Job description

We’re Anthony Nolan and we save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant.

We’re unique. Thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.

But we won’t stop there. We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient’s transplant journey. And together we can reach the remarkable day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.

And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our friendly and ambitious Digital Engagement team.

Title:Digital Analyst

Salary:£32,000 – 35,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours:35 hours per week

Location:Hampstead, North London

This is a new role. As Anthony Nolan’s first Digital Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in making digital engagement personal and purposeful, by putting data-driven audience insight at the heart of everything we do for our supporters online.

Reporting to our Digital Acquisition Manager and working closely with our Supporter Experience team and the wider data community, you will lead on digital insights across key channels – such as search, advertising, social, website and email – using platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ad Manager, Data Studio and more.

You will share learnings and knowledge across the organisation to grow digital confidence and to support continuous improvement of our digital products and services. You will be a key player in the development of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme and support the growth of user-centred thinking, synthesising insights from our user research and turning them into actionable recommendations for developing website functionality.

To succeed in the role, you’ll be a data-driven decision maker and creative problem solver, with an eye for detail and a desire to delve deeper.
