Key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Delivery

• Develop and implement LIM operational plans, identifying opportunities to drive future income growth and deepen engagement with diverse supporter audiences.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated fundraising campaigns, including TV, digital, direct mail, telemarketing, email, and events to increase awareness, generate enquiries, and steward legacy pledgers and in memory donors.

Person specification:

• Proven experience working with fundraising or marketing campaigns

Women in Prison’s South London Women’s Hubs provide support and advocacy to women at different points of the criminal justice system – whether they are at risk of offending, serving a community sentence, or in custody and leaving prison. Accounts Receivable Manager – Higher Education

Are you a experienced finance professional with experience in the Higher Education sector? MLC Partners are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join a leading institution within the Higher Education sector.  

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring that financial transactions are processed accurately and on time, and that internal controls are robust and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that tuition fee transaction updates and monthly reconciliations of key control accounts are completed on time and that the team adherence to financial controls and procedures.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable function, within the Higher Education sector.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence in using finance systems, Unit4 experience is a MUST.
• Effective communicator with the ability to explain financial processes clearly to non-finance staff.

We are recruiting for Floating Support Worker who will support the Ascent Pan London Service in building sustainable referral pathways and joint working protocols with a range of partners working with survivors of domestic abuse.

You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across the London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of  domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.

You will have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to women as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to survivors of gender-based violence. You will have excellent casework skills, good written and verbal communication skills, clear professional boundaries and be a proactive team player.

About the team

Key responsibilities

Executive Support:

• Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Executive.

• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expenses.

About the Role:

As Fundraising Manager, you will support the Director of Fundraising in implementing our charity's strategy across trusts & foundations and corporate fundraising. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering fundraising plans, managing donor relationships, and leading income generation from both new and existing funders. This includes building funding propositions for corporate donors, securing grants, and stewarding relationships to maximise long-term support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply for funding from trusts, foundations, and corporates.

• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to secure income from strategic corporate partners.

About You:

You’ll be an experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• At least 3 years' experience in fundraising, with success in securing significant grants.

As Director of Finance you will lead on all financial aspects of the transtion as the Movement for Reform Judaism and Liberal Judaism merge to form a single unified organsation, Progressive Judaism.  This post will provide crucuial oversight during this period of change, laying foundations for strong financial governance and operational excellence in the new entity.
