We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our national Partnerships team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, working with our external digital agency.

About the role
To be successful, you will have multiple years of campaign marketing experience and the ability to use and analyse data and work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, working with our external digital agency. This is a hybrid role, and it is anticipated that the postholder will work on campus one day per fortnight. We offer flexible working and are open to considering part-time hours for the right candidate.

As Marketing Manager, you will:
- Support the Director of Recruitment and Marketing to ensure successful recruitment for programmes.
- Design, implement and lead annual marketing strategies, including digital, print and in-person.

- Work in close partnership with programme colleagues to ensure campaigns highlight and promote programme USPs and are a true reflection of the participant experience.
- Develop the brand guidelines and support our key stakeholders to live by these guidelines, ensuring that we develop a clearly distinct NIoT voice, look and feel.
- Coordinate and support relevant events (centrally and in our four regions) that support recruitment.
- Work closely with our Communications Manager, PR and Policy Manager and Events Coordinator to ensure alignment of activities and a comprehensive brand offer.
- Supported by the Head of Recruitment and Marketing, manage the marketing budget to ensure value for money.

The Programme Manager will manage the delivery of key projects and support the Programme Director in overseeing the smooth running of a Programme Management Office (PMO), ensuring that the CEO and Board have the information needed to steer the success of the Capacity Building Programme and other projects and programmes.
The role-holder will also be the relationship owner for Responsible Finance’s social enterprise CDFIs with responsibility for driving the continuous improvement of our member support to this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project managing the delivery of key work streams and projects such as the award and monitoring of grants to support capacity building and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for the delivery of training.
- Monitoring the progress of projects, identifying issues and proposing solutions, and maintaining and producing a range of high-quality project documentation (plans, risk and issues registers etc) to support effective delivery – and leading on project and programme board meetings.
- Working closely with CDFIs and stakeholders to identify needs, lead problem-solving, provide support to overcome challenges, and commission reports on progress – synthesising these reports into overall progress reports and presenting back to the programme oversight group and main grant-funder (JPMorgan Chase).
- Developing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and leading procurement and ongoing contract management of external suppliers to deliver strands of the Capacity Building Programme.
- Further development of Responsible Finance’s support offer for social enterprise lending members, being the day-to-day point of contact and organising and leading sector meetings with these members.

The role
Overcoming MS is the world’s leading healthy lifestyle organisation for people with MS, recommending a holistic, evidence-based seven-part Program of healthy lifestyle habits that will impact symptom load as well as disease progression. The Program is based upon the work of Professor George Jelinek, who evaluated all the research on lifestyle and MS to create the original version of his book, Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis. In recent years, there has been ever increasing interest in lifestyle and MS, and the body of research is systematically increasing. Overcoming MS therefore has a need for someone to regularly review the most recent research, update our Program recommendations, and ensure we communicate the latest updates with our community – working alongside our Medical Advisor. In the medium to longer term, we would like to identity research gaps and have a role in influencing, or even commissioning, lifestyle research to add to the current research base.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the Overcoming MS Program recommendations, ensuring our advice always adheres to the latest and most robust evidence.
- To review each of the seven Overcoming MS pillars, review the evidence available, making any changes as needed. Work with the team to communicate any changes within the community, including leading the development of new tools and guides as needed (eg How to talk to your GP about testing vitamin D levels).
- To identify gaps in the existing Program based on new research (eg sleep, intermittent fasting etc), reviewing the evidence base and making recommendations on adaptations and support tools (subject to IP owner approval).
- To foster solid relationships with key stakeholders (including Facilitators and expert advisors) to ensure buy in and understanding in any updates or changes to research evidence and the Program.
- To create a research strategy, to maximise Overcoming MS’s credibility and reputation within MS lifestyle research.
- To support the communication of new studies published in reputable journals, enabling Overcoming MS to quickly understand the relevance to our community and the Program, formulating an action plan and supporting a public response where relevant.
- To support Overcoming MS’s public profile, giving credibility and expertise in the research behind the Program, including presenting at conferences, submitting articles and posters for publication, etc.
- To support the collation of impact evidence to demonstrate the value of Overcoming MS to individuals and as part of funding applications.
- To create a network of external research advisors, possibly creating a Research Advisory Group, to ensure oversight of upcoming research as well as diversity of opinion on research outcomes and their impact.

About you
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual, with proven experience of working with desk research and research professionals to produce high quality but accessible information.
- Strong previous experience of having worked in a research or health information role, with a solid understanding of the health research environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in producing clear, warm, accessible information for people affected by a health condition, underpinned by solid evidence.
- Demonstrable ability to be able to produce information for different audiences (eg community members and researchers), understanding how audience needs might differ.
- The ability to quickly review and deeply understand research about lifestyle and multiple sclerosis and translate that research into relatable actions.

