Age UK is recruiting for a CRM Product Manager to join our delivery focused Digital and Technology team. We are creating a new Data capability which will transform the organisation so stakeholders have the opportunity to unlock business insight from trustworthy data. A core part of the Data capability is the Customer Relationship Management platform, Microsoft Dynamics.

This role is about developing clear product strategies and roadmaps, finding synergy and creating value for our users and the organisation. Age UK is a large and complex charity, so you need a collaborative mind-set and extensive stakeholder management experience. Communicating and managing expectations will be something you enjoy doing with the ability to translate complex technical elements to non-technical employees.

This role is offered on a hybrid / London contract and will include occasional travel to our modern co-working hub in London (Tower Hill). This will be circa once a month.

Reporting on performance of communications and translating this information for wider stakeholders, utilising tools to understand conversions and customer behaviours to inform a marketing automation strategy to be shared with digital and other fundraising colleagues.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong understanding of omnichannel principles, alongside data segmentation and personalisation in digital communications
• Experience of integrated marketing automation platforms such as Adobe (desirable), dotdigital, Salesforce or Hubspot
• Proven ability to develop impactful creative and copy and experience designing, developing and delivering automated personalised customer journeys
• Experience of working with large data sets and utilising to improve customers lifetime value

The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) is seeking a proactive and skilled Media Officer to join our Communications and Public Affairs team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help shape and strengthen NFCC’s voice in the national conversation around fire and rescue services.

Reporting into the Media and External Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in growing our media presence and positioning NFCC as the go-to source for journalists covering national fire and rescue issues. You will help to ensure our messages are clear, timely, and authoritative across all platforms.

Join us and help ensure that fire and rescue services have a strong, consistent voice on the national stage.

Key responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for incoming media enquiries.

Draft high-quality, publication-ready communications content – including press releases, news articles, opinion pieces and other engaging content. 

Support NFCC’s campaigns and policy initiatives by securing media coverage and developing strong relationships with journalists and editors.

Take ownership of key communications tools and systems, including media monitoring and audit of coverage. 

Act as the lead Comms officer on at least one area of NFCC’s work in partnership with the relevant NFCC teams and lead officers (but will also work on a wide range of our issues and areas).

Participate in an out-of-hours communications rota as part of NFCC’s communication support function (with some out of hours support – see job description for more information).

Job Summary

To drive development of CEM’s fundraising strategy and oversee its implementation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Identifying the most fruitful new avenues of funding from a range of Christian cultures, including individual donors, trusts and grant-making bodies
• Identifying new fundraising methods, including digital campaigns and social media outreach, to broaden and diversify our donor base
• Strengthen connections with new networks to tap into underutilised funding streams.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Be accountable for increasing funding to CEM by an agreed amount each year. 
• Create a clear and effective fundraising strategy and communicate it well to the rest of the CEM team.

About This Job

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Support Officer to join our Service Operations team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting cadet units by assisting with their queries, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance & training on digital systems. You will ensure that users receive timely and effective support, helping them navigate challenges and make the most of our digital services. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality, produce analytical reports, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

· Provide direct support to cadet units, assisting with system queries and problem-solving.

· Manage helpdesk queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

· Produce clear and effective user guidance materials.

· Generate reports using Oracle Analytics to support decision-making.

· Undertake additional tasks as required.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

Job Summary

To contribute to our Income Team's purpose by implementing the Philanthropic income strategy, and working to secure new six figure trusts and foundations through high quality applications and reporting.

Main Responsibilities 

• To manage the Philanthropy Officer role, and plan a rolling programme of prospect research for new major donors and trusts and foundations at all levels of funding across the year.
• Developing high quality applications and proposals for potential donors and funders, utilising your strong writing skills.
• Working with the Data Insight Team and Clinical Team to utilise Shout insight and clinical research to develop a strong narrative for MHI services
• Providing effective and successful stewardship and relationship management to a portfolio of high value funders, including annual funder reports and inputting to quarterly funder newsletters and communications.
• Work with other voluntary organisations to maximise joint fundraising when appropriate opportunities arise
• To work with the CEO and Director of Income on the identification, cultivation and stewardship of high value and potential high values supporters across income streams
• As the Senior Fundraising Manager sits within the Income team, the role will build relationships with all members of the team, providing regular updates, working with the Director of Income to share information to the wider organisation and meeting the professional standards of representing MHI to external parties.
• To work with the Philanthropy Officer to continuously improve stewardship processes, working to re-pledge funding, whilst assisting one another in strengthening applications to new potential funders
• To coordinate and maintain relationships with multiple high value funders and assist the Director of Income in creating and maintaining an efficient process for this.
• To work with the Director of Income to coordinate and maintain all contractual relationships. Working with the data team to calendar reporting requirements to ensure proactive stewardship and relationship management.

Home-Start Barnet delivers early intervention programmes to families with young children, who have multiple needs and are struggling to cope with the challenges they face. Our trained volunteers provide the emotional support needed to prevent crisis and the practical tools to empower parents and carers to give their children the best start in life.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Handle all incoming communications - phone, email and other communications
• Provide central administration support to the charity
• Support and build engagement across different social media channels

• Support and help organise training and events
