Role:The Senior Development Officer plays an integral role within the Development Team at Forces Employment Charity (FEC). You will work with the Head of Development to produce high quality, bespoke proposals, and reports to demonstrate impact and outcomes to help drive the delivery of FEC across the UK. - Contribute to the recruitment, assessment and onboarding of prospective new Associate Trainers (ATs) into the trainer pool and/or on specific projects as required
- Coordinate the work, performance, and planning of Associate Trainers when working under the L&D Unit. Quality-assure their work when working under Programmes Hubs
Ensure that RedR UK services meet the needs of the sector and work to expand our reach:
- Keep up to date with developments in learning with a focus on eLearning technologies and platforms, as well as other training methodologies and issues in the humanitarian sector and advise RedR UK programme teams accordingly
- Contribute to identifying and exploring possibilities for expanding the range of services offered by the organisation and source funding for their implementation
- Support business development efforts and proposal preparation by ensuring that the L&D component of the methodology is appropriate, services offered are in line with requirements, likely to achieve high impact and adding overall value to the programme
- Represent RedR UK at selected external events and forums, as appropriate
- Be the Key Account Manager (KAM) for selected Key Accounts (clients and partners) in line with RedR UK’s KAM System

The Westminster Women’s Safe Space is a specialist gender and trauma informed Assessment Centre for women with complex needs who are at risk of, or have experienced domestic abuse, violence against women and girls (VAWG); and have multiple disadvantage. We have a great opportunity for people interested in working as part of an innovate women’s only service in an Assessment and Reconnection Worker role and becoming part of this exciting team achieving positive outcomes to support the women in their recovery and move on journey.
In this role you will:
Deliver support to female clients with multiple support needs who have also experienced domestic violence and VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls).
You will be carrying out comprehensive client assessments; providing clients with personalised case management support to help them be connected into specialist external services, turning assessments into a practical action plan which fully involves the client.
Working within a small staff team, you will work closely with the Case Coordinator to case work the clients, assessing new referrals, welcoming them into the service, and planning their moves on from the service to more appropriate accommodation.
You will work a rota that will involve some evening and weekend work. This role will pay unsocial hours.
About you
You will have experience of working with vulnerable people and an understanding of the needs of homeless women. Strong communication, influencing and reasoning skills are also key, as is a flair for solving problems. Other qualities include knowing how to network and build effective relationships with people at every level, and a keen interest to keep abreast of current DV and VAWG related issues, housing legislation, welfare benefit legislations and other matters relevant to successful support and move on of clients.

Outreach Worker - Romanian Speaking

Responsibilities:
- To be accountable and responsible for providing high-quality outreach services to individuals who are rough sleeping.
- To bring about long-lasting, sustainable change, give clients that engage with an efficient needs-led service.
- Make frequent outreach shifts to locate and get in touch with people who are rough sleeping, verifying information and gathering data to help them move on.
- Make sure that evaluations and assistance programmes are pertinent to the Roma population and suitable for their cultural context, enabling them to interact with existing resources.
- Form alliances with other groups and organisations, speaking out for the rights of Roma people on welfare, immigration, and other matters when needed.
- Assist assigned clients in determining their requirements, making appropriate assistance referrals, and obtaining suitable housing
- Help customers with their money by communicating with the right agencies and handling things like benefit claims and debt difficulties.
- Must oversee and be accountable for making sure that counsel, assistance, crisis intervention, and future planning are provided in a way that meets the specific requirements of service users.
Experience Required:
- Possessing fluency in Romani or Romanian, or at least speak to a high level.
- A full, clean UK driver's licence.
- Solid comprehension of the Roma populations.
- Previous employment in the social services or homelessness fields.
- Familiarity with data management and GDPR.
- Understanding of the services, pathways, and circumstances that are pertinent to the existing drug and alcohol programme.
- The emotional fortitude to handle difficult behaviour and promote continuous positive involvement.
- Strong IT abilities, including the capacity to record information quickly and accurately in IT programmes like CHAIN and Inform.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and expertise in risk assessment and support planning for clients with complex needs.
- Previous experience monitoring results and performing client interviews and assessments.

About the Service
Up to three months resettlement support is offered to women and children leaving the refuge
The Amari Project is based in Enfield and provides 2nd stage Supported Accommodation to women who have been sexually exploited, trafficked or who have exited Prostitution. Women in this Project will also receive resettlement support and may remain within the Borough of Enfield or be moved out of borough as part of planned move on.
About the Role
The resettlement Floating Support Worker will provide resettlement support to residents moving out of the Amari Project and from Pan London refuges. You will provide fortnightly case work to residents in their move on accommodation.
You will provide holistic support including tenancy sustainment support and advocacy support to establish and maintain partnership working .You will be responsible for providing data and any statistical information for monitoring returns and in collating
About You
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience of supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse, trafficking and sexual exploitation. You will be required to have an awareness of the impacts of trauma on survivors of domestic abuse.
You will have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group, and the ability to work with women to help them to understand their needs, risk assess, develop safety plans and support them in linking with other agencies.
You will have a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing, and welfare benefits, as well as experience of providing training.
Outside of this, you will have excellent administrative and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage a caseload.
