Job description

The Role

We're looking for a talented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is due to start in February 2026, allowing time for a smooth handover and systems upskilling.
Over the next 12 months, you'll help improve accessibility to our L&D offers to meet capability development priorities, manage our Induction Pathway including mandatory learning, and optimise our learning platforms to enhance the user experience. You'll also help shape future learning systems requirements, foster a culture of everyday learning and knowledge sharing, and analyse the effectiveness and impact of our L&D initiatives.
You'll be joining us in the first year of our new 3-year corporate strategy, where creating an inclusive learning culture is a key organisational priority, helping us become an outstanding place to work.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with strong organisational and coordination skills, with experience in managing learning and development processes and systems. You're able to build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and you're comfortable working with data and reporting on impact.
Knowledge of learning platforms and HR systems, such as iTrent and LinkedIn Learning, is desirable.
