The Role: Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at Addiction Family Support, you’ll play a key role in keeping the charity running smoothly day to day. You’ll support our small, dedicated team by coordinating systems, processes, and technology that enable us to deliver our services effectively and professionally.

This is a remote role with quarterly team meetings in London. You’ll need to be confident working independently, while also contributing actively to our collaborative team culture and wider organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our CRM (Bitrix24), including client and volunteer pathways, automations, forms, SPA and task management.

• Train and support staff and volunteers to use key systems:

  • Bitrix24 (CRM).

  • VCC by Call Handling (Helpline telephone app).

  • Three Rings (Helpline rota scheduling).

  • Microsoft Teams/Zoom (video calls).

• Extract and report on data from key systems to support monitoring and evaluation.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff and volunteers.

• Help develop and implement new policies and procedures to support quality and consistency.

Governance Administrator & Clerk to the Board Vacancy

The Governance Administrator & Clerk to the Board will provide an exceptionally high level of governance and administrative support to the School’s Boards and Committees and the Board of Directors for Rambert Grades (a joint venture between the School and Rambert). The post-holder will utilise current and relevant technology and AI (such as Microsoft 365 Bookings and CoPilot) to schedule meetings, prepare agendas and supporting papers and take accurate and detailed minutes, to help ensure good governance and compliance.

This job requires a meticulous individual, with a flair for writing accurate and detail-oriented minutes. The postholder will have excellent organisational skills, an appetite for hard work, an eye for detail and a desire to work in the Higher Education or Charity sector. The role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative Head of Fundraising to lead our next phase of growth.

Your first focus will be stewarding our 3,000 fundraisers - overseeing segmented email journeys, managing a £40k prizing fund, and improving supporter care through deeper, more personal touchpoints. That might mean calls, events, or just finding ways to help people feel more connected to their impact.

Beyond that, you'll help us develop and test new income streams - from matched giving and regular giving, to sponsorships, repeat fundraising, and post-event conversion. You'll also play a key role in evolving our Challenge Events portfolio across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

About you and the role

The purpose of this role is to manage operational delivery of our School by School Programme, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. 

You will be supported by our Chief Innovation Officer, and manage our Chef Trainers delivering our School by School interventions. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, our School Engagement Manager and our Research Supervisor. 

Your role will oversee our School by School interventions, delivered across multiple school sites. This role will be primarily focused in London, but will include supporting schools in locations across the UK as we develop new hubs. The responsibilities:

• To work with the Chief Innovation Officer to ensure that all programme delivery of school interventions is delivered in line with our vision, values and ethos.

• To support and manage our Chef Trainers to ensure that programme delivery is carried out in the most effective and efficient way.

• Liaise and manage relationships with the Senior Leadership in the schools and academies we work with, being the key contact for operational delivery of programmes. 

• To ensure that service level agreements are agreed with schools and that our delivery matches the agreements.

• To monitor costs of the programme delivery, reporting progress of programmes to the Chief Innovation Officer, identifying any risks or delays to programme delivery. 

• At all times to ensure that our school interventions are being delivered in a legally compliant, cost-effective way.

• Work closely with the Chef Trainers to ensure our advice to, and work in, schools is legally compliant.

• Support the Chef Trainers in monitoring legal safety compliance in schools, promptly flagging major concerns to the Chief Innovation Officer and where appropriate, the key school contact.

• Ensuring learning and evaluation is embedded in our programme delivery, working with the Chef Trainers to document best practice learnt from each programme. 

• To work alongside the Director of Partnerships & Impact and Research Supervisor to ensure that we’re collecting accurate and relevant data to measure our impact, evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the programmes, conducting regular assessments and measurements.

• Work with the Research Supervisor to support preparing reports on the impact of the School by School programmes, including statistical data, trends, and success stories. 

• Work with the School Engagement Manager to maintain accurate data records and ensure our contacts database is up to date with relevant chef, school lead and engagement information. 

• Collaborate with the Chef Trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of schools. 

Your skills and experience

You'll be the right person for this job if:

• You are passionate about food and believe in our mission to improve kids' health through improving food and food education in schools

• You enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment

• You have some experience in leading or managing a team within the food sector

• You have some experience working in a similar multi-site role 

• You have financial experience in the food sector - e.g. costing recipes, stocktaking, finding the best cost for ingredients. You’ll be comfortable with spreadsheets, monitoring financial costs, and producing financial forecasts

• You are organised, methodical, strong on detail, and able to map out deadlines and plan ahead

About Wembley Stadium Foundation 

We are a grant-making charity, using the power of Wembley Stadium to inspire, strengthen and connect communities through sport, movement, and the performing arts. Funded through income generated on event days, we aim to break down barriers to access by distributing funds to charities locally and nationally.

 Purpose of the Role

The Business Support Executive will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Wembley Stadium Foundation (WSF). Working closely with the wider team, you will lead on diary coordination, meeting minutes, board logistics, and internal systems as well as supporting with events and grants administration — helping keep the charity well-organised and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Support the creation, proofreading, and formatting of key documents.
• Organise and maintain shared filing systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
• Assist with financial administration, including supporting payroll, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records of payments and invoices.

Board and Governance Logistics

• Schedule and coordinate Board and committee meetings.
• Prepare and circulate Board papers and meeting minutes and assist with tracking actions and deadlines from board meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date trustee contact records.

 Grants and Events Support

• Support administration and logistics for events hosted by the foundation, including key strategic and community events at the stadium. 
• Coordinate the Foundation’s Community Box, e.g scheduling bookings and liaising with guests, security and hospitality teams at the stadium. 
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for grants, procurement and partnerships, maintaining organised systems for storing information. 

 Office & Systems Coordination

• Take responsibility for office systems, supplies, and IT support. Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries relating to office systems, supplies, and IT support.
• Act as a helpful first point of contact for enquiries to the foundation.

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.   

We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.  Our work now includes specific programming for women refugees, Afghan nationals, Ukrainians and those who have come through the asylum system

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Partnerships Manager to oversee the operational and partnership work of STEP which includes infrastructure and process, data and reporting as well as partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational responsibility for UK Programmes ensuring processes are in place for a smooth running and high-quality programme. 
• Overseeing allocation of clients to the programme and their Employment Advisor 
• Managing the CRM data cleaning and reporting process and producing monthly and quarterly reporting data from the CRM
• Using advanced Excel skills to analyse results, identify trends and learnings to use data to drive changes and improve the quality of programmes.
• Managing the administration of the programme, including tech and client accessibility and excellent customer service 
• Managing external relationships with the support of UK Programmes team to deliver the programme.

About you

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Demonstrable experience of managing direct delivery Programme operations.
• Knowledge of refugee and/or livelihoods programme is desirable
• Demonstrable experience of line managing a team of people
• A high level of financial literacy to manage and report against programme budgets.

• Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation processes, including using Excel to capture and analyse data

We are looking for a Senior Database and Insight Manager maternity cover to join a talented team, passionate about working towards Action Against Hunger’s vision of a world free from hunger.

Sitting within the organisation’s Fundraising and Communications directorate, you’ll have overall responsibility for the department’s database and insight function – line managing two people (aDatabase Officer and a Database Assistant. 
In this integral role, you’ll be working with your team to maintain an accurate, consistent and reliable dataset covering all areas of fundraising and engagement on our CRM – Raiser’s Edge. You’ll be responsible for making sure data is stored safely and compliantly, and that good data hygiene rules are in place. You’ll also be supporting and upskilling the Fundraising and Communications department to use the database properly, empowering them to get the information they need.
