About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Supporter Experience & Operations Lead to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a key role focused on delivering operational excellence across supporter and membership services, ensuring a seamless experience for members, donors, and prospects.

You’ll lead on the management of supporter operations budgets, financial forecasting for 2026, and compliance, while also overseeing a small team and third-party service providers. This is a hands-on, data-driven role ideal for someone with strong CRM, financial, and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across supporter operations and customer service delivery
• Manage budgets, reforecasting, and financial reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team
• Oversee escalated member complaints and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Line manage the Supporter Experience Coordinator and support a team of two
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality (Salesforce transition in progress)
• Manage third-party suppliers for fulfilment, contact centre, and payment processing
• Contribute to the development of marketing technology and digital tools

We are looking for someone to join the Bristol Women’s Pathway (*women only) as a Project Worker. Our Women’s pathway offers safe spaces from abuse, exploitation or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and provides accommodation and housing related support to women experiencing homelessness;

As a Project Worker you will join a team dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to residents while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing. In this role you will:

• Oversee a caseload of clients and provide ongoing 1-1 support in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients with complex needs around areas such as housing and health. 
• Have a good understanding of a person centred approach and how to provide the right support to clients to meet individual needs, identifying personal aims and ambitions and making plans to achieve them.  
• Work with the team, external statutory agencies and voluntary organisations to ensure everyone has access to available support.  
• Continue to develop your skills further around working with clients in a holistic way, and to gain a deeper understanding of housing and benefits law, and other specialist areas through training, supervision and line management support. 

In this role you will work on a shift rota including mornings, evenings and weekends. In some of these role’s staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

About you 

We are looking for enthusiastic people with experience helping people throughout difficult periods and a process of change, and able to manage complex situations. If you have good interpersonal and skills, patience and resilience we will provide you with the knowledge and training you need to work with clients in a holistic and person-centred way. You should also demonstrate:

• A sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness, and the difficulties they can experience in accessing services.
• Some experience of liaising with a number of individuals or agencies to achieve effective outcomes for others.
• Good communication and listening skills and the ability to work with a variety of different people.
• The ability to work in a role that supports vulnerable people and maintain high level of contact with clients on a day to day basis.
• Above all, you should have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives with a non-judgemental approach to working with people with complex needs.

Job Summary

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

The role requires:                             

· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

· Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to adapt to different communication preferences.

· Excellent organisation and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults

Providing individualised task-based support

· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:

· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.

· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.

· Support with applications for further education and employment

· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.

Facilitate Support Groups

· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.

· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.

· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.

· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.

· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.

· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.

Facilitate Courses and Workshops

· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication. 

Other Responsibilities  - Wider support

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.

· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

· Using inclusive, evidence-based language and approaches

· Tailoring content to meet the needs of different audiences

· Supporting outreach and promotion of CAAS’s training offer related to ADHD and autism in adults

Other Responsibilities  - Organisational

· To create resources and content to be used within our adult services by clients and colleagues.

· To provide written reports as required by professional agencies and CAAS.

· Assist in promoting the organisation’s services.

· Attend regular supervision and training sessions.

Programme Delivery Officer role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of the First Give programme in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, plus providing guidance and troubleshooting for the lead teachers at First Give partner schools.

The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in our main offices in West Hampstead, London. Regular travel to schools across London and the South East will be required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our sector-leading Community Fundraising team as a Community Fundraising Executive.

We’re an ambitious charity with a bold mission and fantastic culture. As a key member of the Community Fundraising team, you’ll work alongside the Community Fundraising Managers, Executives and Co-ordinators to achieve the exciting growth plans in our new 3-year fundraising strategy.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on our DIY walking and cycling fundraising activity, which currently raises over £750k each year. What we want from you

We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience of working in a fundraising environment – ideally within a community or events context. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering brilliant supporter experiences, building genuine relationships and stewarding fundraisers through their events. You’ll understand the importance of meeting supporter needs and how to keep them inspired and connected to the cause.

You’ll bring excellent organisational skills and experience of planning and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, making sure we hit our KPIs and maximise fundraising income. With knowledge of how to plan, deliver and evaluate marketing activity, including digital campaigns on Meta, you’ll be comfortable finding ways to engage new supporters and keep them motivated.

A forward-thinker and natural problem solver, you won’t be afraid to use your initiative and analytical skills to spot opportunities for improvement and help shape new ideas. You’ll have experience developing, or supporting the development of, annual fundraising plans and budgets, and delivering against these to meet targets.

Clear, motivational communication comes naturally to you, whether it’s writing to supporters, updating colleagues or reporting on results. You’ll also be confident using databases to keep accurate records, analyse data and share insights that help us grow.

The Communications team currently consists of the Senior Communications Manager. The Communications team has oversight over all areas of organisational communications including the website and digital communications, branding, media relations and production of content. Raystede is a unique and forward-thinking multi-species animal charity that has an exciting opportunity for a new Veterinary Nurse. This role will support Raystede in its aims to give animals a better life through rehoming, rehabilitation and sanctuary, and give people the support and knowledge they need to treat animals with care and respect. With passionate teams, a wide variety of animals, high welfare standards, and a drive to find as many animals as possible new homes, this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.

 As a Veterinary Nurse you will be expected to support Raystede’s clinical work in our on-site veterinary surgery and assist with the day to day running of the practice. You will build close working relationships with our expert animal care teams, and also be involved with Raystede more widely as we work to assist as many animals as possible.

 The client base is primarily internal, supporting the animals that we accept for rehoming or that live with us in sanctuary. Most interaction with animals not owned by Raystede will be with animals rehomed by us that need to return for agreed procedures or treatments, as part of our veterinary community days, or on occasions where we agree to provide emergency treatment that cannot be supported elsewhere. You will also be part of supporting animals being cared for on our Break Away scheme where we find temporary foster homes for animals belonging to people fleeing domestic abuse, or unable to find care for them due to short term hospital stays.

 The majority of the clinical workload will be in response to the needs of our most commonly rehomed species those being dogs, cats, rabbits, other small animals, and chickens. However, we do also have large numbers of chelonia, exotic birds, and other fowl on site. Experience with the more exotic species is something you will be supported in building, and we also have access to specialist external vets to assist and advise with those animals. Raystede also rehomes equines, sheep, goats, and alpaca which are currently all supported by an external large animal veterinary practice so experience with those species is not necessary for this role.

 Reporting to the Head Veterinary Surgeon a generous CPD budget is offered as development is seen as a key part of Raystede’s culture. At Raystede we live our values of being inspiring, professional, passionate, committed, and caring and compassionate.

Location: Remote (based in England & Wales with occasional travel required for biannual team days in London, termly Support Coach Team meetings in various locations, and twice termly vists to facilitators in various locations). At Kids Matter, we are committed to delivering effective coaching. All Support Coaches are given the opportunity to go through the coaching accreditation process with ICF to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Kids Matter provides the support and supervision for this to take place, and will cover the cost of the accreditation if the individual remains employed as a Support Coach for the two years following applying for accreditation. If the individual leaves before two years, a percentage of the accreditation cost will be required to pay back.
