Voyage is seeking a part‑time, income‑focused and results‑driven Head of Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships to help secure long‑term, diversified investment for our youth leadership programmes, with a particular emphasis on trusts and foundations, business development and strategic partnerships in the CSR youth, heritage and environmental space.

We are therefore seeking an experience professional who has a great production understanding of the role fund raising plays in shaping applications and grants. We therefore seek someone who can equally sit across trusts and foundations, business development and partnership building and help Voyage move from “opportunity‑led” to strategic, long‑term income growth.

What you’ll be doing 

• Leading a high performing team, providing organisational leadership and working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we achieve our shared aims. 

• Leading the Marketing team’s programme of brand building in our hospitals, local areas, across London, and beyond, ensuring our targeting strategy and measurement is rooted in insight, effective and good value for money; and together with our Creative team provide creative leadership and direction.   

• Driving our programme of marketing intelligence and measuring marketing effectiveness. 

• Working with teams across the organisation on the implementation of our messaging framework and updates to our visual identity.

Operational Performance & Growth

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Act as Company Secretary, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen organisational governance and risk management, including maintenance of risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance and financial regulations.

Corporate Services Leadership

• Manage the People Support Lead, providing line management and oversight, while working collaboratively to ensure HR compliance, develop people strategy, and coordinate on key operational matters including payroll and budgets.
• Lead IT oversight and the outsourced IT function, ensuring systems are maintained and improved.
• Oversee facilities management and represent WECHI as a Director for Hide Market Management.

• Strategic leadership of senior fundraisers and teams, driving performance, culture and process change.

Person Specification 

• Worked as a Finance Director or as a Head of Finance (with autonomy of decision making and board reporting duties) 

• Strong understanding of charity accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 

• Senior-level finance experience in an INGO, charity, or multi-country organisation (preferably with operations in the Global South) 

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent). 

• Demonstrable experience with institutional donor compliance. 

• Experience leading annual audits and preparing financial statements. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including developing staff. 

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. 

• Experience managing multi-currency environments and international financial operations. 

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance staff, senior leaders, and Boards. 

Migrants Organise is seeking an experienced and values-driven Co-Director to join our leadership team and work closely with our CEO and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strengthen Migrants Organise’s organisational infrastructure, support growth and sustainability.

This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision, grassroots solidarity movement building with hands-on management. The Co-Director will contribute to key aspects of organisational development, including strategic leadership, fundraising and financial management, staff management and development, governance, and capacity building of our grassroots membership to ensure that our mission and movement values are reflected in our internal systems, culture and external impact.

About the Role

Accountable to: Chief Executive Officer

Salary: £45,200–£55,200 (depending on skills and experience)

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent

Working Hours:

· 3 days / 21 hours per week (with reduced duties), or

· 4 days / 28 hours per week

This newly created role will play a pivotal part in expanding the charity’s income and influence. You will:

• Lead on new business development, nurturing existing supporters and securing new partnerships with developers, housing associations, local authorities, funders and other stakeholders.
• Shape and grow their consultancy and service offer, helping reduce reliance on grant funding.
• Support the roll-out of their Growth Lab, working with practitioners and community groups to develop innovative models, products and services for Community Land Trusts.
• Capture insights, impact and learning to strengthen the case for scaling these innovations.
• Work closely with the CEO on funding proposals, partnership development and strategic initiatives.

The Beyond Food Foundation is looking for an inspirational Food Engagement Lead.

Our programmes are built around the kitchen and dining table, you will work closely with our Head Training and Events Chef, CEO and Programme manager to craft sessions, workshops and experiences to leverage the power of food for changing lives.

A key role within the charity, the Food Engagement Lead will help the charity to deliver its strategic aims, being part of an exciting and dynamic team who change lives every day.  You will bring an in depth knowledge of nutrition, food science and eating for wellbeing to the table. Using this to deliver training and activities  which help people to engage with cooking,  fresh food and a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Training, workshop facilitation, dietician expereince or nutritional coaching skills or experience would be a major plus. 

£36,000/ 39,000 p/a   40 hrs P/W, between E6 Beckton and Central London locations

40hrs per week - Monday - Friday. 

28 Days annual leave + bank holidays.
