Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £42,000 per annum, rising to £46,500 per annum, following successful completion of probation period
Location: Our ideal candidate can be located anywhere within the UK, with an expectation of travel approximately twice per month

About the role
This is a newly formed position within MHM due to a period of significant change and growth. The post holder will enable our future ambitions to drive the delivery of our Strategic Plan and revised central structure. This role will enable and coordinate the delivery of MHM's internal systems and process transformation.
Working collaboratively with the Director of Strategy and Performance, the wider Executive and Leadership Teams, Business Analyst, IT/Data Project Leads and senior operational managers, the successful candidate will coordinate and implement change projects in line with business priorities and in support of our strategy.

About you
You will ideally be an experienced project manager with a background in digital transformation and experience of managing multiple. interdependent projects.
As part of this role, you will be required to coordinate resources to create efficiency and deliver against priorities to add value, and experience of managing time and budgets is essential.
You will be organised and able to manage competing priorities, work to effective deadlines and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
