Barons Court Project is the only drop-in center for people who are homeless or living with mental health issues in Hammersmith and Fulham. Over the past 3 years our guest numbers have more than doubled and we need to do more to meet eveyone's needs.

You will join a small team and take line management responsibility for all frontline workers. You will ensure they are supported and developed and that the service offer from the centre continually improves to ensure we do more for our guests.

This is a new post to facilitate the Director to work on plans to extend our reach in the borough by opening a new centre.

You will join an organisation at a very exciting time and be part of an exciting future.

If you would like to join our team, please submit your CV and a covering letter which demonstrates how you meet each section of the Person Specification. Applications without a covering letter may not be considered.
