This job is to work with the cadet media and communications team in creating and delivering digital marketing strategy to increase awareness of the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) mainly through digital platforms including our website and social platforms with the target of increased traffic, awareness, and recruitment. It is an exciting new role with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth in a hard-working team.
Essential Skills
· A recognised qualification or proven success in digital marketing
· Hands on marketing / communications experience
· Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing
· Knowledge of digital marketing and communications practices
· Content creation abilities
· Use of social media to achieve marketing and communications objectives
· Awareness of graphic design principles and familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, or other imaging / graphic design software

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
We want to develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers whilst also helping young people to access cadet activities through fundraising, grant-making, developing new resources and direct support.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.
The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. We work flexibly, but core working hours are between 10am-4pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to work some evening and weekends, as required.
We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in promoting a focus group to our members one day and meeting with a journalist the next. About You:
You would be working within the Cadet Digital Services framework, ensuring the UK’s Cadet Forces MIS and associated web apps are maintained to an exceptional standard. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test and Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Agile Delivery team. If you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality implementation and delivery of web applications and have a proven track record in both manual and automated testing, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive manual testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium Web Driver.
- Collaborate closely with the development and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile and SCRUM methodologies are followed.
- Utilise test management and bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA to document test cases, track defects, and manage testing processes.

Go Beyond has given over 21,000 vulnerable children life-changing residential breaks since 1994. Young carers who spend their days looking after parents. Children living in poverty for whom a school holiday means hunger, not adventure. Kids who've been bullied or bereaved and need a week away from their ordinary life.
The charity is entirely self-funded. £1.8 million a year, every penny raised by supporters. No government money. Which means the work this fundraising team does is directly and specifically what makes those breaks possible.
This is the role that sits at the heart of that.
What makes this moment unusual:
Go Beyond's flagship campaign, Ice Cream Moments, launches this summer — backed by Louis Theroux, James Acaster, David Gower and Jenny Agutter. The trustees want to go viral. A legacy programme is built and ready to launch. An alumni programme connecting with 21,000+ former beneficiaries is research-complete and waiting for someone to open the door. And a loyal supporter base of 200–300 regular givers — many of whom have been giving for over a decade — is generating £90,000 a year with almost no stewardship behind it.

What the role involves:
The Supporter Engagement & Fundraising Communications Manager will own the supporter communications function end to end. This is a project management and strategy role — not an execution role. The doing sits with two direct reports and a network of freelancers. Your job is to build the plan, manage the team, deliver the campaigns and make sure the data tells you what's working.
In practice that means:
- Building and managing proper supporter journeys for regular givers, challenge event runners and Ice Cream Moments donors
- Project managing the full campaigns calendar — four annual appeals, Ice Cream Moments, challenge events, and a growing digital communications programme

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a trusted online peer support service that people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) rely on. As an Online Communities Lead, you will have the autonomy to shape how the forum develops. You will take ownership of a live online service, with clear accountability for moderation standards, platform governance and overall service quality.
As an Online Communities Lead, you will make independent moderation decisions, including assessing safeguarding risks and applying proportionate escalation in complex situations. You will be comfortable holding responsibility for service-level risk, working within clear governance frameworks while acting decisively when it matters most.
You will act as product owner and primary administrator for the platform, managing configuration, permissions, workflows and continuous improvement. The Online Communities Lead will also lead and support a team of online volunteers, ensuring their wellbeing while maintaining consistent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and lead the day-to-day delivery of online peer support services
- Act as primary administrator and product owner of the community platform
- Manage moderation, safeguarding concerns and complex risk escalation
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Online Safety Act and organisational standards
- Analyse community data to inform service development and reporting
- Grow reach and improve accessibility
- Manage external suppliers supporting the platform
- Lead, recruit and support online community volunteers
- Maintain service continuity plans and respond to incidents
About You
Essential:
- Experience managing online community platforms and tools
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and Online Safety Act requirements
- Experience handling complaints and crisis situations, including content moderation, escalation protocols
- Ability to analyse community metrics and report on impact
- Confident communicator, able to represent community voices
- Experience managing or supporting volunteers, including remote management
Desirable:
- Understanding of person-centred and accessible digital support
- Experience developing or improving online services
- Experience working with external partners or agencies
- Background in a charity or peer support environment
Hybrid working expectations: This role is home-based with occasional travel to our Northampton office