About the role
We’re seeking an exceptional and experienced project manager to deliver a pivotal role within our ground-breaking national Kinship Training and Support Service, funded by the Department for Education.
This is our largest contract, and this role is key to enabling our organisational activity. The service offers over 300 online and in-person training events and workshops per year, tailored to meet the specific needs of kinship carers. We need to ensure at least 4,600 kinship carers attend.
You’ll be accountable for successful project delivery, working with executive project sponsors (Chief Operating Officer and Services and Digital Director) and workstream leads (Associate Directors and Heads of departments) to deliver KPI’s to deadlines, escalating and managing risks early.
The type of person we're looking for
You’ll have extensive experience in successful delivery of complex projects that include multiple workstreams and a range of internal and external stakeholders, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Through your experience of planning, monitoring and controlling project delivery, you’ll quickly set up the necessary systems and processes for success.
You’ll bring strong leadership and communication skills to designing and implementing integrated plans, agreeing deliverables and ensuring accountability. You will need to own this programme of work, and you will need to move at pace. The purpose of this role is to lead on fundraising for the organisation. You’ll build relationships with funders – mostly trust, foundations and corporates and secure income. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 3. Strategic Fundraising Support: Lead prospecting for new funding opportunities and develop donor engagement plans to expand the funding pipeline; Maintain and oversee fundraising tracking systems ensuring accurate records of donor interactions, pipelines, and reporting; and Regularly update senior management and the Board on fundraising strategies and progress.

Are you an experienced project and relationship manager, passionate about changing the food system? You could soon be leading an exciting new programme to make hospital food in the UK healthier and more planet-friendly. You’ll support our Head of Programmes, carrying out a wide range of tasks, including securing new partnerships with hospital trusts, providing advice on menus, managing relationships, and collecting data to measure the impact of the programme. You’ll develop and deliver an effective strategy, starting with a pilot project with one NHS Trust before rolling the strategy out across the country.
Hospital Plates is the sister programme to our successful School Plates programme. Since the launch of School Plates in 2018, we’ve supported over 90 major school caterers, responsible for the food in over 8,000 schools, feeding over 1.3 million children every day, helping almost 50 million school meals become meat-free or plant-based. Our plan is to replicate this scale of impact in the hospital sector, using the experience and insights we’ve gained within schools.
Reporting directly to our Head of Programmes, you’ll also work closely with our School Plates team including our Programme Coordinators and Chef Trainers, as well as our Public Health Lead, Communications Manager, Director, and the rest of our team.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Programmes and Impact (P&I) Team through the second year of the current Impact Strategy, which focuses on strengthening our approach to quality assurance, sustaining the consistent delivery of our existing impact management systems, and reviewing and standardising our Long-Term Outcomes framework.
As Director of Programmes and Impact (maternity cover), you will oversee the training, delivery and continuous improvement of our core programme, ensuring it is delivered consistently and well. You will manage the Programmes and Impact team to meet all impact management and quality assurance targets for the 2025/26 programme year.

As a core member of the senior management team (SMT), you will work closely with the Board, CEO, and senior colleagues to drive forward our growth and impact strategy as well as sustain our organisational culture.
You will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring the safety of our young people and staff through strong policy implementation and ongoing monitoring. In this role you’ll be supported by our Safeguarding trustee and the wider safeguarding team.

You will be passionate about the transformative power of Essential Skills for young people from underrepresented backgrounds and committed to advocating for greater focus and funding in this space. You will ideally have a history of strengthening programmes and quality assurance processes in cross regional organisations, during a time of growth.
Responsibilities – the Director of Programme and Impact will:
- Ensure consistent and high-quality national programme delivery
- Lead on impact management
- Lead on safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Provide strategic leadership as a member of SMT
Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:
- Senior leadership experience in programme delivery, impact management, or quality assurance, including team management and professional development
- Expertise in impact management, including data analysis and using insights to drive programme quality
- Experience designing and delivering training and quality assurance processes for programmes teams
- Experience of implementing safeguarding processes, policies, and training, ideally as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and trustees.

About the Role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for student engagement, timetabling, logistics, and tutor performance, helping learners secure vital qualifications for their future.
Programme Coordination
- Manage a portfolio of up to 300 students throughout the year, ensuring sustained engagement with tutoring sessions.
- Prepare for programme launches, including timetabling of sessions and logistical planning.
- Maximise student reach by filling available tutoring spaces and maintaining an active pipeline of students.
- Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and track attendance KPIs using our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Prioritise safeguarding and student safety at all times.
Tutor Performance and Delivery
- Oversee tutor task and session management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tutors, providing guidance and feedback.
- Observe tutoring sessions to uphold delivery standards and improve programme effectiveness.
College Relationships and Programme Logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Manage logistical preparations, including scheduling sessions and room bookings.
- Maintain clear communication with college stakeholders and contribute to impact reporting.
- Support contract renewal discussions to sustain and expand partnerships.
Creative Problem-Solving and Innovation
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance programme efficiency.
- Contribute to wider organisational projects, such as tutor training, resource development, and student engagement initiatives.
- Lead special projects aligned with your interests to further our mission.
Championing Get Further’s Vision and Values
- Represent Get Further’s values in all interactions with students, tutors, and external partners.
- Ensure accuracy in reporting and programme evaluation to drive positive systemic change.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support the charity’s strategic priorities.
