk and Internal Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our organisation by overseeing both risk management and internal audit operations. You will develop and manage CARE International UK’s risk management framework, maintain and update the organisation’s risk register, and provide regular risk management reports. You will also develop and execute an annual internal audit plan, ensuring compliance with recognised auditing standards. Your role involves coordinating with various CARE entities and overseeing specialist audits in areas like cybersecurity and GDPR. International travel will be required to support CARE International UK funded programmes.

We are seeking a passionate and committed Chief Executive Officer who will help us unite the global Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) community to collectively find solutions to the challenges of the syndrome. Our vision is to create a world where people with PWS receive the services and supports they need to fulfil their potential and achieve their goals. PWS is a complex genetic disorder characterised by low muscle tone and failure to thrive at birth, and later evidence of short stature, intellectual disabilities, behavioural and psychiatric challenges and impaired satiety.
IPWSO is the international umbrella body for PWS associations around the world with 47 full paying country members and contacts in over 120 countries. We are committed to supporting people with PWS and their families whatever their needs and wherever they live.
What we do
We build communities between people with Prader-Willi syndrome, their families and the professionals who support them to share knowledge and expertise and improve outcomes for people with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families everywhere.
We want everyone with Prader-Willi syndrome to get equal access to diagnosis and treatment no matter where in the world they live. We want to ensure better, more consistent outcomes for people with the syndrome and their families.

Main purpose and scope of role
Working closely with the President and the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide strategic vision and leadership and will strive to ensure that IPWSO delivers its charitable purposes and remains successful and sustainable.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
Leadership
· Strive to ensure that the charitable purposes of IPWSO are followed and that it delivers the public benefit set out in its governing document.
· Take overall responsibility for the management and administration of IPWSO.
· Provide support and information to the Board of Trustees to enable trustees to fulfil their roles and legal responsibilities.
· Pursue close cooperation with, and accountability to, IPWSO’s members.
· Act as an ambassador for IPWSO by representing IPWSO at events and networking to build new strategic relationships.
· Keep abreast of relevant new research, treatment recommendations and service developments for people with Prader-Willi syndrome.
Governance

· Work with the Treasurer and the Finance Committee to prepare budgets for review by the Board of Trustees and to enable IPWSO to operate within its financial means.
· Seek to ensure that appropriate financial reports are submitted to the Charity Commission and other entities as required.
· Support the work of the Fundraising Committee and strive to ensure a sustainable income from both IPWSO members and individual, corporate, philanthropic and government donors.

We're looking for two experienced bid and/or fundraising professionals to join our team as Bid and Fundraising Manager (internally known as Development Manager) on a permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for the development of a portfolio of donor relationships and will work across all parts of the proposal process from prospect research all the way through to submissions. Skills, Knowledge and Experience
To succeed in this role you'll have a good understanding of funding/proposal preparation processes and experience in securing funding opportunities in the range of £50k-£100k.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of successfully cultivating relationships with funders such as trust, foundations, local authorities, corporates and major donors.
Whilst experience of securing funding from research institutions and knowledge of England's education and charity sectors are desirable, it is not essential for applying to this role.

Your role
We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. The ideal candidate has senior-level fundraising experience at an NGO, organisation, or charity, a strong and established network of executive relationships in major foundations, and a proven track record of identifying and closing deals in the range of 1-5 million USD. We are looking for an experienced finance manager to lead our finances. You will join the leadership team and support the Directors and Treasurer to run all the charity finance business.
The Deborah Ubee Trust (TDUT) is a thriving organisation supporting people with their mental health providing services in Lewisham, Greenwich, and Bexley London boroughs. Our services include provision of specialist therapeutic interventions and counselling.
You will have day to day responsibility for the organisation’s finances, collaborating with colleagues to set and manage budgets, maintain accurate financial records, to prepare finances for professional audit and ensure all financial and compliance requirements are met. We use QuickBooks.
With a relevant accounting background and qualification, you will have an excellent understanding of, and experience of, financial planning. You will be organised with a high level of attention to detail.
