As part of this work, our Finance & Operations Team engages with a wide range of people to support the Trust’s vision for Gloucestershire, and our Finance & Operations Manager is integral to this.
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to provide effective financial management, accurate financial reporting and oversee the facilities management of the Trust’s offices. The Finance & Operations Manager will manage a team of 2 and be part of the Trust’s People Manager Team.

Contract terms:
· This role is permanent, and we welcome applications from people looking for full time hours (37.5hrs per week), we will also consider for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Summary of key duties:
Financial Management and Reporting
· Develop, implement and operate monitoring systems for financial forecasting and re-forecasting to support sound decision making.
· Lead on and co-ordinate the annual budgeting and planning process ensuring that information is collected, compiled and reported in a timely manner to the Leadership Team for review and recommendation to the Finance & Audit Committee.
· Produce quarterly and annual internal finance report and management accounts for reporting to the Leadership Team and Finance & Audit Committee, which summarise budget trends, analyse and report variance.
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, through liaisons with the Trust’s external auditors for preparing of the SORP financial statements.
Policy and Procedures
· Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of effective procurement policies, procedures and systems ensuring best value is achieved across all activities.
· Lead on the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring appropriate cover is in place and general administration of the Trust’s insurance policies is enacted.
Payroll
· Maintain payroll processing system and run the monthly payroll.
Facilities Management
· Support the development of a 5 year planned preventative maintenance plan for the Trust’s premises, to support budget and resource planning.
· Oversee the management of the Trust’s premises ensuring contracts are in place and appropriately managed to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the building and that all health and safety requirements are met.
Line management responsibilities
· Provide line management to the Finance Co-ordinator and Workplace & Facilities Manager, enacting the Trust’s management processes to ensure that all employees are motivated, supported and enabled to give of their best.
· Contribute to Trust-wide people management policies, procedures and team culture as a member of the People Manger Team.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
· Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or experience to this level (E).
· Practical knowledge and understanding of management accounting principles and techniques.
· In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting and preparation of financial reports for senior management and compliance purposes.
· Line management experience to foster a productive and supportive team environment.
Summary of skills
· Strong numerical and analytical skills to effectively analyse financial reports.
· Proactive problem-solver, demonstrating high levels of initiative, organisation and flexibility.
· Ability to work meticulously and methodically, demonstrating attention to detail.
· Strong IT skills (demonstrable proficiency in using MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage 50 Accounts) and the ability to use technology to achieve work plans and objectives.

The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership across the organisation on resident engagement, learning and skills, co-production and activities.
- To promote the active involvement of the resident’s experience and voice in the delivery, development and monitoring of LEAP service.
- To provide support and line management supervision to the engagement team, ensuring they meet all aims, objectives and outcomes, according to the lottery bid.

About LEAP
LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.
At LEAP, community involvement is at the heart of their work. Empowering residents through co-production is a key organisational goal. LEAP offer a range of inclusive engagement methods—from informal gatherings like group breakfasts and creative activities, to structured sessions such as support needs mapping and Residents’ Forums. LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

The Commercial Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving financial sustainability by generating income and managing commercial activities through venue hire, event planning, merchandise sales and securing strategic long-term partnerships, enhancing existing revenue streams, and identifying new opportunities.
The position will ensure the charity maximises its commercial potential while staying true to its mission and values.
About you
We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years' experience in an income generation role, including venue hire and event management, ideally in a charity setting.
You will be organised and planful in your work with the ability to project manage activities with strong budget management skills. You’ll have the ability to communicate well and work with a variety of individuals and will be able to negotiate and influence well. You need to be comfortable working independently and able to manage multiple different projects at pace.

Mary Hare educates 200 profoundly deaf children at its residential school in Berkshire, and we pride ourselves on our pupils’ achievements at GCSE, A Level as well as B Tech and Vocational Courses. The Role:

We are looking for someone with proven experience securing funding from trusts and foundations, with a strong track record of writing successful applications for significant grants (£200k+). About the role
Funded by the Department for Education, the National Peer Support Service for England is a game-changing service that creates a sustainable and life-changing legacy. It builds on Kinship’s 10 years of experience in developing peer support groups and over two years of delivering a national service that has set up 145 new groups.
This role is community-based and focuses on engaging kinship carers, bringing them together to form peer support groups, and supporting them to achieve independence at which point they will receive ongoing support from our national Hub.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead the AQS Access Pathway Project, funded by City Bridge Foundation. This newly created role will be responsible for redesigning and updating the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and developing a new progression-based Access Pathway for advice services.
This is a fixed-term role, with funding secured for a minimum of 36 months. You will work closely with our Deputy Director and a wide range of stakeholders to successfully deliver a new version of AQS and its accompanying framework.
